Background

In many production fields, particularly alumina production, the liquid medium contains impurities such as high solid content or mud stone, such as seed separation, pre-desiliconization, raw ore pulp grinding sub-items and the like. At present, the medium is uniform in the production field with high solid content by adopting a mechanical stirring mode, and the mechanical stirring can cause two obvious problems: firstly, a large amount of high solid content medium precipitates can be generated along the periphery of the bottom of the tank, scabbing can be generated, the generated scabbing can influence the operation effect of the stirring tank, and meanwhile, the operation rate of equipment can be reduced by cleaning the scabbing; secondly, the mechanical stirring can produce the maintenance period, and the maintenance not only can reduce the operating rate of equipment, but also can increase the maintenance cost.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide an air stirring tank which is simple in structure, good in effect of stirring a liquid medium through air pressure, high in uniformity, capable of avoiding precipitation and scarring and capable of improving the operation rate of equipment.

As shown in fig. 1, an air agitation tank of the present invention comprises: the device comprises a tank body 2, a central cylinder 3, a first compressed air pipe 8, a second compressed air pipe 5, a hanging rod 6 and a supporting plate 7. The upper part of the tank body 2 is a straight cylinder section, and the lower part of the tank body 2 is a cone section, which is beneficial to the liquid medium with high solid content to settle to the bottom of the cone section of the tank body 2. The center cylinder 3 is arranged in the center of the tank body 2, the upper end of the center cylinder 3 is positioned on the straight cylinder section, and the lower end of the center cylinder extends to the lower part of the cone section of the tank body. The supporting plate 7 is fixed on the top cover of the tank body 2, one end of the hanging rod 6 is fixed with the upper end of the central cylinder 3, the top cover with the other end extending out of the tank body 2 is fixed on the supporting plate 7, and during specific implementation, a plurality of hanging rods 6 can be arranged to bear the gravity of the central cylinder 3. The side wall of the lower end of the central cylinder 3 is provided with a plurality of support rods 10, the tail ends of the support rods 10 are supported on the inner wall of the cone section, and the support rods 10 can ensure the stability of the central cylinder 3 during operation.

The air stirring tank also comprises a feed inlet 1 and a discharge outlet 11, wherein the feed inlet 1 is arranged on a top cover of the tank body 2 or on the side wall of the straight cylinder section; the discharge hole 11 is arranged at the bottommost part of the cone section.

Liquid media with high solid content enter the tank body 2 from the feed inlet 1, liquid is separated in the tank body 2, a clear liquid layer is suspended on the liquid level at the top in the tank, and impurities such as the media with high solid content, mud stones and the like are settled on the cone section of the tank body 2 under the action of gravity and finally gathered at the bottom of the cone section. Since the first compressed air pipe 8 and the second compressed air pipe 5 are continuously charged with compressed air. At this moment, the high solid content medium and impurities such as mud stone at the bottom of the cone section enter from the bottom of the central cylinder 3 under the action of compressed air, are discharged from the top of the central cylinder 3, are finally mixed with the upper clear liquid layer in the tank body 2, the mixed liquid medium runs from top to bottom in the tank body 2, and finally the discharge outlet valve is opened and is discharged from the discharge outlet 11. The discharged liquid medium meets the requirements of the process production, promotes the uniform mixing of liquid and solid, and has no sediment and scab at the cone bottom.
