The blanking and stacking device for production in the stamping workshop can stack fallen materials orderly, so that correct material taking of the unstacking robot during subsequent stamping production is facilitated, and the decisive effect on ensuring smooth production is achieved. The current palletizing device is generally large in order to be suitable for materials with different sizes. In addition, the material taking device is made into a suspension type in order to take materials conveniently and guarantee continuous production, and the suspension type material taking device is not only large in size, but also fixed behind blanking equipment and cannot be moved.

Detailed Description

In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings:

referring to fig. 1 to 9, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is a simple palletizing apparatus for a press shop, which includes an electromagnetic valve 1, a control box 2, a cart body 3 and two palletizing mechanisms 200 disposed on the cart body 3.

A plurality of casters 31 are uniformly distributed at the bottom end of the vehicle body 3; the caster 31 is a universal caster with a brake, so that the vehicle body can move and stop conveniently.

Each stacking mechanism 200 comprises two stacking pushing hands 4 and two fixing rods 5, the two stacking pushing hands 4 and the two fixing rods 5 are distributed in a rectangular shape, one stacking pushing hand 4 is arranged opposite to one fixing rod 5, and the other stacking pushing hand 4 is arranged opposite to the other fixing rod 5.

Each fixing rod 5 is vertically arranged, the bottom end of each fixing rod 5 is fixed on the vehicle body 3 through a screw, specifically, the bottom end of each fixing rod 5 is turned outwards to form a turned edge 51, a plurality of fixing rod sliding grooves 32 are arranged on the vehicle body 3, and each fixing rod 5 corresponds to one fixing rod sliding groove 32; the fixing rod 5 moves along the corresponding fixing rod sliding groove 32, the fixing rod sliding groove 32 includes a transverse portion and a longitudinal portion connected with the transverse portion, the fixing rod 5 can move left and right along the transverse portion of the fixing rod sliding groove 32, the fixing rod 5 moves back and forth along the longitudinal portion of the fixing rod sliding groove 32, and after the position of the fixing rod 5 in the fixing rod sliding groove 32 is adjusted, the turned-over edge 51 of the fixing rod 5 is pressed tightly in the fixing rod sliding groove 5 through a screw (see fig. 6).

Referring to fig. 2 again, each stacking pushing handle 4 includes a frame 41, a cylinder 42, a pushing rod 43 and a crank arm 45, the frame 41 is a rectangular frame structure, a cylinder mounting plate 46 is transversely disposed on a rear frame of the frame 41, and the cylinder 42 is fixed on the cylinder mounting plate 46; the push rod 43 is vertically arranged in the front frame of the frame 41, the top end of the push rod 43 is connected to the upper end of the front frame of the frame 41 through a movable pin, and the middle lower part of the push rod 43 is connected with the output shaft of the air cylinder 42 through a movable pin.

One end of the crank arm 45 is connected with the bottom end of the rear frame of the frame 41, and the other end is connected with the vehicle body 3; specifically, the crank arm 45 includes a first crank arm 451 and a second crank arm 452 (see fig. 4), one end of the first crank arm 451 is connected to the bottom end of the rear frame of the frame 41 via a movable shaft, the other end is connected to one end of the second crank arm 452 via a movable shaft, and the other end of the second crank arm 452 is connected to the periphery of the vehicle body 3 via a movable shaft.

The two stacking pushers 4 and the two fixing rods 5 of each stacking mechanism 200 are distributed in a rectangular shape, and the push rod 43 of each stacking pusher 4 is located on the inner side surface of the rectangle. Two palletizing mechanisms 200 are distributed in tandem on the body 3.

The air cylinder 42 of each stacking pusher 4 is connected to the control box 2 through the solenoid valve 1. The electromagnetic valve 1 adopts a two-position five-way electromagnetic valve.

When the simple stacking device for the stamping workshop is used, the position of the fixing rod 5 of each stacking mechanism and the position of the stacking push handle 4 are adjusted according to different products (material sheets) produced each time, and the positions of various material sheets 100 can be flexibly arranged on the trolley. The cylinder 42 of the stacking pusher is connected with the control box 2 through the electromagnetic valve 1, the electromagnetic valve 1 is connected with the air source 6, the electromagnetic valve 1 is connected with the control box 2 through a control line, the control box 2 controls the two-position five-way electromagnetic valve, the control box 2 sends out alternate signals, the electromagnetic valve 1 is controlled to alternate, the cylinder 42 drives the pusher to move, and pushing of the material sheet 100 is completed. The body 3 uses the caster 31 with brake, conveniently parks in place and then fixes.

The simple stacking device for the stamping workshop can overcome the defect of fixed installation of the stacker, and can be conveniently placed at a station needing stacking. The lifting device has the advantages that a lifting system is not used, the whole body is light and flexible, the fixing rod 5 can be arranged in most of the area of the vehicle body 3 through the fixing rod sliding groove and is pressed by screws, and the verticality is good. The stacking pushing hand 4 can flexibly move in a horizontal position through the crank arm 45 and is matched with the fixing rod 5 for use, so that the product is positioned. The simple stacking device can be flexibly applied to any blanking stacking station without being limited by positions, thereby solving the problem that a plurality of stations are not provided with stackers and playing a positive effect.

The simple stacking device of the stamping workshop, disclosed by the invention, has the following advantages that in the design and research process, a plurality of key points are required to be made:

1) the verticality of the fixing rods 5 must be good, otherwise the inclination after stacking can be caused;

2) the height of the stacking pushing hand 4 during manufacturing can be higher than 1/3 at least higher than the height of the material sheet, so that the pushing rod 43 can be ensured to make a space for the material feeding sheet to fall down when retreating;

3) the top end of the push rod 43 is in a movable pin form, and the middle part of the push rod is downwards connected and pushed by the air cylinder 42; the contact surface of the push rod 43 and the material sheet protrudes out of the frame, so that excessive impact force on the air cylinder when the product slides down can be avoided; the output shaft of the air cylinder 42 is connected with the push rod 43 by a movable pin, and the rear part of the output shaft is also connected by a movable pin, because the movable pin for connecting the air cylinder 42 and the push rod 43 is arc-shaped during movement, the air cylinder is prevented from being locked;

4) the crank arm 45 needs to be stressed during design, the connection and fixation position of the movable shaft needs to be screwed by a large fixed screw, and a material with good friction performance, such as a friction block, is added into the movable contact surface to prevent the stacking push handle 4 from being displaced due to the impact of material sheets; the crank arm 45 is manufactured by taking care that the perpendicularity of the stacking pusher 4 is guaranteed at different positions;

5) the position of the vehicle body 3 where the fixed rod 5 is arranged is provided with a groove, so that the fixed rod 5 can slide and be fixed freely in the groove;

6) the casters of the vehicle body 3 are required to be provided with universal casters with brakes, so that the casters can be conveniently parked in place and then fixed.

According to the simple stacking device for the stamping workshop, a plurality of stacking mechanisms 200 can be arranged on the vehicle body 3 as required.

In conclusion, the simple stacking device for the stamping workshop adopts the movable trolley, can be conveniently placed at a station where stacking is needed, is flexibly applied to various blanking devices, does not use a lifting system, and is portable and flexible as a whole.
