8. Use of the red reactive dye composition according to any one of claims 3 to 6 as a red reactive dye.

9. Use according to claim 8, wherein the red reactive dye composition is used in printing of fibres or textiles thereof, optionally including dyeing or printing.

10. The use according to claim 8, characterized in that the red reactive dye composition is used for printing and dyeing cellulose fibers, protein fibers, polyamide fibers or woven and blended fabrics thereof;

optionally, the cellulosic fibers include cotton fibers, hemp fibers, and regenerated fibers;

optionally, the protein fibers include wool, silk, and wool fabrics;

optionally, the red reactive dye is used for printing and dyeing cotton fibers or regenerated fibers.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a red reactive dye compound, a red reactive dye composition, a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

With the improvement of living standard, people have higher and higher requirements on textile products, so that the requirements of the dye market on the dyeing performance and the dyeing process of the reactive dye are more and more strict, which promotes the development of the reactive dye towards the aspect of improving the application performance. The reactive red dye has a large market occupation amount, and is required to have good washing fastness, perspiration fastness and dyeing reproducibility, and high lifting power and color fixing rate. In order to improve the dyeing performance of the dye and enable the dye to have good dyeing effect, a plurality of red reactive dye patents appear in the industry. Many current red reactive dye varieties have difficulty in having the above comprehensive properties, such as disclosed in patent publication CN 106810905A.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a red reactive dye compound and a red reactive dye composition comprising the compound, wherein the dye composition has bright color and high fixation rate, has excellent color fastness performances such as washing resistance, friction resistance, perspiration resistance and the like, is suitable for printing and dyeing of fibers or textile materials thereof, and is an environment-friendly reactive dye.

In one aspect, there is provided a compound of formula (I),

In another aspect, there is provided a process for the preparation of a compound of formula (I) as defined above, comprising the steps of:

The invention also provides a preparation method of the red reactive dye composition, which is characterized by comprising the steps of mixing the component A and optional auxiliary agents, and carrying out an optional drying process.

In the present invention, the apparatus for mixing the dry powder is not particularly limited, and preferably, the dry powder is mixed by a conical, roller or pear cutter type mixer, mixed uniformly, and then packaged after test analysis is qualified. The method for mixing the slurry is not particularly limited, and preferably, the slurry is stirred and mixed in a vessel. In the present invention, the equipment used in the drying process is not particularly limited, and it is preferable to dry the product in the form of granules or powder by using a spray tower, a drying room, a flash dryer, or the like.

The invention also provides the application of the red reactive dye composition as a red reactive dye.

Optionally, the red reactive dye composition is used for printing and dyeing fibers or textiles thereof, and optionally, the printing and dyeing comprises dyeing or printing.

Further preferably, the red reactive dye composition is used for printing and dyeing cellulose fibers, protein fibers, polyamide fibers or woven fabrics and blended fabrics thereof.

Still more preferably, the above cellulose fibers include cotton fibers, hemp fibers and regenerated fibers;

optionally, the protein fibers include wool, silk, and wool fabrics.

Still more preferably, the above red reactive dye composition is used for printing and dyeing of cotton fibers or regenerated fibers.

The red reactive dye composition has the following advantages: bright color, high color fixing rate, and excellent color fastness such as washing resistance, friction resistance, perspiration resistance and the like. The red reactive dye is suitable for printing and dyeing cellulose fiber materials, such as cotton, hemp, regenerated fibers and textiles thereof, and is also suitable for printing and dyeing protein fibers, polyamide fibers and textiles thereof.
