Technical Field

The invention relates to a nitrile rubber compound, in particular to a nitrile rubber compound formula applied to manufacturing of an oil extraction screw pump stator rubber lining and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The screw pump for oil extraction in oil field consists of stator, rotor and other parts, and the stator consists of metal barrel and rubber lining adhered to the inner wall of the barrel. The rubber lining is a vulnerable key part of the oil extraction screw pump, and the swelling resistance of the rubber lining directly influences the volume efficiency and the service life of the screw pump in the well.

At present, researches on the formula of the rubber material of the stator of the screw pump for oil extraction are not much, the rubber stator commonly used in oil fields has the limitation that the rubber stator is not resistant to composite flooding media such as polymers, alkali, surfactants and the like, and the swelling ratio of a rubber lining after long-term operation is generally higher than 5 percent, so that the rubber lining is difficult to adapt to the continuous change of the oil displacement media in the underground oil extraction of the oil fields.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides a swelling-resistant nitrile rubber compound, which solves the problem that the swelling rate of the lining material of the existing screw pump stator is generally higher than 5%.

In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the swelling-resistant nitrile rubber compound.

Furthermore, the invention also provides application of the swelling-resistant nitrile rubber material as a screw pump stator lining material.

In a first aspect, the swelling-resistant nitrile rubber compound is characterized by comprising the following components:

nitrile butadiene rubber, zinc oxide, sulfur, stearic acid, an anti-aging agent, coumarone resin, carbon black, an ether ester plasticizer, an accelerator, white carbon black and a silane coupling agent.

Preferably, the nitrile rubber is N220S, the zinc oxide is AZO808, the sulfur is 325 meshes, the stearic acid is AC1801, the anti-aging agent comprises TMQ and 4010NA, the carbon black is N330, the ether ester plasticizer is TP95, the accelerator comprises MBTS and TBBS, the white carbon black is 1165MP, and the silane coupling agent is Si 69.

Preferably, the components are as follows according to parts by mass:

the nitrile rubber N220 s: 100 parts of (A);

adding the carbon black and the ether ester plasticizer into the third uniform mixture, and uniformly mixing to obtain a fourth uniform mixture;

preparing the fourth uniformly mixed substance into a flaky rubber material;

adding the accelerator into the flaky rubber material, and then carrying out secondary banburying to obtain a fifth uniform mixture;

and preparing the fifth mixed substance into a finished flaky rubber material.

Preferably, the mixing is carried out in the kneading chamber of a rubber internal mixer.

Preferably, the fourth blend is roll-mixed on an open mill to prepare the sheet-shaped rubber compound.

Preferably, the sheet-like size is left to stand at room temperature for more than 16 h.

Preferably, on an open mill, performing roll-coating mixing and triangular bag-making on the fifth mixture for 2 times, and then performing roll-coating mixing to obtain the finished flaky rubber material.

In a third aspect, the swelling-resistant nitrile rubber compound is applied to a screw pump stator lining material.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

the swelling-resistant nitrile rubber compound has excellent medium resistance, is tested to be soaked for 336h in oil field polymer flooding well fluid at a constant temperature of 70 ℃ in a water bath, the volume swelling rate is below 3.80 percent, no cracking phenomenon is generated, the swelling rate of a screw pump rubber lining in a composite flooding well condition can be controlled in a proper range, and Mooney viscosity and vulcanization characteristic parameters can meet the injection molding use requirement of screw pump stator manufacturing, so that the swelling-resistant nitrile rubber compound is particularly suitable for the injection molding requirement of a stator pipe with equal wall thickness, and the service life of an oil extraction screw pump is prolonged.
