7. The gasoline detergent package of claim 1, wherein the rust inhibitor comprises one of T703, T746, and T747.

8. The gasoline detergent package of claim 1 wherein the demulsifier comprises one of D L32, SP169, T1001, and T1002.

9. The gasoline detergent package of claim 1 wherein the hydrocarbon solvent oil comprises one or more of S1000, S-1500, kerosene, D60, D70.

10. A method of making the gasoline detergent package of any one of claims 1-9, comprising:

adding Mannich base, polyetheramine, polyisobutylene succinimide, carrier oil, antirust agent, demulsifier and hydrocarbon solvent oil into a container according to a preset mass percentage, and stirring for 1h at 40-60 ℃ to obtain the yellow, clear and transparent gasoline detergent complex.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of gasoline, in particular to a gasoline cleaning complexing agent and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The gasoline for the motor vehicle in China is mainly prepared by adopting a catalytic cracking process, has high olefin content, is easy to oxidize and polymerize to form deposits, is gathered at key parts such as an oil nozzle, an air inlet valve and a combustion chamber, and seriously influences the working performance of an engine, so that the problems of difficult starting of the engine, unstable idling, increased oil consumption, shortened service life of a three-way catalyst and the like are caused. Two methods for solving the engine deposit are adopted, namely, the production process of the gasoline is improved, and the olefin content is reduced; secondly, adding a gasoline detergent. The cost for changing the production process of the gasoline is high, and the gasoline detergent has low cost and good effect, so the addition of the gasoline detergent is the most economic and effective method for solving the deposit of the engine.

The gasoline detergent compound is compounded with detergent, carrier oil and small amount of additive, such as antiwear agent, antioxidant, antirust agent, etc. The detergent is a surfactant consisting of polar groups and nonpolar groups, can be adsorbed on the surface of the sediment, loosens the sediment and disperses the sediment into small particles, and the small particles are discharged out of a vehicle along with waste gas to play a role in cleaning; in addition, the polar end of the detergent is adsorbed on the metal surface to form an adsorption film to inhibit the generation of deposits, thereby playing a good cleaning role. At present, the detergents mainly comprise polyisobutylene amines taking polyisobutylene as a main chain, such as polyisobutylene amines and Mannich bases, and polyether amines taking polyether as a main chain.

The polyisobutene amine detergent taking polyisobutene as a main chain can effectively inhibit the generation of deposits, but can increase the deposits in a combustion chamber, increase the compression ratio of an engine, increase the octane number demand increment (ORI) and seriously influence the service performance of the engine; the polyether amine detergent taking polyether as a main chain has an obvious cleaning effect on deposits; however, the inhibition capability of the detergent on the sediment is poor, and the detergent can only play a cleaning role under the condition of higher dosage, so that the detergent and the detergent are combined for use to make up respective defects.

CN105695007 relates to a gasoline detergent containing a friction modifier, the main part of the detergent is composed of Mannich base and polyetheramine, and good effect is obtained in a simulation test of carbon deposition of an air inlet valve under the condition of 1500ppm dosage; however, the gasoline detergent of the invention has high dosage, which results in high use cost and large increase of combustion chamber deposit (according to GB19592, the increase of combustion chamber deposit is not more than 40%).

CN101962584 discloses a gasoline detergent with cleaning function, which mainly comprises high-activity polyetheramine, high-activity polyisobutylene amine, carried oil and the like, and the gasoline detergent is added into commercially available gasoline with the dosage of 1000-3000ppm, so that the gasoline detergent has obvious cleaning effect on an engine oil nozzle, an air inlet valve and a combustion chamber. The dosage of the gasoline detergent in the invention is between 1000-3000ppm, and although the high dosage can play a good cleaning role on an air inlet valve, a large amount of polyisobutene amine molecules and aromatic hydrocarbon solvent can increase the deposit of a combustion chamber to influence the ORI of an engine; on the other hand, most of polyisobutylene amines are imported raw liquids, such as kersound 3458N or kersound 3448N of polyisobutylene amine basf, which are high in price, increase the production cost of gasoline detergents, and are not beneficial to popularization and application of products.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a gasoline detergent complex agent with low cost, small dosage and good detergent performance and a preparation method thereof.

The invention discloses a gasoline cleaning complexing agent, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

10-30% of Mannich base, 5-15% of polyetheramine, 1-5% of polyisobutylene succinimide, 10-50% of carrier oil, 0.5-2% of antirust agent, 0.1-0.5% of demulsifier and 20-40% of hydrocarbon solvent oil.

As a further improvement of the invention, the method comprises the following steps by mass percent:

22-30% of Mannich base, 9-15% of polyetheramine, 2-4% of polyisobutylene succinimide, 20-35% of carrier oil, 0.5-1% of antirust agent, 0.2-0.5% of demulsifier and 26.3-34.5% of hydrocarbon solvent oil.

The invention has the advantages that:

1. the Mannich base and the polyisobutylene succinimide are combined for use, the Mannich base and the polyisobutylene succinimide generate a synergistic effect, the cleaning effect is obvious, and the reduction rate of the air inlet valve deposit reaches more than 95%.

2. The detergent of the product of the invention has obvious detergent effect, the dosage of the gasoline detergent complex agent is 200-400pm, the dosage is small, the use cost is low, and the increment of the deposit in a combustion chamber is small.

Comparative example 1:
