When the connecting plate 11 abuts against the silicone pad 6, the connecting plate 11 will press the silicone pad 6 and extrude the ink in the liquid storage cavity 61 out along the liquid discharge hole 62. The ink will then mark the back side of the web 11, allowing accurate positioning of the mounting location of the dovetail block 3.

Then, after the dovetail block 3 is placed at the position of the mark on the back side of the connecting plate 11, the cross block 37 on the hand wheel 36 is inserted into the cross groove 38 on the upper end surface of the threaded rod 35, the hand wheel 36 is rotated to drive the threaded rod 35 to synchronously rotate, and at the moment, the threaded rod 35 drives the piston 33 to synchronously move upwards.

When the piston 33 rod gradually moves upwards, negative pressure is gradually generated in the cavity 31, the dovetail block 3 is firmly adsorbed on the connecting plate 11 through the matching of the connecting hole 32, the dovetail block 3 is fixed, and then the hand wheel 36 is detached, so that the connecting plate 11 can be installed.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the locking portion 5 includes a pair of locking rods 51 horizontally disposed, the pair of locking rods 51 are distributed on both sides of the slider 41 in a staggered manner, and the inner side wall of the sliding groove 21 is provided with a locking groove 23 for the locking rods 51 to be inserted.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a cavity 42 is provided in the middle of the slider 41, locking holes 43 communicating with the cavity 42 are horizontally provided in both side walls, and a spring 52 is horizontally provided between an end surface of the locking lever 51 located inside the cavity 42 and the inner side wall of the cavity 42.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a gear 44 is rotatably connected in the cavity 42, the gear 44 is located between a pair of locking levers 51, and a rack 53 that engages with the gear 44 is provided on each of the sides of the pair of locking levers 51 that are close to each other.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a rotating shaft 45 is disposed on the gear 44, the rotating shaft 45 sequentially penetrates through the slider 41 and the end plate 4 and is flush with the outer wall of the end plate 4, and a strip-shaped receiving groove 46 is disposed on an end surface of the rotating shaft 45 away from the gear 44.

When the locking part 5 is released, the tip of the driver is fitted into the receiving groove 46, and then the rotation of the shaft 45 is controlled by the driver, and at this time, the shaft 45 rotates the gear 44 in synchronization with the rotation, and the pair of racks 53 and the locking lever 51 are controlled to approach each other, and the pressing spring 52 is compressed. The lock lever 51 is completely disengaged from the lock groove 23 and fitted into the lock hole 43, and then the lock portion 5 is released.

When the locking portion 5 is locked, the screw driver is removed, at which time the spring 52 springs open and drives the pair of locking levers 51 away from each other. When the locking rod 51 moves, the rack 53 is driven to move synchronously, and the rack 53 drives the gear 44 and the rotating shaft 45 to rotate synchronously. The locking of the locking part 5 can be realized until the locking rod 51 is inserted into the locking groove 23.
