1. A gas burner housing, comprising:

a body structure (10);

a support structure (20), the support structure (20) being arranged on the body structure (10), the support structure (20) comprising a support portion (21) for contacting an external object to support the body structure (10); the supporting part (21) is movably arranged relative to the main structure (10) to change the length of the supporting part extending out of the main structure (10);

the supporting structures (20) are multiple, and the multiple supporting structures (20) are distributed along the circumferential direction of the main body structure (10).

2. Gas burner housing according to claim 1, characterized in that the support structure (20) comprises a guiding portion (22), the guiding portion (22) being fixedly arranged inside the gas burner housing; the support portion (21) is in sliding fit with the guide portion (22).

wherein the supporting ledge (102) extends along the circumferential direction of the main body structure (10); or, the supporting convex edges (102) are multiple, and the plurality of supporting convex edges (102) are distributed along the circumferential direction of the main body structure (10).

10. Gas burner housing according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the gas burner housing comprises a gas burner base shell and a gas burner top cover, the body structure (10) being the gas burner base shell.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of gas cookers, in particular to a gas cooker shell and a gas cooker with the same.

Background

At present, in order to meet the requirement of home decoration and beauty, a gas stove is usually installed by embedding a cabinet, that is, an opening matched with the size of a bottom shell of the gas stove is arranged on a table top of the cabinet, and then the bottom shell of the gas stove is clamped into the opening.

Since the gas range has a life of being scrapped, when a new gas range is replaced, the size of the bottom case of the new gas range is often not matched with the size of the previous opening, and the cabinet needs to be replaced. Therefore, the existing gas stove shell has poor universality, so that the gas stove is inconvenient to replace.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a gas stove shell and a gas stove with the same, and aims to solve the problem that the gas stove shell in the prior art is poor in universality.

In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a gas range housing including: a body structure; the supporting structure is arranged on the main body structure and comprises a supporting part which is used for being in contact with an external object so as to support the main body structure; the supporting part is movably arranged relative to the main structure so as to change the length of the supporting part extending out of the main structure; wherein, the bearing structure is a plurality of, and a plurality of bearing structure distribute along the circumference of major structure and set up.

Furthermore, the supporting structure comprises a guide part which is fixedly arranged inside the gas stove shell; the supporting part is in sliding fit with the guiding part.

Further, the support portion comprises a first plate section and a second plate section which are perpendicular to each other, the first plate section is provided with a support surface used for contacting with an external object; the second plate section is provided with a first guide hole, and the guide part is arranged in the first guide hole in a penetrating mode.

Furthermore, a second guide hole is formed in the main body structure, the second guide hole is a strip-shaped hole, and the first plate section is arranged in the strip-shaped hole in a penetrating mode.

Furthermore, the supporting structure comprises a fixing part which is arranged inside the gas stove shell and fixedly connected with the main body structure; the guide part is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, and the support part is slidably arranged between the first end and the second end of the guide part; the first end and the fixed part of guide part are connected, and the second end and the major structure of guide part are connected.

Further, the guide part is of a columnar structure; the fixing part is provided with a supporting hole, and the columnar structure is arranged in the supporting hole in a penetrating way; the first end of columnar structure is equipped with spacing portion, spacing portion and fixed part butt, and the second end and the major structure detachably of columnar structure are connected.

Furthermore, a first fixing hole is formed in the end face of the second end of the columnar structure, a second fixing hole is formed in the main body structure, and the second end of the columnar structure is connected with the main body structure through a first fastener penetrating through the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a gas range including the gas range housing as described above.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a gas range housing, which includes: a body structure 10; a support structure 20, the support structure 20 being disposed on the main body structure 10, the support structure 20 including a support portion 21 for contacting an external object to support the main body structure 10; the support portion 21 is movably disposed relative to the main structure 10 to change the length of the support portion extending out of the main structure 10; the number of the supporting structures 20 is plural, and the plural supporting structures 20 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the main body structure 10.

The gas range housing of the present invention comprises: a body structure 10; a support structure 20, the support structure 20 being disposed on the main body structure 10, the support structure 20 including a support portion 21 for contacting an external object to support the main body structure 10; the support portion 21 is movably disposed relative to the main structure 10 to change the length of the support portion extending out of the main structure 10; the number of the supporting structures 20 is plural, and the plural supporting structures 20 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the main body structure 10. The main body structure 10 can be supported by the plurality of supporting parts 21 extending out of the main body structure 10 and contacting with the cabinet top 100, and there is a gap 200 between the main body structure 10 and the inner wall of the opening on the cabinet top 100.

In order to make the supporting portion 21 of the supporting structure 20 stably installed on the main body structure 10 and flexibly move in a telescopic manner, the supporting structure 20 includes a guiding portion 22, and the guiding portion 22 is fixedly installed inside the gas range housing; the support portion 21 is slidably fitted with the guide portion 22.

Specifically, the support portion 21 includes a first plate section 211 and a second plate section 212 perpendicular to each other, the first plate section 211 has a support surface for contacting with an external object, the second plate section 212 is provided with a first guide hole, and the guide portion 22 is inserted into the first guide hole, that is, the support portion 21 is an L-shaped plate structure, preferably, a L-shaped bent plate, so that the support portion 21 is stably installed by arranging the support portion 21 to include the first plate section 211 and the second plate section 212 perpendicular to each other and arranging the guide portion 22 through the first guide hole on the second plate section 212, and the support portion 21 can flexibly slide along the guide portion 22.

On the basis of guiding the supporting portion 21 by using the first guide hole, the main structure 10 is provided with the second guide hole 101, the second guide hole 101 is a strip-shaped hole, and the first plate section 211 is inserted into the strip-shaped hole, so that the first guide hole guides the second plate section 212 of the supporting portion 21, and the second guide hole 101 guides the first plate section 211 of the supporting portion 21, so that the L-shaped supporting portion 21 can move more stably, and the installation stability of the supporting portion is improved.

In order to stably fix the guide portion 22, so as to meet the supporting requirement of the supporting portion 21 and avoid the interference between the supporting portion 21 and surrounding components, the supporting structure 20 includes a fixing portion 23, the fixing portion 23 is disposed inside the gas stove housing, and the fixing portion 23 is fixedly connected with the main body structure 10; the guide portion 22 has a first end and a second end disposed opposite to each other, and the support portion 21 is slidably disposed between the first end and the second end of the guide portion 22; a first end of the guide portion 22 is connected to the fixing portion 23, and a second end of the guide portion 22 is connected to the main structure 10.

In order to ensure the fixing effect of the guide portion 22 and facilitate the assembly and maintenance of the support structure 20, the guide portion 22 is a columnar structure; the fixing part 23 is provided with a supporting hole, and the columnar structure is arranged in the supporting hole in a penetrating way; the first end of the columnar structure is provided with a limiting part 221, the limiting part 221 is abutted against the fixing part 23, and the second end of the columnar structure is detachably connected with the main body structure 10. In this way, the first end of the columnar structure is abutted against the fixing portion 23 through the limiting portion 221, and the second end of the columnar structure is detachably connected with the main body structure 10, so that the two ends of the columnar structure are stably fixed. By removing the second end of the columnar structure from the main structure 10, the columnar structure can be pulled out of the support hole in the fixing portion 23, thereby removing the guide portion 22 and the support portion 21.

Specifically, be equipped with first fixed orifices on the terminal surface of columnar structure's second end, be equipped with the second fixed orifices on major structure 10, be connected through wearing to establish the first fastener in first fixed orifices and second fixed orifices between columnar structure's second end and the major structure 10. Specifically, the main body structure 10 is provided with a supporting ledge 102 for contacting with an external object to support the main body structure 10; wherein, the supporting ledge 102 extends along the circumferential direction of the main structure 10; alternatively, the supporting ledge 102 is plural, and the plural supporting ledges 102 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the main body structure 10.

In the present embodiment, the supporting portion 21 is located below the supporting ledge 102, and the supporting portion 21 contacts the supporting ledge 102, so that the supporting portion 21 is reinforced by the supporting ledge 102 to prevent the supporting ledge 102 from being deformed. Specifically, the upper surface of the first plate segment 211 is in contact with the lower surface of the supporting ledge 102, so that the first plate segment 211 is reinforced by the supporting ledge 102, and the first plate segment 211 is prevented from being deformed by force.

Specifically, the gas stove housing includes a gas stove bottom shell and a gas stove top cover, and the main body structure 10 is the gas stove bottom shell.

In addition, the invention also provides a gas stove which comprises the gas stove shell.
