1. A detection method for measuring the sag resistance value of a brazing foil is characterized by comprising the following steps:

①, taking the length of the material to be detected to be 80-120mm along the rolling direction, and taking the length to be 20-25mm along the transverse direction, and preparing the foil to be tested;

②, clamping the foil to be tested in the measuring device, wherein after clamping, the length of the front end of the foil to be tested exposed outwards is about 50 mm;

Background

The brazing aluminum foil is one of key materials for manufacturing heat exchangers in the fields of automobiles, engineering machinery, air cooling of power stations, micro-channels, PTC, air separation and the like, and is formed by rolling and compounding a coating layer alloy single-side or double-side coating matrix alloy or rolling a direct single-layer organism alloy. In the heat exchanger production industry in the fields of automobiles and the like, brazing is widely used as a method for reliably connecting aluminum and aluminum alloy.

The sag resistance of the brazing aluminum foil is the most critical quality index, and no test method for evaluating the sag resistance of the brazing aluminum foil exists at present. The sag resistance of brazed aluminum foils has also only been indirectly characterized in the heat exchanger manufacturing industry by other means, such as: the defect of 'shrinkage after welding of a heat exchanger' is traced to 'poor sag resistance of the brazing aluminum foil', but the method has large investment and large loss, and the sag resistance of the brazing aluminum foil cannot be judged in advance.

A test method for measuring the sag resistance of a brazing foil, comprising the steps of:
