1. A connecting structure for connecting a first object and a second object, comprising:

a connecting rod screwed to the second object through the first object, the connecting rod having a first threaded section for directly screwing the second object and a second threaded section located outside the first threaded section;

The invention relates to a connecting structure and a guitar with the same.

Background

The guitar usually comprises a body and a neck, the whole length of the guitar is long due to the long neck, so that the guitar is inconvenient to package, transport and carry, and the guitar packaging box or packaging bag corresponding to the guitar is also long, thereby not only occupying a large transport space, but also causing the transport cost to be extremely expensive.

In order to solve the above problems, some guitars that can be folded have appeared in the prior art, so that the length of the guitar is greatly shortened. However, these folding guitars are complicated in construction, have numerous parts, are cumbersome to install and remove, and are time consuming and labor intensive.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the present invention is to provide a coupling structure which is simple in structure, can couple two objects quickly and conveniently, and is easy to disassemble.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a guitar, which can be connected to the body and the neck quickly and easily by the above-mentioned connection structure, and which can be disassembled easily.

Aiming at one purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a connecting structure for connecting a first object and a second object, comprising:

a connecting rod screwed to the second object through the first object, the connecting rod having a first threaded section for directly screwing the second object and a second threaded section located outside the first threaded section;

the cushion piece is limited on the first object and coaxially sleeved on the connecting rod, and the cushion piece penetrates out of the connecting rod by the second threaded section;

and the connecting cap is positioned on the outer side of the cushion piece and is provided with a screw hole matched with the second threaded section and at least one screwing groove for an external tool to screw the connecting cap.

In some embodiments, the pad member is provided with a contact groove in a horn shape having a large outer side and a small inner side, and the connection cap is in contact with the contact groove. In some embodiments, the connection cap includes a base and an extension extending from the base, the extension having a diameter smaller than that of the base, the screw groove is formed at a top of the base, and the extension is in contact with the pad. The base is more extensive than the extension and is therefore suitable for hand operation.

Aiming at another purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a guitar comprises a first object body and a second object neck, and further comprises the connecting structure, so that the body and the neck are connected.

In some embodiments, the body is provided with a limiting groove for limiting the pad and a through hole penetrating through the body for the connecting rod to pass through, the limiting groove and the through hole being coaxially arranged.

In some embodiments, the body is further provided with an accommodating recess located outside the limiting recess for the connecting cap to at least partially protrude into.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: through setting up simple structure, with low costs connection structure, realized body and neck and the express delivery of guitar and connect and disassemble to make things convenient for packing, transportation and carrying of guitar.

Detailed Description

For a better understanding of the objects, structure, features, and functions of the invention, reference should be made to the drawings and detailed description that follow. It should be noted that the features illustrated in the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale. Moreover, the described embodiments are a few embodiments of the invention, rather than all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the described embodiments of the invention without any inventive step, are within the scope of protection of the invention.

Unless otherwise defined, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this disclosure belongs. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, a guitar 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first piece body 1, a second piece neck 2, and a joint structure 200 for joining the body 1 and the neck 2. In other embodiments, the connecting structure 200 may be used to connect any other suitable first and second objects.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the body 1 is provided with a limit recess 11 and an accommodation recess 12 located outside the limit recess 11 and a through-hole 13 penetrating the body 1 for the connection rod 3 to pass through, the limit recess 11, the accommodation recess 12 and the through-hole 13 being coaxially provided.

As shown in FIG. 5, the body 1 is provided with a mounting groove 14 on one side thereof, the neck 2 has a mounting portion 21, and the mounting portion 21 is fitted to the mounting groove 14 such that the neck 2 is at least partially sunk into the mounting groove 14 when mounted, not only positioning but also reducing the overall thickness of the guitar 100, and then connected by the connecting structure 200.

As shown in fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, the connection structure 200 includes a connection bar 3, a pad 4 and a connection cap 5. One or more connecting structures 200 may be provided according to the actual situation. In this embodiment, four connection structures 200 are provided.

As shown in FIG. 4, the connecting rod 3 is screwed to the neck 2 through the through-hole 13 of the body 1, the connecting rod 3 having a first threaded section 31 for directly screwing the neck 2 and a second threaded section 32 located outside the first threaded section 31. In this embodiment, the first thread segment 31 is a self-tapping screw, and can be directly connected to the wood neck 2. The end of the connecting rod 3 is provided with a tool recess 33 adapted for a tool to apply a force to the connecting rod 3. For example, the tool recess 33 in this embodiment is a hex socket, which is suitable for a hex wrench.

The pad 4 is limited in the limit groove 11 of the body 1 and coaxially sleeved on the connecting rod 3, the pad 4 is penetrated by the connecting rod 3, specifically, the pad 4 has a pad through hole 42, the pad through hole 42 is penetrated to the outside by the second thread section 32, and thus, a part of the second thread section 32 can be arranged on the outside of the pad 4 for connection. Also on the inside of the padding element 4 there is a part of the second threaded section 32, i.e. the padding element 4 is located in the middle of the second threaded section.

The connection cap 5 is located outside the cushion member 4 and is in close contact with the cushion member 4, the connection cap 5 includes a base portion 51 and an extension portion 52 extending from the base portion 51, the extension portion 52 has a diameter smaller than that of the base portion 51, and the base portion 51 is adapted to be operated by hand since it is larger than the extension portion 52. The connecting cap 5 has a threaded hole 53 for engaging with the second threaded section 32 and a screwing groove 54 for an external tool to screw the connecting cap 5. The depth of the screw hole 53 may be set according to actual conditions, and may even be set as a through hole. By providing the threaded bore 53 and also having a portion of the second threaded section 32 on the inside of the spacer 4, it is ensured that the connecting cap 5 can be screwed all the way inwards along the second threaded section 32 of the connecting rod 3, which achieves many advantages not achieved by the conventional connecting arrangement 200. For example, when the connection of the connection cap 5 is slightly loose, the connection of the connection cap 5 can be ensured to be tight by continuously screwing the connection cap 5 inwards.

As shown in fig. 2 and 6, a screw groove 54 is formed at the top of the base 51. One or more screw grooves 54 may be provided. The screwing slot 54 extends laterally through the connection cap 5 to ensure that the external tool is not subjected to any restrictions when screwing. The depth and width of the screw groove 54 may be set according to the actual situation. The screw groove 54 in this embodiment is different from a general screw groove but has a suitable depth and width to screw the connecting cap 5 for an external tool for a coin 6 or a key handle or the like, and is particularly suitable for a 1-size coin 6 or a special coin 6 having an approximate size. The advantage that sets up like this lies in, on the one hand coin 6 or the size of key handle be suitable for hand operation just, be convenient for the application of force, on the other hand can improve the speed and the degree of convenience that connect cap 5 was twisted greatly, need not rely on specific instrument, only need one coin 6 or key handle can. Also, the coin 6 or key handle is greatly reduced in volume and portable as compared with conventional tools.

The base 51 has a protrusion 55 on the outer periphery thereof, so that when the coin unscrews the cap 5, the base 51 can be touched by hand to gradually unscrew the cap 5, and the protrusion 55 can increase the friction between the hand and the base 51.

The purpose of providing the body 1 with the receiving recess 12 is to allow the connector-cap 5 to at least partially protrude thereinto, so that the height of the protrusion of the connector-cap 5 can be reduced, and even the connector-cap 5 can be entirely received by the receiving recess 12 without any portion of the surface of the body 1 protruding therefrom.

The pad 4 is provided with a contact groove 41, and the extension 52 of the connection cap 5 is in contact with the contact groove 41 to apply a force better for a better connection effect. The contact recess 41 is formed in a trumpet shape having a large outer side for facilitating the entry of the extension 52 and a small inner side for smoothly being stopped by the contact recess 41 after the entry of the extension 52, and the connection is made stronger as the connecting cap 5 is screwed inward and the force applied to the body 1 by the spacer 4 is larger.

A blocking portion 34 is provided between the first threaded section 31 and the second threaded section 32 of the connecting rod 3, which can block the connecting cap 5 and prevent the connecting cap 5 from directly sliding out of the first threaded section 31 after passing through the second threaded section 32. The position of the blocking portion 34 may be set according to actual conditions.

In this embodiment, the mounting portion 21 of the neck 2 is first mounted to the mounting groove 14 of the body 1 with the neck 2 positioned. Afterwards, pass through the through-hole 13 of body 1 with connecting rod 3, reuse hexagonal spanner wrench twist connecting rod 3 again for first screw thread section 31 of connecting rod 3 is connected to neck 2 through self tapping screw, then pass pad 4 connecting rod 3 and put into spacing recess 11 and make pad 4 spacing, again with the second screw thread section 32 of connecting cap 5 threaded connection to connecting rod 3, screw up connecting cap 5 through coin 6, make connecting cap 5 and pad 4 in close contact with, realize the installation of body 1 and neck 2 from this. According to the invention, the connection structure 200 with simple structure and low cost is arranged, so that the connection and the disassembly of the body 1 and the neck 2 of the guitar 100 in an express way are realized, and the packaging, the transportation and the carrying of the guitar 100 are facilitated.
