Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of cosmetic packaging, in particular to a cosmetic container and a using method thereof.

Background

Conventional cosmetic containers, such as lipstick tubes, lipstick cases, etc., have a body contained in a cup body, and the body is extended and retracted by being lifted and lowered by the cup body.

Because the material body is contained in the cup body, when the cup body is completely lifted, the material body part contained in the cup body cannot be used up, and waste is caused. It has been statistically found that the conventional cosmetic container generally contains about 35% of the material in the cup body, so that the use rate of the material cannot be increased.

If most of the material body extends out of the cup body and the small part of the material body is kept in the cup body, the material body needs to be made of harder materials, and the use is reduced. In addition, most of the material body extends out of the cup body, so that the material body is easy to break, and the use is influenced.

Therefore, the usage rate, the feeling of use, and the life of the material body cannot be simultaneously taken into consideration.

It is to be noted that the information applied in the above background section is only for enhancing the understanding of the background of the present invention, and thus may include information that does not constitute prior art known to those of ordinary skill in the art.

Detailed Description

Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example embodiments may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The cosmetic container of the present invention is used for containing paste-like materials such as lipstick, lip gloss, etc., and can also be applied to other similar fields such as solid gel, paint, etc.

Fig. 1 shows a cosmetic container in an embodiment, fig. 2 shows a structure of a screw boss, fig. 3 shows a structure of a rotary member, fig. 7 shows a structure of a cup, fig. 8 shows a structure of a push cup, and fig. 9 shows an assembled structure of the cup, the push cup, and a body. As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 7 to 9, the cosmetic container according to the present embodiment includes:

the inner wall of the threaded sleeve 1 is provided with a first guide groove 11 and a second guide groove 12 which form parallel spiral lines. Fig. 2 only schematically illustrates the first guide groove 11 and the second guide groove 12, and in practical applications, the first guide groove 11 and the second guide groove 12 may be interchanged as long as parallel spiral lines are formed.

The rotating part 2 is rotatably sleeved in the threaded sleeve 1, the side wall of the rotating part 2 is provided with a hollowed-out slideway pattern 20, and the slideway pattern 20 at least comprises a first slideway 21 and a second slideway 22 which axially extend and are mutually communicated. In fig. 3, the first slideway 21 and the second slideway 22 are respectively marked by two axially extending oblique line hatchings.

The material cup 3 is rotatably sleeved in the rotating part 2, at least one first lug 31 protrudes outwards from the side wall of the material cup 3, the first lug 31 penetrates through the slideway pattern 20 and is limited in the first guide groove 11, and a third slideway 32 extending axially is formed in the side wall of the material cup 3. The side wall of the cup 3 may be symmetrically provided with a pair of first lugs 31 and a pair of third runners 32.

The push cup 4 is rotatably sleeved in the material cup 3, at least one second lug 41 protrudes outwards from the side wall of the push cup 4, and the second lug 41 sequentially passes through the third slideway 32 and the slideway pattern 20 and is limited in the second guide groove 12. Fig. 8 shows that the side wall of the push cup 4 is symmetrically provided with two second lugs 41, each second lug 41 correspondingly passing through a third slideway 32.

The body 5 is received in the cup 3 and is supported by the pusher cup 4, the body 5 having a first portion 51 located in the cup 3 and a second portion 52 extending beyond the cup 3.

The cosmetic container of the present embodiment has at least two strokes, including a first stroke in which the cup 3 and the push cup 4 are lifted simultaneously and a second stroke in which only the push cup 4 is lifted. In the first stroke, as the rotary member 2 rotates relative to the screw boss 1, the first guide groove 11 guides the first lug 31 of the cup 3 to ascend and descend along the ramp pattern 20, and the second guide groove 12 guides the second lug 32 of the push cup 4 to ascend and descend along the ramp pattern 20. The body 5 now follows the cup 3 and the pusher cup 4 and rises and falls, and the second portion 52 of the body 5 can extend beyond the rotor 2 for use and retract back into the rotor 2 for storage. When the material cup 3 rises to a certain degree (if the upper end face of the material cup 3 is jacked to be flush with the upper end face of the rotating member 2 or slightly higher than the upper end face of the rotating member 2), the first stroke is finished, and the second stroke is started. The pusher cup 4 is now raised and lowered relative to the cup 3 to cause the first portion 51 of the material 5 contained within the cup 3 to extend and retract into the cup 3. The third axially extending slide 32 keeps the cups 3 and 4 moving in the same direction during the first stroke and moves the pusher cup 4 axially relative to the cup 3 during the second stroke.

Under the combined action of the material cup 3 and the push cup 4, on the first hand, the material body 5 can completely extend out of the material cup 3, so that the material is used up, and the utilization rate is improved; in a second aspect, a substantial portion of the material body 5 may be contained in the cup 3, for example, such that the first portion 51 occupies about 70% of the overall length of the material body 5, thereby avoiding breakage and extending the life of the material body 5; in the third aspect, because the material body 5 is mostly contained in the material cup 3, the material body 5 made of a softer material can be selected to improve the use feeling. In addition, the height of the material cup 3 can be increased. The height of the traditional material cup accounts for about 30 percent of the total height of the pipe body, so that excessive material is prevented from being wasted in the material cup and cannot be used. After the cosmetic container of the present invention is used, the material body 5 can be completely protruded, so that the height of the cup 3 can be greatly increased to occupy 50-90% of the height of the rotary member 2, and thus 50-90% of the material body 5 can be contained in the cup 3. Of course, the specific height of the material cup 3 can be flexibly determined according to the requirement during actual production.

In a specific embodiment, in combination with the rotating member shown in fig. 3 and the material cup shown in fig. 7, as the rotating member 2 rotates relative to the threaded sleeve 1, the third slide 32 overlaps the first slide 21 and the second slide 22 in sequence, so as to form a first combined slide for synchronously lifting the push cup 4 and the material cup 3 and a second combined slide for only lifting the push cup 4.

In a further embodiment, the first lug 31 and the third slideway 32 are arranged along the same axis. In the invention, the rotatable material cup 3 and the pushing cup 4 are sequentially sleeved in the rotating piece 2, so that the number of the slideway patterns 20 arranged on the rotating piece 2 is correspondingly increased. In the embodiment, the first lug 31 and the third slide way 32 are arranged along the same axis (for example, the first lug 31 is arranged above the third slide way 32), so that on one hand, the alignment during casting can be facilitated, and the precision can be improved; on the other hand, the first lug 31 and the second lug 41 can reuse part of the slide ways in the slide way pattern 20, so that the area of the slide way pattern 20 formed on the rotating member 2 is reduced, and the firmness of the rotating member 2 is improved. For example, the first lug 31 and the second lug 41 multiplex the first runner 21 in the runner pattern 20, and as shown in fig. 4, the first combination runner is indicated by a dashed box C1, the second combination runner is indicated by a dashed box C2, and the third runner is indicated by dotted shading. The first combined slide way C1 includes a third slide way and a partial first slide way 21a (i.e. a dot-hatched portion in a dashed box C1) for lifting and lowering the push cup 4, and a partial first slide way 21b (i.e. a blank portion in a dashed box C1) for lifting and lowering the feed cup 3, which are overlapped with each other; the second combined slide way C2 comprises a third slide way and a second slide way 22 which are overlapped and used for lifting the push cup 4. During the lifting process of the material cup 3, the overlapped part of the third slideway and the first slideway changes.

Further, first slide 21 can set up the material cup and lock the position to material cup 3 is locked after material cup 3 rises to a certain extent, and the messenger pushes away cup 4 and goes up and down relative to material cup 3. In the embodiment in which the first lug 31 is coaxially disposed above the third chute 32 as described above, referring to the rotating member shown in fig. 5, the upper end of the first chute 21 is provided with a cup upper lock 302 for locking the cup 3 to rise. Under the action of the material cup upper lock 302, when the material cup 3 and the push cup 4 synchronously ascend until the first lug 31 of the material cup 3 reaches the material cup upper lock 302, the material cup 3 is locked and does not ascend continuously. At this time, the push cup 4 follows the cup 3 to reach the connection 4012 between the first slide way 21 and the second slide way 22. Subsequently, the material cup 3 is locked in the material cup locking position 302, and the pushing cup 4 can be lifted relative to the material cup 3 along the second slideway 22.

Further, the first slideway 21 is further provided with a material cup lower locking position 301 and a thrust cup lower locking position 401, which are respectively used for locking the material cup 3 to descend and locking the thrust cup 4 to descend. Under the action of the cup lower lock 301, when the cup 3 descends until the first lug 31 of the cup reaches the cup lower lock 301, the cup 3 is locked and does not descend any more. Similarly, under the action of the push cup lower lock 401, when the push cup 4 descends until the second lug 41 reaches the push cup lower lock 401, the push cup 4 is locked and does not descend any more. The cup lower latch 301, the cup upper latch 302, and the cup pushing lower latch 401 may all extend in the circumferential direction as shown in fig. 5. Due to the locking function of the lower cup locking position 301 and the lower cup pushing locking position 401, when the cosmetic container is not used (for example, in an idle state or a transportation state), the lower cup locking position 301 and the lower cup pushing locking position 401 lock the cup 3 and the cup 4 respectively to prevent looseness. When the material cup is needed to be used, the rotating member 2 is actuated, the material cup lower locking position 301 and the cup pushing lower locking position 401 are unlocked, and the first lug 31 of the material cup 3 and the second lug 41 of the cup pushing 4 are pushed into the first slideway 21 by the first guide groove 11 and the second guide groove 12 respectively, so that the material cup is in a use state. In use, the third slide way 32 extending axially keeps the push cup 4 moving in the same direction as the material cup 3, and also prevents the push cup 4 from slipping to the lower lock position 301 of the material cup when descending.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, 8 and 5, in the first stroke of the synchronous lifting of the cup 3 and the cup pusher 4, the sliding track of the first lug 31 of the cup 3 is shown by a double-dashed arrow 310, and the first lug 31 slides along the first slideway 21 between the cup lower latch 301 and the cup upper latch 302. The material cup 3 is at the lowest to lock the first lug 31 in the material cup lower locking position 301, and at the highest to lock the first lug 31 in the material cup upper locking position 302. Similarly, in the first stroke, the sliding track of the second lug 41 of the push cup 4 is shown by the double-dashed arrow 410a, and the second lug 41 slides along the first slide way 21 between the push cup lower lock position 401 and the communication junction 4012. When the cup 3 descends until the first lug 31 is locked in the cup lower lock position 301, the second lug 41 of the push cup 4 is locked in the cup lower lock position 401; when the cup 4 rises until the first lug 31 locks in the cup latch 302, the second lug 41 of the cup 4 is pushed to the connection 4012. In the second stroke of lifting only the push cup 4, the first lug 31 of the cup 3 is locked in the cup upper lock 302, the cup 3 is kept still, the sliding track of the second lug 41 of the push cup 4 is shown by a double-dashed arrow 401b, and the second lug 41 slides along the second slideway 22 between the lower end (i.e. the communication 4012) of the second slideway 22 and the upper end 402 of the second slideway 22.

In the cosmetic container of the present invention, in combination with the rotary member shown in fig. 6 and fig. 1, the rotary member 2 includes a cylindrical body portion 2a internally fitted in the screw cap 1 and an actuating portion 2b extending out of the screw cap 1, and a slide pattern 20 is provided on a side wall of the cylindrical body portion 2 a; when the cosmetic container is used, the rotating part 2 is driven to rotate in the threaded sleeve 1 by rotating the actuating part 2b, and then the material cup 3 and/or the push cup 4 are driven to lift. The end face of the barrel part 2a connected with the actuating part 2b is provided with a first convex rib 23 for limiting the descending of the material cup 3, when the material cup 3 descends until the lower end face of the material cup abuts against the first convex rib 23, the descending is stopped, so that the material cup 3 cannot descend without limitation, and the cosmetic container is damaged.

Further, a second convex rib (not shown in detail) for limiting the descending of the pushing cup 4 can be arranged on the lower end surface of the material cup 3. When the push cup 4 descends until the lower end surface of the push cup abuts against the second convex rib, the push cup stops descending, so that the push cup 4 cannot descend without limitation, and the cosmetic container is damaged.

In a preferred embodiment, combining the material cup shown in fig. 7 and the pushing cup shown in fig. 8, the inner wall of the material cup 3 is provided with an axially extending rib 33, the outer wall of the pushing cup 4 is provided with an axially extending groove 42, and the rib 33 is axially slidably retained in the groove 42. The embedded convex ribs 33 and the grooves 42 ensure that the material cup 3 and the push cup 4 move in the same direction, and also play a limiting role in pushing the cup 4 to avoid the push cup 4 from slipping.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a using method of the cosmetic container, which comprises a first stroke for driving the material cup 3 and the push cup 4 to synchronously lift and a second stroke for driving only the push cup 4 to lift. The first stroke comprises a first ascending stroke and a first descending stroke, and the second stroke comprises a second ascending stroke and a second descending stroke; the first ascending stroke and the second ascending stroke are sequentially performed, and the second descending stroke and the first descending stroke are sequentially performed. The first lift stroke includes: the forward rotation rotating piece drives the push cup and the material cup to synchronously ascend along the first combined slide way; the second lift stroke includes: the forward rotation rotating piece drives the cup pushing piece to ascend along the second combined slide way. The second descent stroke includes: the reverse rotation piece drives the push cup to descend along the second combined slide way; the first downstroke comprises: and the reverse rotation part drives the material cup and the push cup to descend synchronously along the first combined slide way.

Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10a to 10d show a first ascending stroke of the material cup 3 and the push cup 4 which ascend along the first combined chute in synchronization, and fig. 10d to 10e show a second ascending stroke of the push cup 4 which ascends along the second combined chute. Referring to fig. 10 in conjunction with the drawings of the cosmetic container and its components shown in the above embodiments, in the state of fig. 10a, the first lug 31 (the first lug is hidden in the view of fig. 10 a) of the cup 3 is locked in the cup lower lock 301, and the cup 3 is kept still; the second lug 41 of the pusher cup 4 (the second lug is obscured in the view of fig. 10 a) locks into the pusher cup lower catch 401, the pusher cup 4 remaining stationary; the body 5 is hidden in the rotor 2 (fig. 10 does not show the threaded sleeve outside the rotor 2) and the cosmetic container is in an unused rest condition. At this time, when the rotating member 2 is rotated forward, for example, the rotating member 2 is rotated clockwise, the first lug 31 of the material cup 3 and the second lug 41 of the pushing cup 4 are respectively pushed into the first slideway 21 under the guidance of the first guide groove 11 and the second guide groove 12, and the state shown in fig. 10b is assumed. Continuing to rotate the rotary member 2, the first lug 31 of the cup 3 and the second lug 41 of the cup 4 will be guided by the first guide groove 11 and the second guide groove 12 and will rise synchronously along the first slideway 21 to eject the second portion 52 of the material body 5 for use until the condition shown in fig. 10c is reached. In fig. 10c, the first lug 31 of the cup 3 has risen to the top of the first chute 21, and the rotating member 2 is rotated forward, so that the first lug 31 will be pushed into the upper cup catch 302 by the first guiding groove 11; in the process that the first lug 31 is pushed into the material cup to be locked 302 by the first guide groove 11, the third slide way enables the push cup 4 and the material cup 3 to keep rotating in the same direction (the embedded rib 33 and the embedded groove 42 also play a role in limiting at the same time), and the second lug 41 of the push cup 4 is pushed into the joint 4012 of the second slide way 22 and the first slide way 21 by the second guide groove 12, so that the state shown in fig. 10d is presented. Continuing to rotate the rotary member 2, the cup 3 will remain stationary due to the first lug 31 locking into the cup catch 302; and the push cup 4 continuously ascends along the second slideway 22 under the guiding action of the second guide groove 12 through the second lug 41 to eject the first part 51 of the material body 5 contained in the cup 3 for use, until the second lug 41 ascends to the top end of the second slideway 22 as shown in fig. 10e, and the first part 51 of the material body 5 is completely ejected. The body 5 can thus be used up.

Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11a to 11b illustrate a second descending process of the push cup descending along the second combined slide way, and fig. 11b to 11e illustrate a first descending process of the discharge cup and the push cup descending along the first combined slide way simultaneously. Referring to fig. 11 in conjunction with the drawings of the cosmetic container and its components shown in the above embodiments, in fig. 11a, when the first portion 51 of the last material body 5 is used, the second lug 41 of the pusher cup 4 rises to the uppermost end of the second chute 22, and the first lug 31 of the cup 3 is locked in the cup upper lock 302. When the rotor 2 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, the second lug 41 of the push cup 4 slides down along the second slide way 22 under the guiding action of the second guide groove 12, and the push cup 4 descends to the state shown in fig. 11 b. Continuing to rotate the rotary member 2 reversely, the first lug 31 of the cup 3 and the second lug 41 of the cup 4 are respectively pushed into the first slideway 21 under the guidance of the first guide groove 11 and the second guide groove 12, and the state shown in fig. 11c is assumed. Continuing to counter-rotate the rotary member 2, the first lug 31 of the cup 3 and the second lug 41 of the cup 4 will be synchronously lowered along the first slideway 21 guided by the first guide groove 11 and the second guide groove 12, until the state shown in fig. 11d is assumed. When the rotating member 2 is further rotated reversely, the first lug 31 and the second lug 41 will be pushed to the cup locking position 301 and the cup pushing lower locking position 401, respectively, so that the cup 3 and the cup pushing 4 will be brought into the locking state, respectively, and the state shown in fig. 11e is obtained. In the locking process of the material cup 3 and the pushing cup 4, the first convex ribs 23 of the rotating member 2 and the second convex ribs of the material cup 3 respectively limit the material cup 3 and the pushing cup 4.

In the actual use of the cosmetic container, it is common to first use the body 5 to expose the second portion 52 of the cup 3 and then use the first portion 51 of the body 5 contained in the cup 3 when the second portion 52 is used up. During use of the second portion 52 of the body 5, the first upward stroke shown in figures 10a to 10d and the first downward stroke shown in figures 11a to 11b are alternated; during use of the first portion 51 of the body 5, the process of raising shown in figure 10 and the process of lowering shown in figure 11 are alternated.

In addition, in the manufacturing process of the cosmetic container, the screw tube 1, the rotary member 2, the material cup 3, the push cup 4 and other parts are assembled, then the rotary member 2 is rotated to make the material cup 3 and the push cup 4 present the state shown in fig. 10 d/fig. 11b, and then the material body 5 is inserted into the material cup 3 to support the material body 5 by the push cup 4. During the process of inserting the material body 5, the first lug 31 and the second lug 41 can be fastened by holding the threaded sleeve 1, so that the material cup 3 and the pushing cup 4 are prevented from being loosened under stress during the inserting process.

In conclusion, the cosmetic container has at least two strokes through the rotatable material cup 3 and the push cup 4, the material cup 3 and the push cup 4 can be lifted synchronously in the first stroke, and the push cup 4 can be lifted relative to the material cup 3 in the second stroke, so that the material body 5 contained in the material cup 3 is completely used up, the utilization rate of the material body 5 is improved, and the material body 5 can flexibly select soft materials according to needs, thereby improving the use experience; the material cup 3 and the push cup 4 share the slideway pattern 20, so that the rotating piece 2 provides sliding space for the material cup 3 and the push cup 4, the area of the slideway pattern 20 is reduced, and the firmness of the rotating piece 2 is ensured; meanwhile, the third slide way 32 extending axially is matched, on one hand, the equidirectional movement of the material cup 3 and the pushing cup 4 is ensured, on the other hand, the third slide way 32 can be respectively overlapped with the first slide way 21 and the second slide way 22 of the slide way pattern 20, a first combined slide way for synchronously lifting the material feeding cup 3 and the pushing cup 4 and a second combined slide way for only lifting the pushing cup 4 are formed, and the rotation flexibility of the material cup 3 and the pushing cup 4 is improved.
