1. A fan with a connecting seat is characterized in that the fan with the connecting seat comprises:

a frame body having an accommodating space;

a stator, which is arranged in the containing space;

the fan wheel is arranged in the accommodating space and driven by the stator to rotate; and

the connecting seat is provided with a seat body and a plurality of connecting pins, and the connecting pins are electrically connected with the stator.

2. The fan with connecting base as claimed in claim 1, wherein the frame has a side connecting portion and a bottom surface, the side connecting portion has a pin base for fixing a plurality of side pins, and the connecting base is disposed on the bottom surface.

3. The fan with the connecting seat as claimed in claim 2, wherein the frame has a shaft tube position, and the seat body of the connecting seat is disposed outside the shaft tube position.

4. The fan with connecting base of claim 2, wherein the stator comprises a circuit board, the circuit board comprises a transfer circuit for electrically connecting a plurality of the connecting pins and a plurality of the side pins.

5. The fan with the connecting base as claimed in claim 2, wherein the base body of the connecting base extends from the connecting base, the plurality of side pins extend to the connecting base, and the plurality of side pins include the plurality of connecting pins.

6. The fan with the connecting seat as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting seat includes a transition shell having a shape corresponding to the shape of the frame.

7. The fan with the connecting seat as claimed in claim 6, wherein the seat body of the connecting seat is disposed on the adapter shell.

8. The fan with the connecting base as claimed in claim 7, wherein the connecting base includes a adapting circuit board disposed in the adapting housing, the frame has a side connecting portion having a pin base for fixing a plurality of side pins, and the adapting circuit board is for electrically connecting the plurality of connecting pins and the plurality of side pins.

9. The fan with the connecting base as claimed in claim 8, wherein the connecting base includes a plurality of supporting posts for supporting the adapting circuit board.

10. The fan with connecting base of claim 8, wherein the plurality of side pins includes a power signal side pin.

11. The fan with connecting base of claim 10, wherein the plurality of side pins includes a sensing signal side pin, a rotational speed signal side pin or an abnormal signal side pin.

12. The fan with connector base of claim 10, wherein the plurality of side pins includes a pwm input signal side pin.

13. The fan with the connecting base as claimed in claim 1, wherein the frame has a first casing and a second casing, and the first casing and the second casing are combined to form the accommodating space.

14. The fan with connecting base as claimed in claim 13, wherein the first casing has an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is disposed on a top surface of the first casing, and the air outlet is disposed on a side surface of the first casing.

15. The fan with connecting base as claimed in claim 14, wherein the fan with connecting base includes a sensing circuit board disposed on the top surface of the first casing.

16. The fan with connecting base of claim 15, wherein the sensing circuit board comprises at least one sensor disposed at the air inlet of the first housing.

17. The fan with connecting base of claim 15, wherein the sensing circuit board includes at least one sensor disposed at the air outlet of the first casing.

18. The fan with connecting base as claimed in claim 16 or 17, wherein the sensor is a temperature sensor.

19. The fan with connecting base of claim 15, wherein the sensing circuit board is electrically connected to the plurality of side pins of the frame.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a fan, and more particularly, to a fan with a connecting base.

Background

The existing fan is electrically connected with an external device by a wire or directly electrically connected by the wire, so that the existing fan and the external device are only connected by simple welding or wires and cannot be stably and fixedly connected, the problem of poor contact between the existing fan and the external device is possibly caused, and even the serious problem that the existing fan is separated from the external device and falls off is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention relates to a fan with a connecting seat. The fan includes: a frame, a stator, a fan wheel and a connecting base. The frame body is provided with an accommodating space. The stator is arranged in the accommodating space. The fan wheel is arranged in the containing space and is driven by the stator to rotate. The connecting seat is provided with a seat body and a plurality of connecting pins, and the plurality of connecting pins are electrically connected with the stator.

Therefore, the fan can be electrically connected with the external device by using the connecting seat, and the fan can be stably and fixedly connected with the external device. Moreover, the connecting seat of the fan can be designed into a corresponding shape and an adjusting and setting position according to actual requirements so as to meet the requirements of customers and achieve the purpose of customization.

Detailed Description

The details of the present invention can be more clearly understood in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and the description of the embodiments of the present invention. However, the specific embodiments of the present invention described herein are for the purpose of illustration only and are not to be construed as limiting the invention in any way. Any possible variations based on the present invention may be conceived by the skilled person in the light of the teachings of the present invention, and these should be considered to fall within the scope of the present invention.

Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a fan with a connecting base according to an embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the fan 1 with the connection base of the present invention may be a blower fan (blower), a heat dissipation fan, etc., but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the fan 1 of the present invention may also be applied to sensing various signals or other suitable applications. The fan 1 of the present invention may include: a frame 10, a stator 20, a fan wheel 30 and a connecting seat 40.

In one embodiment, the frame 10 has a receiving space 11. The stator 20 and the impeller 30 are disposed in the accommodating space 11, and the impeller 30 is driven by the stator 20 to rotate. The connecting socket 40 has a socket body 41 and a plurality of connecting pins 42, and the connecting pins 42 are electrically connected to the stator 20. The connecting base 40 is utilized to electrically connect the fan with an external device (not shown), and the external device may have a receiving base (not shown) with a shape corresponding to the receiving base 41 of the connecting base 40, so that the receiving base 41 of the connecting base 40 and the receiving base of the external device are combined and connected with each other, and the fan 1 is firmly and fixedly connected with the external device.

In one embodiment, the frame 10 has a first casing 101 and a second casing 102, and the first casing 101 and the second casing 102 are combined to form the accommodating space 11. The first casing 101 is in a shape of a reversed U-column, the second casing 102 is in a shape of a column ㄩ, and the first casing 101 and the second casing 102 are combined to form a circular accommodating space 11.

In one embodiment, the first housing 101 has an air inlet 103 and an air outlet 104. The air inlet 103 is disposed on a top surface 105 of the first casing 101, the top surface 105 is circular, and the air inlet 103 is located in the circular ring of the top surface 105. The air outlet 104 is disposed on a side 106 of the first casing 101, and the air outlet 104 is arc-shaped. In one embodiment, the frame 10 has a side connection portion 12, and the side connection portion 12 can be disposed on the second housing 102 or can be extended from the first housing 101. The side connecting portion 12 has a pin seat 121 for fixing a plurality of side pins 122. The side pins 122 are electrically connected to the stator 20.

In an embodiment, the fan 1 of the present invention further includes a sensing circuit board 50 disposed on the top surface 105 of the first casing 101. The sensing circuit board 50 includes at least one sensor 51 disposed at the air inlet 103 of the first housing 101, i.e., the sensor 51 extends to the air inlet 103. The sensor 51 may be a temperature sensor to sense the ambient temperature of the fan 1. The sensing circuit board 50 is electrically connected to a plurality of the side pins 122. In an embodiment, the sensor 51 may be disposed at the air outlet 104 of the first casing 101, or may be disposed in an air flow path of the fan 1, but is not limited to the above-mentioned position, and the position is not limited to the position so as not to affect the operation of the fan 1.

In one embodiment, the stator 20 is disposed in the accommodating space 11 of the second housing 102. The stator 20 may include coils, pole pieces, circuit boards, and the like. The impeller 30 includes a magnet and a plurality of blades 31, the magnet is disposed around the coil and the pole pieces, so that the stator 20 drives the impeller 30 to rotate. The fan blades 31 are disposed in the accommodating space 11 of the first housing 101. The side pins 122 are electrically connected to the circuit board of the stator 20.

In one embodiment, the connecting socket 40 further includes an adapting shell 43, the adapting shell 43 has a shape corresponding to the shape of the frame 10, and is shaped like a cylinder ㄩ, and the adapting shell 43 has an accommodating space. The base 41 of the connecting socket 40 is disposed at a bottom of the adapter 43 and extends downward. The seat 41 of the connecting seat 40 can be designed to have a corresponding shape according to actual requirements, such as a shape of a connector or a plug, so as to be combined and connected with the receiving seat of the external device, so as to meet the requirements of customers and achieve the purpose of customization.

In one embodiment, the connecting socket 40 further includes an adapter circuit board 44 disposed in the accommodating space of the adapter housing 43. The adapting circuit board 44 is used for electrically connecting a plurality of the connecting pins 42 and a plurality of the side pins 122, so that the side pins 122 are electrically connected to the connecting pins 42 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The connecting pins 42 penetrate through the bottom of the adapting shell 43, extend downward into the base 41, extend upward into the accommodating space of the adapting shell 43, and are electrically connected to the adapting circuit board 44. The plurality of connection pins 42 are electrically connected to an external device to provide a power signal to the fan 1, or provide an input signal to the fan 1, or receive an output signal of the fan 1.

In one embodiment, a plurality of the side pins 122 include power signals to provide power to the circuit board. The plurality of side pins 122 may be applied to output signals, and the plurality of side pins 122 may include output signals such as a sensing signal, a rotation speed signal or an abnormal signal, for example, a signal sensed by the sensor 51. A plurality of the side pins 122 may also be applied to the input signal, a plurality of the side pins comprising a pwm input signal.

In one embodiment, the connecting socket 40 further includes a plurality of supporting pillars 45 for supporting the adapting circuit board 44, and a plurality of supporting pillars 45 are disposed in the accommodating space of the adapting shell 43.

Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a fan with a connecting base according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 3 is a perspective view illustrating a second housing of a fan with a connecting base according to an embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment, the frame 10a of the fan 1a of the present invention has a bottom surface 13, and the seat 41a of the connecting seat 40a is disposed on the bottom surface 13. The bottom surface 13 is disposed on the second housing 102 of the frame 10 a. The frame 10a has a shaft tube position 14, and the seat 41a of the connecting seat 40a is disposed outside the shaft tube position 14. Since the shaft tube 14 is used to install the shaft tube 15, there is no space for the connecting legs 42a of the connecting seat 40a to penetrate through the bottom surface 13, so the seat 41a of the connecting seat 40a should be installed in the area other than the shaft tube 14. In one embodiment, the seat 41a of the connecting seat 40a is disposed between the axle tube position 14 and the outer edge of the second housing 102.

In one embodiment, the stator 20a includes a circuit board 21a disposed in the accommodating space 11 of the second housing 102. The circuit board 21a includes a transfer circuit 211 for electrically connecting the plurality of connection pins 42a and the plurality of side pins 122a, such that the plurality of side pins 122a are electrically connected to the plurality of connection pins 42a in a one-to-one correspondence. The adapting circuit 211 can be elastically adjusted according to the installation positions of the seat body 41a and the plurality of connecting pins 42a of the connecting seat 40a, so as to meet the requirements of various installation positions of connecting seats of customers.

Fig. 4 is an exploded perspective view of a fan with a connecting base according to an embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment, the seat 41b of the connecting seat 40b of the fan 1b of the invention is disposed on the bottom surface 13b of the frame 10b, and the seat 41b of the connecting seat 40b extends from the pin seat 121, so that the seat 41b of the connecting seat 40b is disposed on an outer edge of the second housing 102 of the frame 10 b. Moreover, the side pins 122b extend to the seat 41b of the connecting seat 40b, and the side pins 122b include the connecting pins 42 b. Therefore, a plurality of connecting pins are not required to be additionally arranged, so that the manufacturing cost is saved. In one embodiment, the circuit board 21b of the stator 20b is electrically connected to the side pins 122 b.

Fig. 5 is an exploded perspective view of a fan with a connecting base according to an embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in an embodiment, the fan 1c of the present invention does not have the sensing circuit board 50 shown in fig. 1, and therefore, the fan 1c of the present invention has two side pins 122c, which are power signal pins, and a plurality of the side pins 122c do not need to extend to the first housing 101.

Fig. 6 is an exploded perspective view of a fan with a connecting base according to an embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in an embodiment, the fan 1d of the present invention does not have the sensing circuit board 50 shown in fig. 4, and the fan 1d of the present invention does not have a side pin. The connecting socket 40d of the fan 1d of the present invention has two connecting pins 42d, which are power signal pins, electrically connected to the stator 20d and electrically connected to the circuit board 21d of the stator 20 d.
