1. A blowing and suction fan, comprising:

the motor control device comprises a shell, wherein a motor and a first switch are arranged in the shell, and the first switch controls the motor to be started;

Chinese patent 201310054256.6 discloses a blower vacuum device that protects an electrical switch from interference and prevents an object from activating the switch when no accessories are mounted on the blower vacuum housing by providing a shutter on a movable cam that moves it between a blocking position and a non-blocking position. In addition, the barrier not only provides a physical barrier against accidental actuation of the switch, but also prevents a user from being able to view the switch or the mechanism for actuating the switch. This may prevent the user from knowing the switch and avoid deliberately actuating the switch. Thus, the blower vacuum fan cannot be operated when a user or other object is nearby. And an accessory release button is also integrally arranged on the movable cam, and the grille or the vacuum tube is released through the accessory release button.
