1. A power switch, comprising:

a key mounting seat (1);

a key (2) which is inserted into the installation position of the key installation seat (1) and keeps the automatic walking equipment in a closed state when rotating to a storage position, and triggers an electric switch (11) of the automatic walking equipment when moving from the storage position to a starting position;

the depth of the key into the key mounting seat when the key is located at the mounting position and the storage position is less than the depth of the key into the key mounting seat when the key is located at the starting position.

6. A power switch as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that said key (2) comprises:

a key connecting plate;

a rotating shaft (3) one end of which is mounted on the key connecting plate;

a first cantilever (4) disposed at the other end of the rotating shaft (3);

the first cantilever (4) enters the inside of the key mounting seat (1) and can rotate in a cavity on the inner side of the key mounting seat (1); when the key (2) is located at the starting position, the side end of the first cantilever (4) is abutted against the electric switch (11) to trigger the automatic walking equipment to be started.

The power switch according to claim 9, wherein when the key (2) is located at the start position, the positioning stopper (12) is located between the first suspension arm (4) and the second suspension arm (5), and the rear end of the first suspension arm (4) abuts against the front end of the positioning stopper (12).

11. Power switch as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that said key (2) comprises:

a key connecting plate;

a rotating shaft (3) one end of which is mounted on the key connecting plate;

a first cantilever (4) disposed at the other end of the rotating shaft (3);

a stop block (16) is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the first cantilever (4);

the first cantilever (4) enters the inside of the key mounting seat (1) and can rotate in a cavity on the inner side of the key mounting seat (1); when the key (2) is located at the starting position, the front end of the first cantilever (4) is abutted against the electric switch (11) to trigger the automatic walking equipment to be started.

12. The power switch of claim 11, wherein the key mount cavity further comprises:

a rear stopper (14) disposed between the trigger portion of the electrical switch (11) and the key mounting seat (1);

the front limiting block (15) is arranged between the rear limiting block (14) and the triggering part of the electric switch (11).

13. The power switch of claim 12,

when the key (2) is positioned at the storage position, the stop block (16) is positioned between the top of the rear limiting block (14) and the top of the front limiting block (15);

when the key (2) is positioned at the starting position, the stop block (16) is positioned between the top of the front limiting block (15) and the triggering part of the electric switch (11).

A power switch according to claim 13, characterized in that the top end of the front stopper (15) is provided with a transition surface inclined from the rear to the front for guiding the stopper (16) from the rear end of the front stopper (15) to the front end position of the front stopper (15).

A power switch according to any one of claims 1-14, characterized in that an elastic member (13) is further provided between the front end of the rotary shaft (3) and the mounting plate (111); when the key (2) is positioned at the starting position, the elastic piece (13) has potential energy for pushing the rotating shaft (3) to move backwards.

16. A power switch according to any one of claims 3-10, characterized in that a boss (10) is further provided on the outer side of the key mounting seat (1);

the key connecting plate is arranged on the outer side of the key mounting seat (1), and a first groove (6) and a second groove (7) are formed in the key connecting plate;

when the key (2) is located at the storage position, the boss (10) is abutted to the first groove (6);

when the key (2) is located at the starting position, the lug boss (10) is abutted in the second groove (7).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of garden tools, in particular to a power switch and automatic walking equipment.

Background

On automatic walking equipment such as intelligent mowing robot, need to set up switch for switch on or turn off the main power. The existing power switch usually adopts a key form, the key is keyed into a mounting seat with a key slot, and the key is rotated to toggle a switch in the mounting seat, so that the power supply is triggered to be switched on or off.

Patent No. US9218924 discloses a switch key structure comprising three rotational positions LIVE, OFF and STORAGE. When the key is in the OFF position, the key can be inserted or removed. When the key is in the STORAGE position, the key may be secured in the keyway without falling out while keeping the power supply off. When the key is positioned at the LIVE position, the automatic walking equipment can be triggered to start the working state.

However, since the switching between the different states is arranged in the same plane and is distinguished only by the angle of rotation of the key, and since the stop position of the key in this patent is located between the LIVE position and the OFF position, the direction of rotation of the key is the same when the key is turned from the OFF position to the LIVE position and the stop position, and can therefore be distinguished only by the feel of the user or by observation of the angle of rotation of the key. It is difficult for the user to clearly distinguish between the LIVE and STORAGE locations. Therefore, it is easy for the user to rotate the key that should be rotated to the store position to the LIVE position, or to rotate the key that should be rotated to the LIVE position to the store position. The power switch is easy to be operated by a user by mistake to trigger the automatic walking equipment to be started under an improper condition, so that potential safety hazards exist.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a power switch and automatic walking equipment aiming at the defects of the prior art, and the power switch and the automatic walking equipment are characterized in that a key is matched with a limiting block in a mounting seat to change the original rotation triggering operation switching state of the automatic walking equipment into the state that the automatic walking equipment is controlled to be switched among different states through the insertion depth of the key. The invention specifically adopts the following technical scheme.

First, to achieve the above object, a power switch is provided, which includes: a key mounting seat; the key is inserted into the mounting position of the key mounting seat and rotates to the storage position, the automatic walking equipment keeps a closed state, and an electric switch of the automatic walking equipment is triggered when the key moves from the storage position to the starting position; the depth of the key into the key mounting seat when the key is located at the mounting position and the storage position is less than the depth of the key into the key mounting seat when the key is located at the starting position.

Optionally, the power switch as described in any of the above, wherein when the key is in the storage position, the key cannot be directly removed along its path of insertion into the key mount.

Optionally, the power switch as described above, wherein the key moves from the storage position to the start position in sequence to perform the inward linear movement and the rotational movement, respectively.

Optionally, the power switch as described in any of the above, wherein the movement of the key from the storage position to the activation position comprises a simultaneous inward movement and rotational movement.

Optionally, the power switch as described in any of the above, wherein when the key is in the installed position, the key may be directly removed or inserted along its path of insertion into the key mount.

Optionally, the power switch as described in any one of the above, wherein the key comprises: a key connecting plate; one end of the rotating shaft is arranged on the key connecting plate; a first cantilever provided at the other end of the rotating shaft; the first cantilever enters the interior of the key mounting seat and can rotate in a cavity on the inner side of the key mounting seat; when the key is located at the starting position, the side end of the first cantilever abuts against the electric switch to trigger the automatic walking equipment to be started.

Optionally, the power switch as described in any of the above, wherein the key further includes a second cantilever, which is disposed between the key connecting plate and the first cantilever, and the second cantilever and the rotating shaft enter the key mounting seat through the mounting notch and can rotate in the cavity inside the key mounting seat; when the key is in the installed position, a substantial portion of the key mount is located between the second cantilever and the key attachment plate.

Optionally, in the power switch as described above, the second cantilever and the first cantilever are respectively located at different positions in the circumferential direction of the rotating shaft.

Optionally, the power switch as described above, wherein a positioning limiting block is further disposed in the cavity of the key mounting seat, and the positioning limiting block is disposed between the triggering portion of the electrical switch and the key mounting seat.

Optionally, when the key is located at the start position, the positioning limiting block is located between the first cantilever and the second cantilever, and the rear end of the first cantilever abuts against the front end of the positioning limiting block.

Optionally, the power switch as described in any one of the above, wherein the key comprises: a key connecting plate; one end of the rotating shaft is arranged on the key connecting plate; a first cantilever provided at the other end of the rotating shaft; a stop block is arranged at the bottom of the front end of the first cantilever; the first cantilever enters the interior of the key mounting seat and can rotate in a cavity on the inner side of the key mounting seat; when the key is located at the starting position, the front end of the first cantilever abuts against the electric switch to trigger the automatic walking equipment to be started.

Optionally, the power switch as described in any one of the above, wherein the key mounting seat cavity further includes: the rear limiting block is arranged between the triggering part of the electrical switch and the key mounting seat; the front limiting block is arranged between the rear limiting block and the electric switch triggering part.

Optionally, the power switch as described above, wherein when the key is located at the storage position, the stopper is located between the top of the rear stopper and the top of the front stopper; when the key is located at the starting position, the stop block is located between the top of the front limiting block and the triggering part of the electric switch.

Optionally, the power switch as described above, wherein a transition surface is disposed at a top end of the front limiting block, and the transition surface is inclined from back to front and is used for guiding the stopper from a rear end of the front limiting block to a front end of the front limiting block.

Optionally, the power switch as described in any of the above, wherein an elastic member is further disposed between the front end of the rotating shaft and the mounting plate; when the key is positioned at the starting position, the elastic piece has potential energy for pushing the rotating shaft to move backwards.

Optionally, the power switch as described above, wherein a boss is further disposed on an outer side surface of the key mounting seat; the key connecting plate is arranged on the outer side of the key mounting seat, and a first groove and a second groove are formed in the key connecting plate; when the key is positioned at the storage position, the boss is abutted to the first groove; when the key is located at the starting position, the boss is abutted to the second groove.

Meanwhile, in order to achieve the purpose, the invention also provides automatic walking equipment which comprises the power switch.

Advantageous effects

According to the invention, through the matching relation between the key installation seat and the key, when the key is inserted into the key installation seat to reach the installation position, the automatic walking equipment is kept closed, and when the key is inserted into the key installation seat to reach the starting position, the automatic walking equipment is triggered to be opened. Therefore, the key is changed from the original rotation to trigger the automatic walking equipment to switch the running state into the control of the automatic walking equipment to switch between different states through the insertion depth of the key. The invention can avoid the problem that the limit between the rotation angles of the key is not clear, which is easy to be operated by a user by mistake.

Furthermore, the second cantilever is added, the elastic piece is abutted to the key, the top end of the second cantilever is pushed to abut to the inner wall of the bottom of the key mounting seat, and the key is fixed. Or, the rear limiting block can be additionally arranged, and the cantilever can be fixed by abutting the top end of the stop block on the cantilever against the bottom of the limiting block, so that the key cannot slide off. The elastic piece can also push the key to restore to the position of keeping the automatic walking equipment closed after the key reversely rotates and is separated from the limiting part, so that the operation can be simplified, and the user experience is improved.

In order to avoid the electrical switch from being triggered by a key by mistake, the invention can also arrange a positioning limit block between the installation position and the starting position, and the limit block is abutted against the first cantilever at the installation position to prevent the cantilever from touching the electrical switch, thereby avoiding misoperation. Or the triggering position of the electrical switch can be arranged at the bottom of the mounting plate, so that the key can contact the electrical switch only after the key is completely inserted into the key mounting seat and reaches the starting position. This kind of mode is when guaranteeing that electrical switch is difficult to be triggered by mistake, can also the person of facilitating the use according to the grafting degree of depth of key, through explaining whether leave obvious clearance and the audio-visual on-off state who judges the machine between key body and the key mount pad, avoids the maloperation.

Fig. 1 shows a power switch of an automatic traveling apparatus such as a mowing robot according to the present invention, which is generally provided on a housing 17 and is triggered to switch between an operating state and an off state by a key.

The power switch includes:

a key mount 1 that can be provided on the housing 17;

a key 2 which is inserted into the installation position of the key installation seat 1 and rotates to a storage position, the automatic traveling equipment keeps a closed state, and an electric switch 11 of the automatic traveling equipment is triggered when the key moves from the storage position to a starting position; wherein, the depth of inserting the key mount pad when the key is located mounting position and storage position is less than the depth of inserting the key mount pad when the key is located the start position.

The key described above, which has three positions of movement within the key mounting seat:

the first position is an installation position, which is a position for inserting and extracting the key into and from the installation seat, and when the key is at the installation position, the key can be directly extracted or inserted along a path for inserting the key into the key installation seat 1;

the second position is an OFF position or storage position in which the key cannot be removed directly along its path of insertion into the key mount 1. After the key is inserted into the key mounting seat, the key needs to rotate a certain angle from the mounting position to reach the OFF position. In the position, the key cannot be pulled out, and the switch is not opened;

the third position is an ON position or a starting position, the key can be fixed at the ON position only by pushing inwards from the OFF position and rotating for a certain angle, and the key can trigger the automatic walking equipment to start at the position.
