Background

At present, in the domestic distribution line uninterrupted operation, the insulating rod operation method technology is relatively lagged behind. When the drainage wire is lapped without power failure, an operator often uses wire clamps such as a parallel groove wire clamp, a puncture wire clamp and a J-shaped wire clamp. In the operation process, the operation environment space is limited, the operation steps are complex and the requirement on the minimum safe distance is met, so that the wire clamp is applied to lap joint of the drainage wire, the requirement on the skill level of an operator is extremely high, the difficulty is extremely high, multiple persons are needed for cooperation, the work efficiency is not high, and the electric shock risk in the operation process is increased. In addition, when the wire diameter difference between the main guide wire and the drainage wire is too large, the main guide wire and the drainage wire are not connected tightly, the lapping process cannot meet the technical requirements, and certain potential safety hazards also exist.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a wire clamp which is convenient and simple to operate.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an F-shaped wire clamp comprises a fixed clamp plate, a threaded rod arranged on one side of the fixed clamp plate and a movable clamp plate which is arranged on the fixed clamp plate and is connected with the fixed clamp plate through a bolt.

One end of the fixed clamp plate is provided with an inverted V-shaped part, the V-shaped bottom of the V-shaped part is provided with an upper arc-shaped groove, a lower arc-shaped groove corresponding to the upper arc-shaped groove is arranged on the movable clamp plate, and the upper arc-shaped groove and the lower arc-shaped groove are fastened after being buckled.

The invention has the positive effects that: the invention adopts the form of matching the fixed clamping plate and the movable clamping plate, the main guide wire is fastened by utilizing the corresponding upper and lower arc-shaped grooves, and the upper arc-shaped groove and the lower arc-shaped groove interact with each other, so that the left and right stress of the main guide wire is uniform, and the damage of the main guide wire is avoided. The use is more convenient, and the working efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the contact area between the fixed clamping plate and the movable clamping plate is increased, so that the current-carrying capacity is increased.

The fixed clamping plate and the movable clamping plate are in sliding connection through the matching of the T-shaped groove and the T-shaped block, and the fixed clamping plate and the movable clamping plate cannot be separated from each other, so that the movable clamping plate is more convenient for a single person to use.

Be provided with detachable on the antiskid bed course and lower antiskid bed course in arc groove from top to bottom respectively, can change the size of antiskid bed course from top to bottom according to the size of leading the line, can realize pressing from both sides tightly the different external diameters leading the line, application scope is wider.
