1. A retaining clip, comprising:

a base with a seat plate extending therefrom;

a fixing part arranged below the base and used for being fixedly arranged on a preset electronic substrate; and

an elastic positioning part arranged above the base, a pushing part of the elastic positioning part and a pressing plate connected with the pushing part are pressed and deformed backwards under the action of downward rotation and pushing stress of a preset circuit board so that the circuit board enters a positioning space of the elastic positioning part through the pushing part, a positioning element is arranged at the bottom of the elastic positioning part and abuts against the suspended plate edge of the circuit board for positioning, and the pushing part can be tilted by pressing the tail end of the pressing plate so that the circuit board can be rotated and separated from the positioning element conveniently.

The retaining clip of claim 1, wherein: the fixing part is composed of a fixing column and a plurality of wing plates, the fixing column and the plurality of wing plates extend into a rotation positioning hole preset on the electronic substrate to form rotation positioning, a clamping groove is arranged between the plurality of wing plates and the seat plate of the base, and the clamping groove is used for clamping the electronic substrate to form a fixed state.

6. The retaining clip of claim 1, wherein: the pushing part has an arc surface, and the circuit board rotates to the pushing surface and pushes the pushing part to deform backwards by extrusion, so that the circuit board slides into the positioning space of the elastic positioning part smoothly.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a positioning fastener, and more particularly to a structure for quickly positioning and detaching a circuit board or an interface card.

Background

The fast development of electronic industry results in the multiplication of operation efficiency of computer or server, and besides the main components of computer including mainboard, CPU, memory and storage device, the mainboard has several connectors with different interfaces for expanding various peripheral equipments, and the expanded peripheral equipments have several electronic elements and corresponding circuit layout in their interface cards, and their terminals are presented with several metal contacts, and the interface card can be inserted into the connector on the mainboard to make them produce electric connection so as to attain the goal of expanding mainboard function.

Generally, mobile electronic devices (such as notebook computers) are limited by the small internal space, and the components cannot be disposed as freely as personal computers do, and especially, the thickness of the motherboard and the related components disposed in the C, D-side housing of the notebook computer is limited, and the assembly of the motherboard and the interface card cannot be assembled as the personal computer is assembled in the vertical direction. Therefore, the assembly of the motherboard and the interface card inside the notebook computer must be performed by a steering connector in the horizontal direction, when one end of the interface card is inserted into the steering connector, the other end of the interface card is in a suspended state, and the suspended interface card end is usually locked and positioned in the motherboard by a screw to form a stable and uneasy swaying state, but the screw locking structure is not beneficial to the disassembly operation of the interface card, when the metal screw is loosened on the motherboard in the disassembly process or carelessly dropped on the motherboard by vibration of external force, the circuit short circuit condition of the motherboard can be caused, and further the electronic element is damaged, so the problem needs to be researched and developed by the practitioner.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned problems and disadvantages, the present inventors have found that the positioning fastener of the present invention is invented and invented through many evaluations and considerations and through continuous trial and modification of years of research and development experience in the industry.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

a retaining clip, comprising:

a base with a seat plate extending therefrom;

a fixing part arranged below the base and used for being fixedly arranged on a preset electronic substrate; and

an elastic positioning part arranged above the base, a pushing part of the elastic positioning part and a pressing plate connected with the pushing part are pressed and deformed backwards under the action of downward rotation and pushing stress of a preset circuit board so that the circuit board enters a positioning space of the elastic positioning part through the pushing part, a positioning element is arranged at the bottom of the elastic positioning part and abuts against the suspended plate edge of the circuit board for positioning, and the pushing part can be tilted by pressing the tail end of the pressing plate so that the circuit board can be rotated and separated from the positioning element conveniently.

The positioning fastener, wherein: the fixing part is composed of a fixing column and a plurality of wing plates, the fixing column and the plurality of wing plates extend into a rotation positioning hole preset on the electronic substrate to form rotation positioning, a clamping groove is arranged between the plurality of wing plates and the seat plate of the base, and the clamping groove is used for clamping the electronic substrate to form a fixed state.

The positioning fastener, wherein: the seat plate of the base is also provided with a first positioning block, the first positioning block comprises a first convex part arranged at the upper end of the seat plate and a second convex part arranged at the lower end of the seat plate, a second positioning block is further arranged at the bottom side of the pressing plate, an elastic part is further arranged between the second positioning block and the first convex part of the first positioning block, and an elastic space is formed between the seat plate and the pressing plate.

The positioning fastener, wherein: the elastic positioning part is formed by connecting a pushing part, a pressing plate, an elastic plate and a positioning element, wherein the pressing plate and the pushing part are positioned on the same plane, the bottom of the pressing plate extends and is connected with one end of the elastic plate, the other end of the elastic plate is connected above the base, and the positioning element is arranged above the elastic plate corresponding to the electronic substrate.

The positioning fastener, wherein: the pushing part has an arc surface, and the circuit board rotates to the pushing surface and pushes the pushing part to deform backwards by extrusion, so that the circuit board slides into the positioning space of the elastic positioning part smoothly.

The invention has the advantages that the quick positioning and disassembling structure of the circuit board or the interface card is formed by the composition, and meanwhile, the positioning fastener is made of insulating elastic materials, so that the problems of circuit short circuit and electronic element damage can not be caused when the positioning fastener is accidentally dropped on the electronic substrate or the circuit board, and the safety is excellent.

Detailed Description

To achieve the above objects and advantages, the present invention provides a novel and improved method for manufacturing a semiconductor device, which comprises a substrate, a first substrate, a second substrate, a third substrate, a fourth substrate.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, it is shown that the positioning fastener of the present invention is disposed on an electronic substrate 5, the electronic substrate 5 has an electrical connector 7 thereon, the electrical connector 7 provides an electrical connection for a circuit board 6 to be inserted, the suspended board edge of the circuit board 6 is fixed by the positioning fastener, the positioning fastener includes a base 1, a fixing portion 2, an elastic positioning portion 3 and an elastic element 4, the fixing fastener is made of an insulating elastic material (such as elastic plastic or rubber) and is integrally formed, and the main components and features thereof are detailed as follows:

the base 1 extends to form a seat plate 11, the base 1 is further provided with a supporting plate 12 on the opposite side of the seat plate 11, the bottom side of the supporting plate 12 is further provided with a supporting protrusion 121, and the supporting protrusion 121 is used for supporting the upper surface of the electronic substrate 5 to form a supporting and positioning structure of the positioning fastener and the electronic substrate 5.

The fixing portion 2 is disposed below the base 1 and is configured to be fixed on a predetermined electronic substrate 5. The fixing portion 2 is composed of a fixing post 21 and a plurality of wing plates 22 (in this embodiment, two wing plates 22 are disposed in the symmetrical direction of the fixing post 21, but not limited thereto), the fixing post 21 and the plurality of wing plates 22 extend into a rotation positioning hole 50 preset in the electronic substrate 5 to form a rotation positioning, the electronic substrate 5 is clamped between the seat plate 11 and the plurality of wing plates 22, the rotation positioning is to rotate a positioning fastener at a preset angle (preferably 90 °, but may also be 45 °, 60 °, 105 °, 120 ° or other angles), and a clamping groove 20 is disposed between the plurality of wing plates 22 and the seat plate 11 of the base 1, the clamping groove 20 is used to clamp the electronic substrate 5 to form a fixed state.

The elastic positioning portion 3 is formed by connecting a pushing portion 31, a pressing plate 32, an elastic plate 33 and a positioning element 34, the pressing plate 32 and the pushing portion 31 are located on the same plane, the bottom of the pressing plate 32 extends to connect with one end of the elastic plate 33, the other end of the elastic plate 33 is connected above the base 1, and the positioning element 34 is arranged above the elastic plate 33 corresponding to the electronic substrate 5.

The elastic positioning portion 3 is disposed above the base 1, and the pushing portion 31 of the elastic positioning portion 3 and a pressing plate 32 connected to the pushing portion 31 are rotated downward and pushed by a predetermined circuit board 6 (e.g., M2, SATA storage interface card with circuit board) to deform backward, so that the circuit board 6 enters a positioning space 30 of the elastic positioning portion 3 through the pushing portion 31. Further details of the positioning action are: the pushing portion 31 has a pushing surface 311, the pushing surface 311 is an arc surface, the circuit board 6 rotates to the pushing surface 311 and pushes the pushing portion 31 to deform backward, so that the circuit board 6 slides smoothly into the positioning space 30 of the elastic positioning portion 3. The bottom of the elastic positioning portion 3 is provided with a positioning element 34, the positioning element 34 is formed by a semi-circular arc-shaped sheet body, and the circuit board 6 is correspondingly provided with a semi-circular buckling groove 60, the positioning element 34 abuts against the buckling groove 60 of the suspended board edge of the circuit board 6 to form positioning, so as to form a positioning structure of the positioning fastener and the circuit board 6, when the circuit board 6 is dismounted, the pressing plate 32 is pressed at the tail end to cause the abutting portion 31 to tilt, so that the circuit board 6 is rotated to separate from the positioning element.

The seat plate 11 of the base 1 further has a first positioning block 111, the first positioning block 111 includes a first protrusion 1111 disposed at the upper end of the seat plate 11 and a second protrusion 1112 disposed at the lower end of the seat plate 11, and the bottom side of the pressing plate 32 further has a second positioning block 321, an elastic member 4 is further disposed between the second positioning block 321 and the first protrusion 1111 of the first positioning block 111, the elastic member 4 can prevent the elastic plate 33 from breaking due to excessive stress when the pressing plate 32 is pressed by force. And an elastic space 40 is formed between the seat plate 11 and the pressing plate 32. The second protrusion 1112 of the seat plate 11 is correspondingly engaged with the fixing hole 51 of the electronic substrate 5 to form a holding and positioning structure of the positioning fastener and the electronic substrate 5. The supporting protrusion 121 of the supporting plate of the positioning fastener, the fixing portion 2 and the second protrusion 1112 of the seat plate 11 are positioned or supported on the electronic substrate 5 at the same time, so as to form a stable structure with three points and one straight line.

The upper surface of the pressing plate 32 is provided with a wave structure 322, and the wave structure 322 is used to increase the friction force with the hand of the user, so as to apply force to press the user.

Because the positioning fastener is integrally formed, the assembly can be completed only by clamping the elastic element 4 between the second positioning block 321 and the first protrusion 1111 of the first positioning block 111, and the assembly method is very convenient and fast, thereby facilitating the rapid mass production of the positioning fastener of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 4 to 10, the first, second and third operation diagrams of the positioning fastener of the present invention, the first and second operation diagrams of the positioning element abutting against the board edge of the circuit board, the side sectional view of the positioning element prepared to abut against the board edge of the circuit board, and the side sectional view of the positioning element abutted against the board edge of the circuit board are shown, when the positioning fastener is to be assembled in the electronic substrate 5, the fixing post 21 and the plurality of wing plates 22 of the positioning fastener are inserted into the rotating positioning hole 50 of the electronic substrate 5 to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise by 90 degrees to form positioning, at this time, the electronic substrate 5 is clamped between the seat plate 11 and the plurality of wing plates 22, the second protrusion 1112 of the seat plate 11 is clamped in the fixing hole 51 of the electronic substrate 5, and the abutting bump 121 of the abutting plate 12 abuts against the upper surface of the electronic substrate 5, and the clamping groove 20 of the fixing portion 2 is used for clamping the electronic substrate 5, to form a fixed state of three points in a straight line. The electronic substrate 5 is provided with an electrical connector 7, the electrical connector 7 provides electrical connection for the circuit board 6 to be inserted, and the suspended board edge of the circuit board 6 is fixed by the positioning fastener. When the suspended board edge of the circuit board 6 is to be positioned in the positioning fastener, the electrical connector 7 is used as a rotation axis to rotate the circuit board 6 toward the position of the abutting portion 31 of the positioning fastener, and the pressing plate 32 and the elastic plate 33 connected to the abutting portion are pressed and deformed backward by the downward rotation and pushing stress of the circuit board 6, and the elastic member 4 is extended and deformed, so that the circuit board 6 enters the positioning space 30 of the elastic positioning portion 3 through the abutting portion 31 and along the pushing surface 311, the positioning space 30 has a positioning element 34 of a semi-circular arc sheet body, the positioning element abuts against the fastening groove 60 of the circuit board 6 to form a positioning, and the abutting portion 31, the pressing plate 32, the elastic plate 33 and the elastic member 4 return to their original positions, so as to form a positioning structure of the positioning fastener and the circuit board 6.

As mentioned above, when the circuit board 6 is to be detached, only the end of the pressing plate 32 needs to be pressed to tilt the pushing portion 31 and deform the elastic plate 32, and the elastic element 4 is compressed and deformed, so that the circuit board 6 is rotated to separate from the positioning element 34, and after the stress applied to the pressing plate 32 is removed, the elastic element 4 is rebounded to the state before compression, and the pushing portion 31, the pressing plate 32 and the elastic plate 33 are also restored to the original position, thereby completing the use of the present invention.

With reference to the disclosure of fig. 1 to 10, it can be understood that the present invention is a positioning fastener, which mainly provides a positioning fastener, including a base, a seat plate extending from the base; a fixing part arranged below the base and used for being fixedly arranged on a preset electronic substrate; an elastic positioning part arranged above the base, a pushing part of the elastic positioning part and a pressing plate connected with the pushing part are pressed and deformed backwards under the downward rotating stress of a preset circuit board so that the circuit board enters a positioning space of the elastic positioning part through the pushing part, the bottom of the elastic positioning part is provided with a positioning element which is used for abutting against the suspended plate edge of the circuit board for positioning, when the circuit board is dismounted, the tail end of the pressing plate is pressed to cause the abutting part to be tilted, so that the circuit board is rotated to separate from the positioning element, and the quick positioning and dismounting structure of the circuit board or the interface card is formed by the above components, meanwhile, the positioning fastener is made of insulating elastic materials, when the positioning fastener is accidentally dropped on an electronic substrate or a circuit board, the problems of circuit short circuit and electronic element damage can not be caused, the positioning fastener has excellent safety, and has excellent practicability when being applied to the assembly of electronic products.
