The cutting assembly comprises a cutting table, a cutting power wheel, a cutting action wheel, a cutting tensioning wheel, a cutting belt, a cutting control rod, a cutting reset spring, a cutting power crank, a cutting connecting rod, a cutting swinging knife rest and a cutting blade, wherein the cutting table is of an I-shaped structure, the upper part of the cutting table is a cutting bearing plane, the middle part of the cutting bearing plane is provided with a rectangular notch, the middle part of the cutting bearing plane is a supporting vertical plate, the middle upper part of the vertical plate is provided with two belt pulley mounting holes and a knife rest hinge hole, the middle lower part of the vertical plate is provided with a spring mounting column which is provided with an arc chute and a hinge hole, the cutting table is positioned at the left side and the right side of the front part of the harvesting platform chassis and is fixed on an operation deck at the front part of the harvesting platform chassis, the cutting power wheel is, the cutting device comprises a cutting table vertical plate, a cutting action wheel, a cutting belt driving wheel, a cutting action wheel, a cutting tension wheel, a cutting reset spring, a spring mounting post and a cutting reset spring, wherein the cutting action wheel is mounted on a belt pulley mounting hole in the middle of the inner side of the cutting table vertical plate through a pin shaft and a bearing, the cutting tension wheel is mounted on a mounting hole in the middle of the cutting control rod through the pin shaft and the bearing, one end of the pin shaft is inserted into an arc-shaped chute of the cutting table vertical plate, the cutting belt is respectively connected with the cutting power wheel, the cutting action wheel and the cutting tension wheel, one end of the cutting control rod is respectively provided with a mounting hole, the other end of the cutting control rod is provided with a pedal, the spring mounting post is arranged on the inner side of the, the other end is connected on a spring mounting column of a cutting control rod, two ends of the cutting power crank are respectively provided with a mounting hole, the mounting holes are mounted in the middle of the outer side of a vertical plate of the cutting table through one end mounting hole and are coaxially mounted with a cutting action wheel and synchronously rotate, the mounting holes at the other end are connected with a mounting hole at the lower part of the cutting connecting rod through a pin shaft, one end and the middle of the cutting swing knife rest are respectively provided with a hinge hole which is provided with a gap and is provided with a plurality of threaded holes, the pin shaft and a bearing are mounted in a knife rest hinge hole at the upper part of the outer side of the vertical plate of the cutting table through the hinge hole at the end part of the pin shaft, the mounting hole at the upper part of the cutting connecting rod is connected through the hinge hole in the middle of the pin shaft, one end of the cutting swing knife rest, which is provided with the gap, and is fixed by screws; when the invention is used, a worker drives the cutting tension wheel to move downwards by pedaling the pedal of the cutting control rod, thereby tensioning the cutting belt to ensure that the cutting power wheel, the cutting action wheel and the cutting tension wheel synchronously rotate, the cutting tension wheel drives the cutting power crank to rotate, then the cutting connecting rod drives the cutting swinging tool rest to swing in a reciprocating way, so that the cutting blade continuously cuts the kelp on the cutting bearing plane at the upper part of the cutting table, after the kelp is cut, the pedal of the cutting control rod is loosened, the cutting control rod drives the cutting tension wheel to move upwards under the elastic force of the cutting reset spring, so that the cutting belt is loosened, the cutting power wheel can not drive the cutting action wheel to rotate through the cutting belt, therefore, the cutting swing tool rest stops swinging, the kelp is not cut any more, and then the cut kelp slides to the conveying belt from the cutting bearing plane on the upper part of the cutting table.

The conveying assembly comprises a conveying support, a conveying motor, a conveying power straight roller conveying belt and a conveying reversing straight roller, wherein straight roller mounting holes are formed in the front end and the rear end of the top of the conveying support, motor mounting holes are formed in the outer sides of the straight roller mounting holes in the side surfaces, the conveying support is positioned on the left side and the right side of the middle part of the harvesting platform chassis and positioned between the containing box and the cutting assembly and fixed on an operation deck in the middle part of the harvesting platform chassis, the conveying power straight roller is mounted on the straight roller mounting hole in the rear end of the top of the conveying support through a bearing, the conveying reversing straight roller is mounted on the straight roller mounting hole in the front end of the top of the conveying support through a bearing, the conveying motor is mounted on the motor mounting hole in the side surface of the conveying support through a screw, an output shaft is connected with a rotating shaft of the conveying power straight roller, flanges are arranged on the left side and the right, the conveying reversing straight roller is mounted on a straight roller mounting hole at the front end of the top of the conveying support by using a bearing, and one end of the outer side of a rotating shaft of the conveying reversing straight roller is fixedly connected with a mounting pin shaft of the cutting power wheel and coaxially and synchronously rotates; when the cutting machine is used, the conveying motor drives the conveying power straight roller to rotate, synchronously drives the conveying belt to work, and drives the conveying reversing straight roller and the cutting power wheel to rotate.

The invention has the following advantages: (1) the shearing fork mechanism consisting of the shifting forks is convenient for righting the position of the stem rope; (2) the chamfering design of the clamping plates, the positions of the notches of the clamping plates and the distance between the two clamping plates are designed, so that the two clamping plates cannot be clamped on the floating ball at the same time, the possibility of clamping the floating ball is reduced, the rope can be simply and conveniently collected, and the rope collecting efficiency is improved; (3) tailor the subassembly and use with conveying component, utilize electric drive to realize the cutting and the transportation of kelp, and can realize the switching of cutting state through trampling, easy and simple to handle, laborsaving, reduce workman's the amount of labour, reduce cost improves the efficiency of collecting the transportation.

is a U-shaped platform, the front part of the harvesting platform chassis 1 is an operation deck, the middle of the front end part of the harvesting platform chassis 1 is provided with a hinged seat, the operation control cabin 2 is fixed in the middle of the U-shaped platform of the harvesting platform chassis 1 and is respectively connected with an aligning cylinder I5.2, an aligning cylinder II
