1. Background

The household noodle press capable of directly processing dough into noodles is very convenient to use and is more and more popular with common families. When the number of family members is small, the convenience of the handheld noodle press is reflected and is well received. The existing hand-held noodle presses are various in types, and the existing extrusion devices basically adopt lever mechanisms or spiral stress application mechanisms. The extrusion device has a plurality of problems in use, for example, the existing lever mechanism needs too large acting force, so that the length of the stressing rod needs to be increased when a smaller acting force is needed, the whole volume is enlarged, the storage is inconvenient, and the existing lever mechanism has low alignment precision of a pressing sheet connected with the lever mechanism and a flour can when the existing lever mechanism carries out extrusion action; and screw mechanism is though laborsaving, but the efficiency is low excessively, has influenced noodless shaping, and this kind of structure installation is complicated, and the too much not convenient to wash of helicitic texture.

However, the lever type extrusion device and the screw mechanism type extrusion device have many disadvantages, but the convenience of the lever type extrusion device is still more easily accepted by the public, and how to improve the lever mechanism type extrusion device needs to solve the problem of low alignment precision of the pressing sheet and the dough can of the lever mechanism type extrusion device.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a portable handheld noodle pressing device, which aims to solve the problem of low alignment precision of a pressing sheet and a noodle tank of a lever mechanism type extruding device in the existing noodle pressing device.

The portable handheld noodle press comprises a noodle can, a noodle former, a lever type extruding mechanism and an upper press cover plate; the noodle former is a circular plate type structure with a plurality of through holes and is used for forming the noodles; the upper pressing cover plate is a circular cover plate;

the noodle former is positioned in the noodle can, and the upper press cover plate moves up and down on the noodle can through the lever type extrusion mechanism;

the surface tank is of a cylindrical structure, the cylindrical structure is divided into a tapered part and a straight cylinder part from top to bottom, the outer diameters of the tapered part and the straight cylinder part are the same, and the minimum inner diameter of the tapered part is the same as the inner diameter of the straight cylinder part;

the upper pressing cover plate is in friction connection with the inner wall of the straight cylinder part;

The invention has the advantages that,

1. the invention improves the structure of the flour can, so that the maximum inner diameter of the tapered part of the flour can is larger than the inner diameter of the straight cylinder part, the minimum inner diameter of the tapered part is the same as the inner diameter of the straight cylinder part, and the diameter of the upper gland plate is equivalent to the inner diameter of the straight cylinder part, thereby facilitating the upper gland plate to slide into the flour can from the maximum caliber of the tapered part, and improving the alignment precision of the upper gland plate and the flour can.

2. The specific structure of the lever type extrusion mechanism can further shorten the lengths of the movable handle and the fixed handle on the basis of ensuring that the handheld noodle pressing device is labor-saving on the whole, and further reduce the volume of the handheld noodle pressing device.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

the noodle former 2 is positioned in the noodle pot 1, and the upper gland plate 4 moves up and down on the noodle pot 1 through the lever type extrusion mechanism 3;

the flour tank 1 is a cylindrical structure which is divided into a tapered part 1-1 and a straight cylinder part 1-2 from top to bottom, the outer diameters of the tapered part 1-1 and the straight cylinder part 1-2 are the same, and the minimum inner diameter of the tapered part 1-1 is the same as the inner diameter of the straight cylinder part 1-2;

the upper pressure cover plate 4 is in friction connection with the inner wall of the straight cylinder part 1-2;

the bottom port of the straight barrel part 1-2 is provided with a lower reverse edge 1-2-1, and the lower reverse edge 1-2-1 is used for accommodating the noodle forming device 2.

The portable handheld noodle pressing device has a simple structure, is convenient to carry and store, and improves the structure of the noodle jar 1, so that the maximum inner diameter of the tapered part 1-1 of the noodle jar 1 is larger than the inner diameter of the straight cylinder part 1-2, the minimum inner diameter of the tapered part 1-1 is the same as the inner diameter of the straight cylinder part 1-2, and the diameter of the upper pressing cover plate 4 is equal to the inner diameter of the straight cylinder part 1-2, so that the upper pressing cover plate 4 can slide into the noodle jar 1 from the maximum caliber of the tapered part 1-1 conveniently, and the alignment precision of the upper pressing cover plate 4 and the noodle jar 1 is improved.

In this embodiment, the noodle forming device 2 is a movable member, and when cleaning, the noodle forming device 2 is pushed from the lower port of the noodle pot 1 toward the upper port thereof, and the noodle forming device 2 is pushed from the inside of the noodle pot 1, thereby cleaning the noodle pot and the noodle forming device 2.

The noodle forming device 2 can be realized by the existing circular plate type structure with through holes, the holes can be circular, square and other through holes with any shapes, particularly referring to fig. 4 and 5, or the circular plate type structure with concave through holes, namely, the shape of the bottom of the noodle can 1 in fig. 6, when in use, the noodle forming device 2 can be replaced by any forming device in the prior art which can be matched with the noodle can 1 of the invention.

Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the lever type squeezing mechanism 3 includes a movable handle 3-1 and a fixed handle 3-2;

the movable handle 3-1 is positioned above the fixed handle 3-2;

the fixed end of the movable handle 3-1 is hinged on the outer side wall of the upper port of the facial pot 1 through a connecting piece; the fixed end of the fixed handle 3-2 is fixed on the outer side wall of the lower port of the facial pot 1;

the movable handle 3-1 is an integrated part composed of a bending part 3-1-1 and a handheld straight rod part 3-1-2, the inner curved surface of the bending part 3-1-1 is vertically and fixedly connected with the fixed end of the fixed rod 3-3, the free end of the fixed rod 3-3 is hinged with one end of the movable rod 3-4, and the other end of the movable rod 3-4 is fixedly provided with an upper pressure cover plate 4.

When the noodle jar is used, one hand holds the fixed handle 3-2, the other hand holds the movable handle 3-1, the upper pressure cover plate 4 moves up and down on the noodle jar 1 by controlling the opening degree of the movable handle 3-1 and the fixed handle 3-2, the free end of the fixed rod 3-3 is hinged with the movable rod 3-4, so that the movable rod 3-4 moves relative to the fixed rod 3-3, and the upper pressure cover plate 4 is driven to move.

The preferred embodiment is an improvement on the traditional lever type squeezing mechanism, the movable handle 3-1 of the invention is an integrated piece consisting of a bending part 3-1-1 and a handheld straight rod part 3-1-2, and the fixed rod 3-3 is vertically fixed on the inner curved surface of the bending part 3-1-1, the arrangement mode can reduce the acting force on the movable handle 3-1, and under the condition of the same acting force, the movable handle 3-1 and the fixed handle 3-2 of the invention have the advantage of being shorter, so that the volume of the handheld noodle pressing device can be further reduced on the basis of realizing the labor saving of the handheld noodle pressing device on the whole.

Further, with particular reference to fig. 3 and 4, the noodle former 2 is provided with a circumferential groove in the circumferential direction of the side wall thereof, the circumferential groove being embedded with an inherent elastic rubber ring 5; the elastic rubber ring 5 is extruded between the straight cylinder part 1-2 of the flour can 1 and the upper gland plate 4.

In the preferred embodiment, the elastic rubber ring 5 is additionally provided, so that the sealing performance between the noodle forming device 2 and the noodle can 1 is ensured, and the preparation for better forming is provided.

Further, referring specifically to fig. 3, the axial section of the upper gland plate 4 is an isosceles trapezoid, the length of the upper base of the isosceles trapezoid is greater than that of the lower base, and the length of the upper base of the isosceles trapezoid is the same as the minimum inner diameter of the tapered portion 1-1 of the surface can 1.

In the preferred embodiment, the axial section of the upper gland plate 4 is set to be in a tapered form, and the side wall of the upper gland plate 4 has a certain gradient, so that the upper gland plate 4 can slide into the noodle jar 1 more easily, and the alignment precision of the upper gland plate 4 and the noodle jar 1 is further improved.

Further, referring specifically to fig. 6, an anti-slip rubber sleeve 6 is arranged on the holding end of the movable handle 3-1; the holding end of the fixed handle 3-2 is provided with a groove 7 suitable for gripping. This kind of mode of setting is convenient for to the gripping of handheld pressure face ware, stability when improving the operation.

Furthermore, the grooves 7 are provided with anti-skid projections or anti-skid lines. The anti-slip structure is arranged in a mode that the grabbing stability is further improved.

Furthermore, the junction of the straight cylinder part 1-2 and the lower reverse edge 1-2-1 forms a right angle or a chamfer angle, and when the junction of the straight cylinder part 1-2 and the lower reverse edge 1-2-1 forms the chamfer angle, the cleaning of the face tank 1 is more convenient.
