1. An air filter cleaner, comprising:

the device comprises a shell, a cleaning barrel, a first rolling rod group, a second rolling rod group, a first lifting rod, a motor, a first valve and a second valve;

the top of the shell is provided with an openable top cover for placing or taking out the air filter element;

the cleaning barrel is arranged inside the shell;

the first lifting rod is arranged at the bottom of the shell, extends into the cleaning barrel, is connected with the second rolling rod group and is used for driving the second rolling rod group to move up and down;

the first rolling rod group is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the cleaning barrel; the first roller group comprises at least two first rollers;

the second rolling bar group is symmetrically arranged above the first rolling bar group through the first lifting rod; the second roller group comprises at least two second rollers;

the motor is arranged at the bottom of the shell, is in transmission connection with the first rolling rod group and is used for driving the first rolling rod group to rotate;

the first valve is arranged at the top of the outer side of the shell and used for introducing purified water;

the second valve is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the cleaning barrel and used for discharging sewage.

2. The air filter cleaner of claim 1, further comprising: a second lifting rod;

3. The air filter cleaner of claim 1, wherein the first roller sets are spaced side-by-side;

4. An air filter cleaner according to claim 3 and further comprising: a plurality of bearings;

the bearings are horizontally arranged in the interval of the second rolling rods.

5. An air filter cleaner according to claim 4 wherein said bearings are disposed horizontally at opposite ends of the spacing of each second roller.

6. The air filter cleaner of claim 1, wherein the cleaning bucket is a U-shaped structure.

7. The air filter cleaner of claim 2, further comprising: a first lamp group;

the first lamp group is arranged on the top of the shell and used for illuminating the outside of the shell.

8. An air filter cleaner according to claim 7 and further comprising: a second lamp group;

the second lamp group is arranged inside the shell and used for illuminating the inside of the shell.

9. The air filter cleaner of claim 8, further comprising: a controller;

the first valve and the second valve are electronic valves;

the first lifting rod and the second lifting rod are electric lifting rods;

the controller is respectively connected with the motor, the first lifting rod, the second lifting rod, the first valve, the second valve, the first lamp group and the second lamp group; the control device is used for controlling the opening or closing of the motor, the first lifting rod, the second lifting rod, the first valve, the second valve, the first lamp bank and the second lamp bank.

Technical Field

Background

The air filter element is arranged in an engine of an automobile and used for filtering impurities in air entering the engine, so that gasoline can be combusted more fully, and the generation of carbon deposition is reduced. The air filter element needs to be cleaned once when the automobile runs for a certain mileage, so that the air inlet of the engine can be kept free of impurities. In the prior art, the air filter element generally can only be used for absorbing dirt on the surface by a dust collector or cleaned by a cleaning cloth, which wastes time and labor.

Disclosure of Invention

To overcome, at least to some extent, the problems of the related art, the present application provides an air filter cleaning machine.

The scheme of the application is as follows:

an air filter cleaner comprising:

the device comprises a shell, a cleaning barrel, a first rolling rod group, a second rolling rod group, a first lifting rod, a motor, a first valve and a second valve;

the top of the shell is provided with an openable top cover for placing or taking out the air filter element;

the cleaning barrel is arranged inside the shell;

the first lifting rod is arranged at the bottom of the shell, extends into the cleaning barrel, is connected with the second rolling rod group and is used for driving the second rolling rod group to move up and down;

the first rolling rod group is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the cleaning barrel; the first roller group comprises at least two first rollers;

the second rolling bar group is symmetrically arranged above the first rolling bar group through the first lifting rod; the second roller group comprises at least two second rollers;

the motor is arranged at the bottom of the shell, is in transmission connection with the first rolling rod group and is used for driving the first rolling rod group to rotate;

the first valve is arranged at the top of the outer side of the shell and used for introducing purified water;

the second valve is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the cleaning barrel and used for discharging sewage.

Preferably, in an implementable manner of the present application, further comprising: a second lifting rod;

the second lifting rod is arranged at the bottom of the shell, extends to the top of the shell and is connected with the top cover of the shell, and is used for driving the top cover of the shell to be opened or closed.

Preferably, in an implementable manner of the present application, the first rollers of the first roller group are arranged side by side at intervals;

and the second rolling bars in the second rolling bar group are arranged side by side at intervals.

Preferably, in an implementable manner of the present application, further comprising: a plurality of bearings;

the bearings are horizontally arranged in the interval of the second rolling rods.

Preferably, in an achievable form of the present application, the bearings are arranged horizontally at both ends of the interval of the second rollers.

Preferably, in an achievable form of the present application, the washing tub is of a U-shaped construction.

Preferably, in an implementable manner of the present application, further comprising: a first lamp group;

the first lamp group is arranged on the top of the shell and used for illuminating the outside of the shell.

Preferably, in an implementable manner of the present application, further comprising: a second lamp group;

the second lamp group is arranged inside the shell and used for illuminating the inside of the shell.

the first valve and the second valve are electronic valves;

the first lifting rod and the second lifting rod are electric lifting rods;

the controller is respectively connected with the motor, the first lifting rod, the second lifting rod, the first valve, the second valve, the first lamp group and the second lamp group; the control device is used for controlling the opening or closing of the motor, the first lifting rod, the second lifting rod, the first valve, the second valve, the first lamp bank and the second lamp bank.

Preferably, in an implementable manner of the present application, further comprising: an acousto-optic prompter;

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.

Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an air filter cleaning machine according to an embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1, the air filter cleaning machine includes:

the device comprises a shell 1, a cleaning barrel 2, a first rolling rod group 3, a second rolling rod group 4, a first lifting rod 5, a motor 6, a first valve 7 and a second valve 8;

the top of the shell 1 is provided with an openable top cover 13 for placing or taking out the air filter element 9;

the cleaning barrel 2 is arranged inside the shell 1;

the first lifting rod 5 is arranged at the bottom of the shell 1, extends into the cleaning barrel 2 and is connected with the second rolling rod group 4, and is used for driving the second rolling rod group 4 to move up and down;

the first rolling rod group 4 is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the cleaning barrel 2; the first roller group 3 comprises at least two first rollers;

the second rolling rod group 4 is symmetrically arranged above the first rolling rod group 3 through a first lifting rod 5; the second roller group 4 comprises at least two second rollers;

The air filter element 9 is mostly made of oily material and can only be used for absorbing dirt on the surface by a dust collector or being wiped by a cleaning cloth. A part of the air filter element 9 can be washed with water, but in the prior art, the air filter element 9 is cleaned in a manual mode generally, and no special cleaning equipment is provided for cleaning the air filter element 9.

The rolling rod is a cylindrical tool capable of rotating in a machine or simple machinery, and the motor 6 can be in transmission connection with the rolling rod through a belt and the like so as to drive the rolling rod to rotate.

The lifting rod is provided with a manual lifting rod and an electric lifting rod, and preferably, the first lifting rod 5 in the embodiment adopts an electric lifting rod to drive the second roller group 4 to move up and down.

Preferably, the first lifting rod 5 is made of an elastic material, and the first lifting rod 5 has certain elasticity and can deform to a certain degree.

Preferably, the first valve 7 and the second valve 8 in this embodiment are electrically operated valves.

Preferably, in this embodiment, the lowest descending height of the second roller group 4 is set to 25cm, and the height of the cleaning water level in the cleaning barrel is set to 20cm, so that water leakage can be effectively prevented.

Preferably, in this embodiment, a contact position of the first lifting rod 5 and the washing tub 2 is provided with a waterproof structure, such as a waterproof rubber ring, for preventing water leakage.

Preferably, in this embodiment, since the first lifting rod and the motor are required to be disposed at the bottom of the housing, the bottom of the washing tub needs to have a certain distance, such as 20cm, from the bottom of the housing.

During the implementation, air cleaner 9 puts into between two adjacent first rollers in the first roller group 3 in washing bucket 2 through casing top cap 13, then first lifter 5 drives second roller group 4 and descends to and contact with air cleaner 9, because first roller group 3 sets up with first roller group 3 symmetry, air cleaner 9 is fixed in washing bucket 2 by two first rollers and two second rollers this moment. The purified water is introduced through the first valve 7, the starting motor 6 drives the first rolling rod group 3 to rotate, the first rolling rod group 3 drives the air filter element 9 to roll, and the second rolling rod group 4 does not hinder the air filter element 9 from rolling when fixing the air filter element 9. After the cleaning is completed, the sewage is discharged through the second valve 8. Air filter cleaning machine in this application compares in prior art artifical washing filter core and has saved the manpower to very convenient and fast.

The air filter cleaner of some embodiments, further comprising: a second lifting rod;

the second lifting rod is arranged at the bottom of the shell 1, extends to the top of the shell 1 to be connected with a top cover of the shell 1, and is used for driving the top cover of the shell to be opened or closed.

In this embodiment, a second lifting rod is provided to drive the barrel cover to open or close.

Preferably, the second lifter adopts electric lifter, drives the bung through the second lifter and opens or close, uses manpower sparingly more.

In the air filter element cleaning machine in some embodiments, the first rollers in the first roller group 3 are arranged side by side at intervals;

the second rollers in the second roller group 4 are arranged side by side at intervals.

Because air filter 9 is cylindric, for better fixed air filter 9, first roll bar side by side interval setting in first roll bar group 3, so put into air filter 9 back between two adjacent first roll bars, can not leave the gap between air filter 9 and the first roll bar.

Correspondingly, the second rollers in the second roller group 4 are also arranged side by side at intervals.

Generally, only one air filter element 9 is arranged in one vehicle, preferably, the first rolling bar group 3 only comprises two first rolling bars, the second rolling bar group 4 only comprises two second rolling bars, only one air filter element 9 is cleaned at each time, the volume of the cleaning barrel 2 can be reduced, and unnecessary space waste in the cleaning barrel 2 is avoided.

Of course, if a plurality of air filter cartridges 9 need to be cleaned, the first roller set 3 may also include a plurality of first rollers, and the second roller set 4 may include a corresponding number of second rollers.

The air filter cleaner of some embodiments, referring to fig. 2, further includes: a plurality of bearings 10;

bearings 10 are horizontally disposed in the intervals of the second rollers.

In the present embodiment, bearings 10 are provided at intervals of the second rollers. Referring to fig. 3, the two second rollers contact the upper left side and the upper right side of the air cleaner 9, respectively, when the air cleaner 9 is fixed. And the bearing 10 contacts the upper side surface of the air filter element 9, so that the friction coefficient of the air filter element 9 in the transverse movement process can be reduced while the air filter element 9 is fixed, and the cleaning effect is better.

Further, in order to save material resources, the bearings 10 are only arranged at two spaced ends of each second rolling rod on the premise of not influencing the function of the bearing 10.

In some embodiments of the air filter cleaning machine, referring to fig. 1-2, the cleaning tank 2 is a U-shaped structure.

The cleaning barrel 2 with the U-shaped structure can drain water more easily, and the cleaning barrel 2 with the U-shaped structure has less water capacity and saves water.

The air filter cleaner of some embodiments, further comprising: a first lamp group 11;

the first lamp set 11 is disposed on the top of the housing 1 for illuminating the outside of the housing 1.

Further, the method also comprises the following steps: a second lamp group 12;

the second lamp set 12 is disposed inside the housing 1 for illuminating the inside of the housing 1.

In this embodiment, through setting up first banks 11 and second banks 12, all throw light on the inside and outside of air filter cleaning machine when night, convenience of customers uses.

Preferably, illumination only at night may be achieved by a timer or a light dependent resistor.

The air filter cleaner of some embodiments, further comprising: a controller;

the first valve 7 and the second valve 8 are electronic valves;

the first lifting rod 5 and the second lifting rod are electric lifting rods;

the controller is respectively connected with the motor 6, the first lifting rod 5, the second lifting rod, the first valve 7, the second valve 8, the first lamp group 11 and the second lamp group 12; the control device is used for controlling the opening or closing of the motor 6, the first lifting rod 5, the second lifting rod, the first valve 7, the second valve 8, the first lamp set 11 and the second lamp set 12.

In the embodiment, the full-automatic operation of the air filter element cleaning machine is realized by arranging the controller.

Preferably, the start-up procedures and the working time of the first lifting rod 5, the second lifting rod, the first valve 7, the second valve 8, the first lamp set 11 and the second lamp set 12 can be set in the controller.

If after the user triggers the starting program of the controller, the controller controls the second lifting rod to open the top cover of the shell 1, the user puts the air filter element 9 in, and the controller controls the second lifting rod to close the top cover of the shell 1.

The controller controls the first lifting rod 5 to drive the second roller group 4 to descend until the second roller group is contacted with the air filter element 9.

The first valve 7 is controlled to open and clean water is introduced.

The control motor 6 starts to drive the first rolling bar group 3 to rotate, the first rolling bar group 3 drives the air filter element 9 to roll, and the second rolling bar group 4 does not hinder the air filter element 9 from rolling when fixing the air filter element 9.

After the cleaning is finished, the second valve 8 is controlled to be opened, and sewage is discharged.

The user only needs the start-up procedure of trigger control ware, and the manual lift through the lift of first lifter 5 of controller control and second lifter all can accomplish by oneself to all the other processes air filter cleaning machines.
