The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a rice fine processing device for improving uniformity comprises a bran removing box 1, a feed hopper 6 is fixedly installed at a position, close to one end, of the upper surface of the bran removing box 1, a plurality of first bran removing wheels 12 are rotatably installed at positions, close to the upper ends, of the front and rear inner walls of the bran removing box 1, a plurality of first bran removing teeth 13 which are distributed at equal angles are fixedly installed on arc-shaped side surfaces of the first bran removing wheels 12, a fourth belt 31 which is in contact with the first bran removing teeth 13 is rotatably installed on the first bran removing wheels 12, a third belt wheel 14 is fixedly installed at one end, penetrating through a front wall, of an inner shaft of one of the first bran removing wheels 12, a first driving motor 7 is fixedly installed at one side, close to the feed hopper 6, of the upper surface of the bran removing box 1, a first belt wheel 8 is fixedly installed at an output shaft of the first driving motor 7, a transverse groove 11 is formed in the front surface of the bran removing box, a rotating shaft 10 is slidably mounted on the inner wall of the transverse groove 11, a second belt wheel 9 is fixedly mounted on the arc side surface of the rotating shaft 10, the first belt wheel 8, the second belt wheel 9 and the third belt wheel 14 are positioned on the same plane, a first belt 15 is rotatably mounted on the first belt wheel 8, the second belt wheel 9 and the third belt wheel 14, a bran filtering mechanism 23 is arranged on the other side of the bran removing box 1, a conveying pipe 22 is fixedly mounted between the bran removing box 1 and the bran filtering mechanism 23, and a bran floating mechanism 24 is arranged on one side of the bran filtering mechanism 23 away from the bran removing box 1;

A plurality of second bran removing wheels 20 are rotatably mounted at positions, close to the lower end, of the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the bran removing box 1, a plurality of second bran removing teeth 21 which are distributed at equal angles are fixedly mounted on the arc side surfaces of the plurality of second bran removing wheels 20, a third belt 30 which is in contact with the second bran removing teeth 21 is rotatably mounted on the plurality of second bran removing wheels 20, a fifth belt wheel 19 is fixedly mounted at one end, penetrating through the front wall of the bran removing box 1, of an inner shaft of one of the second bran removing wheels 20, a second driving motor 16 is fixedly mounted at a position, close to one end, of the lower surface of the bran removing box 1, an output shaft of the second driving motor 16 is fixedly mounted with a fourth belt wheel 17, the fourth belt wheel 17 and the fifth belt wheel 19 are located on the same plane, and a second belt 18 is rotatably mounted on the fourth belt wheel 17 and the fifth belt wheel 19; two seat plates 3 are fixedly mounted at positions, close to the front end and the rear end, of the upper surface of the bran removing box 1, a first electric cylinder 2 is fixedly mounted on the upper surface of each seat plate 3, two lifting grooves 4 are formed in the front surface and the rear surface of the bran removing box 1, two extending rods 5 are fixedly mounted at two ends of an inner shaft of two first bran removing wheels 12, each extending rod 5 penetrates through the lifting groove 4 respectively, and piston rods of the four first electric cylinders 2 are fixedly mounted on the four extending rods 5 respectively; two shaft sleeves 25 are fixedly installed on the inner wall of one side of the bran removing box 1, a connecting shaft 26 is rotatably installed between the two shaft sleeves 25, a first baffle 27 is fixedly installed on the arc side face of the connecting shaft 26, a T-shaped rod 28 is fixedly installed on the lower surface of one end, away from the connecting shaft 26, of the first baffle 27, a plurality of rollers 29 which are in contact with a third belt 30 are rotatably installed on the arc side face of the T-shaped rod 28, and the distance between the lower end of the first baffle 27 and the third belt 30 is less than one centimeter;

an impeller 2307 is fixedly installed at one end, penetrating through the rear wall of a bran filtering main body 2301, of output shafts of a plurality of servo motors 2306, a blocking sieve 2308 in an inverted L shape is fixedly installed on the front surface of the bran filtering main body 2301, a material conveying plate 2309 in an L shape is fixedly installed on the front surface of the bran filtering main body 2301, the lower end of the blocking sieve 2308 is fixedly installed at the upper end of the material conveying plate 2309, two ends of the blocking sieve 2308 are sealed, two ends of the material conveying plate 2309 are closed, the position, aligned with the blocking sieve 2308, of the front surface of the bran filtering main body 2301 is an opening, the lower end of the blocking sieve 2308 is aligned with the upper end of a filter plate 2304, and a trash discharge port 2310 is fixedly installed at the position, close to one end, of the lower surface of the bran filtering main body 2301;

a second connecting seat 2411 is movably installed at the upper end of the second electric cylinder 2410, a second baffle 2409 is fixedly installed at the upper ends of the first connecting seat 2408 and the second electric cylinder 2410, and a filter screen 2405 is arranged between the upper end of the second baffle 2409 and the inner wall of one side of the floating skin removing main body 2401; an air pump 2403 is fixedly installed at a position, close to one side, of the inner wall of the bottom end of the floating skin removing main body 2401, a third electric cylinder 2412 is fixedly installed at a position, close to the lower end, of the surface of the other side of the floating skin removing main body 2401, a push plate 2413 is fixedly installed at one end, penetrating through the side wall of the floating skin removing main body 2401, of a piston rod of the third electric cylinder 2412, and a discharge hole 2406 with a cover is fixedly installed at a position, close to the front end, of the lower surface of the floating skin removing.

The rice finishing equipment has the use method that:

the method comprises the following steps: rice is poured into the bran removing box 1 from the feed hopper 6, the second driving motor 16 and the first driving motor 7 are started at the same time, the second driving motor 16 drives the fourth belt pulley 17 to rotate, the rotating fourth belt pulley 17 drives the fifth belt pulley 19 on one of the second bran removing wheels 20 to rotate through the second belt 18, so as to drive one of the second bran removing wheels 20 to rotate, the rotating second bran removing wheel 20 drives the other second bran removing wheels 20 to rotate through the third belt 30, so as to enable the third belt 30 to rotate, the first driving motor 7 drives the first belt pulley 8 to rotate, the rotating first belt pulley 8 drives the third belt pulley 14 on one of the first bran removing wheels 12 and the second belt pulley 9 on the rotating shaft 10 to rotate through the first belt 15, so as to drive one of the first bran removing wheels 12 to rotate, the rotating first bran removing wheel 12 drives the other first bran removing wheels 12 to rotate through the fourth belt 31, therefore, the fourth belt 31 rotates, the rice enters the bran removing box 1 from the feeding hopper 6 and falls on the first baffle plate 27, the rice slides on the third belt 30 along the first baffle plate 27, the third belt 30 conveys the rice, in the conveying process, the second bran removing teeth 21 on the second bran removing wheel 20 and the first bran removing teeth 13 on the first bran removing wheel 12 grind the rice to remove rice bran on the rice, if the distance between the third belt 30 and the fourth belt 31 needs to be adjusted, the first electric cylinders 2 on the seat plate 3 are started, each first electric cylinder 2 pushes the extension rod 5 to slide downwards along the lifting groove 4 through or a piston rod, so that the third belt 30 is attached to the fourth belt 31, and meanwhile, the rotating shaft 10 in the transverse groove 11 slides along the transverse groove 11, so that the second belt wheel 9 adapts to the first belt 15;

step two: after bran removal, rice enters a bran filtering main body 2301 from one of the through holes 2302 through the feed delivery pipe 22, a vibration motor 2303 on the bottom end of the bran filtering main body 2301 drives a filter plate 2304 to vibrate, impurity particles in the rice are removed and are discharged from a trash discharge port 2310, meanwhile, a servo motor 2306 is started, the servo motor 2306 drives an impeller 2307 to rotate, bran on the upper layer of the rice is blown to a blocking sieve 2308, and then falls into a feed delivery plate 2309 from the blocking sieve 2308 and slides off the feed delivery plate 2309 to be discharged;

step three: the rice after chaff removal is from another opening 2302, in feed inlet 2404 gets into the main part 2401 that removes the skin of floating, start air pump 2403 simultaneously, the gas that air pump 2403 blew out blows the skin of floating on rice top layer upwards, because second baffle 2409 blocks, the skin of floating directly falls in filter screen 2405, partly discharge from the orifice plate 2402 from the skin of floating, if the accumulative condition appears in the rice, start third electric cylinder 2412, the piston rod of third electric cylinder 2412 drives push pedal 2413 and promotes accumulative rice, discharge rice from taking lid discharge gate 2406, when needing to adjust the inclination of second baffle 2409, start second electric cylinder 2410, the piston rod of second electric cylinder 2410 promotes second baffle 2409 through second connecting seat 2411 and changes the gradient.
