Background

An air purifier is a household appliance which has certain removal capacity on solid pollutants (such as dust, pollen, bacteria-carrying particles and the like) and gaseous pollutants (peculiar smell, decoration pollution of formaldehyde and the like) in indoor air, air pollution in a vehicle is particularly serious at present, and the air purifier which can effectively improve the air quality of the indoor environment is more and more deeply concerned by users in order to ensure the health requirement of the driving environment of people.

However, except for the positions of the air inlet and the air outlet, the shell of the existing vehicle-mounted air purifier is in a ventilation mode, and other parts of the shell are in a sealing design; when the vehicle-mounted air purifier is used for a period of time, the filter element accumulates more dust, bacteria and the like, and a user needs to disassemble the filter element in the shell to clean the filter element; this manual disassembly mode operation degree of difficulty is big, and the dismantlement step is loaded down with trivial details, and the user is easily ruined the filter core under the condition of unfamiliar step. the invention provides an air purifier, which comprises a purifier shell, a gas flowing chamber arranged in the purifier shell, a gas driving device arranged in the purifier shell, an air inlet arranged in the purifier shell, an air outlet arranged in the purifier shell, a cleaning through hole arranged at the top of the purifier shell and communicated with the outside, a door plate rotationally connected with the purifier shell and used for sealing and closing the cleaning through hole, a door closing driving mechanism arranged in the purifier shell and used for driving the door plate to automatically close, and a gas purifying filter element assembly arranged in the gas flowing chamber, wherein the cleaning through hole, the air inlet and the air outlet are all communicated with a gas flow passage chamber; the gas purification filter element assembly is positioned at one side of the cleaning through hole, the air inlet end of the gas purification filter element assembly is communicated with the air inlet of the purifier shell, and the air outlet end of the gas purification filter element assembly is communicated with the air outlet of the purifier shell; the gas driving device is used for driving gas entering the gas flow cavity through the air inlet to flow into the gas purification filter element assembly and driving gas output by the gas purification filter element assembly to be discharged to the outside from the air outlet.

The gas purification filter element assembly comprises a hollow filter element shell and a plurality of filter element pieces arranged in the filter element shell, wherein the front side surface of the filter element shell is an air inlet end, and the rear side surface of the filter element shell is an air outlet end; one side of the filter element shell positioned at the air inlet end is provided with a plurality of partition pieces arranged at intervals.

Furthermore, the number of filter element pieces is three, and three filter element pieces are active carbon filter element, HEPA filter screen and photocatalyst filter screen respectively.

The area of the door plate is larger than that of the cleaning through hole, and the door plate is rotatably arranged on the purifier shell and is positioned below the cleaning through hole; one side of the door panel close to the air inlet is a rotating part which is rotatably connected with the purifier shell, and the side of the door panel opposite to the rotating part is an abutting part; the door closing driving mechanism is used for driving the abutting part of the door panel to always rotate close to the top of the purifier shell, and the abutting part of the door panel is always abutted against the inner side wall of the top of the purifier shell.

Further, the door closing driving mechanism comprises a door magnet arranged on one side of the door plate close to the abutting part, a top magnet arranged on the inner side wall of the top of the purifier shell and corresponding to the abutting part of the door plate, and a bottom magnet arranged on the inner side wall of the bottom of the purifier shell and close to one side of the door magnet; the door magnet and the top magnet are attracted by opposite polarities, and the door magnet and the bottom magnet are repelled by the same polarities.

The air inlet and the air outlet are respectively provided with a plurality of spaced and parallel blocking pieces; the cross-sectional shape of separation piece is triangle-shaped, the triangle pointed end of the separation piece of air inlet department is established towards the outside of clarifier casing, the triangle pointed end of the separation piece of air outlet department is established towards the inside of clarifier casing.

The air purifier also comprises a first air sterilization device and a second air sterilization device, wherein the first air sterilization device is arranged in the purifier shell and is positioned between the air inlet of the purifier shell and the air inlet end of the air purification filter element component; the second gas sterilization device is arranged in the purifier shell and is positioned between the air outlet of the purifier shell and the air outlet end of the gas purification filter element assembly.

The purifier shell is rectangular, the gas flow cavity comprises a left cavity and a right cavity, the number of the air inlets and the number of the air outlets are two, the left cavity and the right cavity are respectively and symmetrically arranged by the central plane of the purifier shell, one air inlet is arranged on the front side surface of the purifier shell and communicated with the left cavity, and the other air outlet is arranged on the upper side surface of the purifier shell close to the rear side surface of the purifier shell and communicated with the left cavity; the other air inlet is arranged on the rear side surface of the purifier shell and communicated with the right chamber, and the other air outlet is arranged on the upper side surface of the purifier shell close to the front side surface of the purifier shell and communicated with the right chamber.

Wherein, gaseous drive arrangement is including setting up the air inlet fan in the air intake department of clarifier casing and setting up the air outlet fan in the air outlet department of clarifier casing.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

according to the air purifier provided by the invention, when a user needs to clean the gas purification filter element assembly in the purifier shell, the user or a carwash person can open the door plate or adopt the suction head of the dust collector, then the suction head of the dust collector is adopted to extend into the gas flow chamber through the cleaning through hole and is aligned with the air inlet end of the gas purification filter element assembly, so that the suction head of the dust collector can clean the gas purification filter element assembly by dust collection; after cleaning, the user or the car washer takes out the dust collector from the cleaning through hole, and then the door closing driving mechanism drives the door plate to automatically close and seal the cleaning through hole so as to prevent the air in the air flowing chamber from flowing out of the cleaning through hole to the outside during operation of the embodiment. According to the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning through hole and the door plate for closing the cleaning through hole are arranged on the purifier shell, so that only the door plate needs to be opened during cleaning, and the gas purification filter element assembly does not need to be detached from the purifier shell; the cleaning device has the advantages of simple and compact structural design, simple cleaning steps, simplicity and convenience in operation and high cleaning efficiency.
