According to statistics of the national post administration, 37 hundred million cartons are consumed in express delivery in 2016, 2 hundred million rolls of adhesive tapes are used, the raw paper of the corrugated cartons are 4600 ten thousand tons, 50 ten thousand tons of plastic and 10 ten thousand tons of compound glue are needed for manufacturing the adhesive tapes, and the packaging cartons are discarded after being used once along with the adhesive tapes adhered to the packaging cartons, so that 4660 ten thousand tons of external reinforcement waste is generated, and huge environmental pollution is caused.

The main reasons for discarding the express carton after being used once are as follows:

(1) too many adhesive tapes are difficult to clean; prior to shipping, the carton is typically sealed and reinforced with strong adhesive tape. While these tapes have good sealing and reinforcing properties and are relatively simple to handle, their presence is catastrophic for recycling of the carton. If the adhesive tape on the carton is cleaned forcibly, the appearance or the box body of the carton is generally seriously damaged, or a large amount of residual glue which is difficult to clean is remained on the carton, and in addition, the adhesive tape has strong adhesion randomness, messy adhesion and indefinite position, can only be cleaned manually, and has high cost; if do not clear up the sticky tape on the carton, all can be in disorder continuously superpose new sticky tape when using at every turn on the carton, can let the user produce distrust sense easily when the user receives the express delivery, can't confirm goods safety, very easily lead to rejecting.

The top surface and the bottom surface of the box body 1 are opened and connected with the frame body 2 respectively, so that the box body 1 can be protected on two sides, and the problem that the box body 1 is damaged easily is further avoided.

In a preferred embodiment, an express bill pasting board is arranged between the two frames 2, and the top end and the bottom end of the express bill pasting board are detachably connected with the two frames 2 respectively; the express bill pasting board is provided with an express bill pasting layer used for pasting and placing express bills, and the express bill pasting layer is made of single-sided release paper or single-sided release film. The express bill pasting layer is used for pasting and placing an express bill; the express delivery single-layer is made of single-sided release paper or single-sided release film; one side of the single-sided release paper or the single-sided release film has strong viscosity and is a box pasting side for adhering the release paper or the release film to the carton body, and the other side of the single-sided release paper or the single-sided release film has light release property and is a single pasting side for pasting the express bill on the release paper or the release film. When the carton is used, the express waybill can be easily pasted on the release pasting layer, and the express waybill is guaranteed to have enough pasting strength; when the carton is recycled, the express bill can be easily torn off from the release adhesive layer without leaving any trace, the problem that the express bill needs to be adhered to the carton is avoided, the integrity of the carton and the express bill is guaranteed, and the recycling is more convenient.

As shown in fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment, a transparent express bill clamping sleeve 3 is arranged between two frames 2, and the top end and the bottom end of the express bill clamping sleeve 3 are detachably connected with the two frames 2 respectively; an express bill receiving cavity 207 is formed in the express bill clamping sleeve 3, and an inlet is formed in one side of the express bill receiving cavity 207; the single cutting ferrule of express delivery 3 is equipped with the strip of paper used for sealing 301 that carries out the shutoff to the entry in the one side that is equipped with the entry, the both ends of strip of paper used for sealing 301 are articulated and the joint with the single cutting ferrule of express delivery 3 respectively. Through transparent express delivery list cutting ferrule 3, can place the express delivery list in it, then lead to strip of paper used for sealing 301 and cover, the placing of the express delivery list of being convenient for like this has avoided the express delivery list to need paste in the problem that the carton is difficult to tear down, has avoided the integrality of carton and express delivery list, the cyclic utilization of being more convenient for. The both ends of the single express card sleeve 3 are connected with the frame through the clamping mode respectively, so that the single express card sleeve is convenient to detach.

In a preferred embodiment, the frame body 2 is made of PET material. The PET material has a complete recycling system, is very high in environmental protection and safety, and enables the frame body 2 to be recycled.

The use principle of the invention is as follows:

The invention is not limited to the above alternative embodiments, and any other various forms of products can be obtained by anyone in the light of the present invention, but any changes in shape or structure thereof, which fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the claims, fall within the scope of the present invention.
