Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of express cartons, and particularly relates to a recycling carton.

Background

With the development of electronic commerce and modern logistics, online shopping has formed a trend, logistics packages show explosive growth, and according to statistics of the national post and government offices, the number of express packages in China exceeds 313 hundred million in 2016.

However, the enormous express amount brings convenience to people and also brings huge amount of solid waste. According to statistics of the national post administration, 37 hundred million cartons are consumed in express delivery in 2016, 2 hundred million rolls of adhesive tapes are used, the raw paper of the corrugated cartons are 4600 ten thousand tons, 50 ten thousand tons of plastic and 10 ten thousand tons of compound glue are needed for manufacturing the adhesive tapes, and the packaging cartons are discarded after being used once along with the adhesive tapes adhered to the packaging cartons, so that 4660 ten thousand tons of external reinforcement waste is generated, and huge environmental pollution is caused.

The main reasons for discarding the express carton after being used once are as follows:

(1) too many adhesive tapes are difficult to clean; prior to shipping, the carton is typically sealed and reinforced with strong adhesive tape. While these tapes have good sealing and reinforcing properties and are relatively simple to handle, their presence is catastrophic for recycling of the carton. If the adhesive tape on the carton is cleaned forcibly, the appearance or the box body of the carton is generally seriously damaged, or a large amount of residual glue which is difficult to clean is remained on the carton, and in addition, the adhesive tape has strong adhesion randomness, messy adhesion and indefinite position, can only be cleaned manually, and has high cost; if do not clear up the sticky tape on the carton, all can be in disorder continuously superpose new sticky tape when using at every turn on the carton, can let the user produce distrust sense easily when the user receives the express delivery, can't confirm goods safety, very easily lead to rejecting.

(2) The damage rate of the carton is high; breakage is another important reason that cartons cannot be recycled, and it is generally believed that carton breakage is caused by collisions during express logistics. Actually not so, according to observing, only slight collision indentation even complete intact when most express delivery cartons are sent to the addressee hand can retrieve the recycle completely, and the damage of most cartons all takes place in the link that the addressee unpacked. The reason why the situation occurs is that the adhesive tapes on the carton are very easily damaged by the carton opening methods, so that secondary recycling can not be realized, and the recipients usually feel very reluctant to tear the criss-cross adhesive tapes on the carton, and usually like to adopt simple and rough methods of cutting the carton by using a blade, scissors and even directly tearing the carton by hand, so that the carton can be opened fastest. Even if some recipients want to open the carton by tearing the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape is extremely easy to seriously damage the appearance of the carton in the process of tearing the adhesive tape, so that the recipients who subsequently use the carton feel dissatisfied and disliked with the packaging carton.

Moreover, current express delivery carton is integrative paper structure, and its holistic support performance is relatively poor, receives easily buckling, is unfavorable for recycling.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a recycling water tank, the carton can be sealed without using an adhesive tape, and the whole carton after sealing has better firmness, is convenient and easy to disassemble and assemble; and adopt the box structure that frame and carton combine, can carry out good protection to the carton, make carton part and frame part can recycle.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

In a preferred technical scheme, the frame body comprises a first frame, a second frame and a third frame which are sequentially connected in a rotating manner from head to tail, a fourth frame is arranged between the first frame and the third frame, the fourth frame is a movable frame, one end of the fourth frame is clamped with the third frame, and the other end of the fourth frame is connected with the first frame in a rotating manner; the retractable support frame is connected between the first frame and the third frame which are positioned at the opposite sides; and one end of each frame edge, which is close to the corresponding box wall, is provided with a second slot, and the second slot is connected with the corresponding box wall.

In a preferred technical scheme, one end of each of the first frame, the second frame and the third frame, which is close to the corresponding box wall, is provided with a first connecting lug which is integrally connected, and the first connecting lugs are connected with the box walls through bolts or screws; one end of the fourth frame, which is close to the corresponding box wall, is provided with a second connecting lug which is connected integrally, and the second connecting lug is clamped with the box wall through a clamping shaft.

In an optimal technical scheme, the retractable supporting frame comprises a scissor telescopic frame, one end of the scissor telescopic frame is connected to the containing cavity in a sliding mode, the other end of the scissor telescopic frame is provided with a clamping joint at the movable end, and a frame, far away from one side of the containing cavity, of the frame body is provided with a clamping groove corresponding to the clamping joint.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the carton does not use an adhesive tape, so that the using amount of the adhesive tape in the express industry and the problem of environmental pollution caused by solid waste due to the adhesive tape are greatly reduced;

(2) the carton disclosed by the invention is combined with the frame body structure, and the carton structure and the frame body structure can be disassembled, so that the damage of the carton can be avoided, the carton can be recycled, the supporting performance and integrity of the carton can be enhanced, and the carton is novel and scientific in structural design and more environment-friendly.

(3) The top surface and the bottom surface of the carton are respectively provided with the retractable support frame, so that the top and bottom support performance is enhanced, the carton can be retracted into the accommodating cavity of the accommodating frame, and the carton is more convenient to mount and seal.

(4) The frame body of the carton can rotate freely, so that the carton is convenient to mount and fold, is more convenient to store and store, and is more practical and convenient.

(7) The frame body of the carton is made of PET material, the material has a complete recycling system, the environmental protection and safety are high, and the frame body can be recycled and reused.

In a preferred embodiment, an express bill pasting board is arranged between the two frames 2, and the top end and the bottom end of the express bill pasting board are detachably connected with the two frames 2 respectively; the express bill pasting board is provided with an express bill pasting layer used for pasting and placing express bills, and the express bill pasting layer is made of single-sided release paper or single-sided release film. The express bill pasting layer is used for pasting and placing an express bill; the express delivery single-layer is made of single-sided release paper or single-sided release film; one side of the single-sided release paper or the single-sided release film has strong viscosity and is a box pasting side for adhering the release paper or the release film to the carton body, and the other side of the single-sided release paper or the single-sided release film has light release property and is a single pasting side for pasting the express bill on the release paper or the release film. When the carton is used, the express waybill can be easily pasted on the release pasting layer, and the express waybill is guaranteed to have enough pasting strength; when the carton is recycled, the express bill can be easily torn off from the release adhesive layer without leaving any trace, the problem that the express bill needs to be adhered to the carton is avoided, the integrity of the carton and the express bill is guaranteed, and the recycling is more convenient.

As shown in fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment, a transparent express bill clamping sleeve 3 is arranged between two frames 2, and the top end and the bottom end of the express bill clamping sleeve 3 are detachably connected with the two frames 2 respectively; an express bill receiving cavity 207 is formed in the express bill clamping sleeve 3, and an inlet is formed in one side of the express bill receiving cavity 207; the single cutting ferrule of express delivery 3 is equipped with the strip of paper used for sealing 301 that carries out the shutoff to the entry in the one side that is equipped with the entry, the both ends of strip of paper used for sealing 301 are articulated and the joint with the single cutting ferrule of express delivery 3 respectively. Through transparent express delivery list cutting ferrule 3, can place the express delivery list in it, then lead to strip of paper used for sealing 301 and cover, the placing of the express delivery list of being convenient for like this has avoided the express delivery list to need paste in the problem that the carton is difficult to tear down, has avoided the integrality of carton and express delivery list, the cyclic utilization of being more convenient for. The both ends of the single express card sleeve 3 are connected with the frame through the clamping mode respectively, so that the single express card sleeve is convenient to detach.

In a preferred embodiment, the frame body 2 is made of PET material. The PET material has a complete recycling system, is very high in environmental protection and safety, and enables the frame body 2 to be recycled.

The use principle of the invention is as follows:
