1. A dehumidifying bag, comprising:

the bag body comprises a first side sheet and a second side sheet, wherein the side sheets comprise breathable films and/or composite films, and all or part of at least one side sheet is breathable film;

and the moisture-proof layer covers the outer side of the breathable film.

2. A dehumidifying bag as claimed in claim 1 wherein the bag body further comprises a bottom sheet.

3. The dehumidification bag of claim 1, wherein the bag body is provided with an openable and closable sealing structure.

4. The desiccant bag of any of claims 1-3 wherein the moisture barrier comprises a reinforcing layer and a barrier layer;

preferably, the barrier layer is a polyethylene terephthalate film layer;

the enhancement layer is an aluminum foil layer, a polyester aluminum-plated film layer or a film layer formed by aluminum foil and polyethylene glycol terephthalate;

the breathable film is non-woven fabric or Tyvek.

5. Dehumidification bag according to claim 4, wherein the thickness of the barrier layer is 12-50 μm.

6. The dehumidifying bag according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the composite film comprises, in order from the inside to the outside, a heat-sealing layer, an adhesive layer, an ink layer and a printing layer;

the thickness of the ink layer is less than 3 μm;

the thickness of the heat sealing layer is 30-150 μm;

the thickness of the printing layer is 12-50 μm.

8. A dehumidifying bag as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the moisture barrier is provided with an easy-open structure.

9. The preparation method of the dehumidifying bag is characterized by comprising the following steps:

the moisture-proof layer, the first side piece and the second side piece are subjected to heat sealing to obtain the dehumidifying bag, wherein the side pieces are made of breathable films and/or composite films, and all or part of at least one side piece is a breathable film; the moisture-proof layer is positioned on the outer side of the breathable film.

10. The method of manufacturing a dehumidifying bag as claimed in claim 9 further comprising a bottom sheet, wherein the dehumidifying bag is obtained by heat-sealing the moisture-proof layer to the bottom sheet, the first side sheet and the second side sheet.

11. The method for preparing a dehumidifying bag as claimed in claim 9 or 10, wherein the heat-sealing temperature is 130-220 ℃ and the time is 0.5-1 s.

12. The method of manufacturing a dehumidifying bag as claimed in any one of claims 9 to 11, further comprising the step of applying a heat-seal adhesive to the moisture-proof layer before heat-sealing;

wherein the speed of coating the heat-sealing glue is less than or equal to 200 m/min;

when heat-sealing glue is coated, the drying temperature of the first-section drying channel is 70-90 ℃, the drying temperature of the second-section drying channel is 80-120 ℃, and the drying temperature of the third-section drying channel is 90-150 ℃;

the coating weight of the dried heat sealing adhesive is 3-6g/m2

13. The method for preparing a dehumidifying bag as claimed in claim 10 or 11, wherein the moisture-proof layer comprises a reinforcing layer and a barrier layer in this order from inside to outside; the composite film sequentially comprises a heat sealing layer, a bonding layer, an ink layer and a printing layer from inside to outside;

the method also comprises a step of printing ink patterns on the barrier layer and/or the printing layer, wherein the printing speed is 100-300m/min, and the drying temperature is 40-80 ℃.

14. The method for manufacturing a dehumidifying bag according to claim 13 wherein the moisture barrier is manufactured by laminating and curing a barrier layer printed with an ink pattern and a reinforcing layer to obtain the moisture barrier;

the preparation method of the composite layer comprises the steps of compounding and curing the printed and dried printing layer, the bonding layer and the heat sealing layer to obtain the composite layer.

15. The method of claim 14, wherein the compounding speed is no greater than 200 m/min;

during compounding, the temperature for first-stage drying is 50-60 ℃, the temperature for second-stage drying is 65-85 ℃, the temperature for third-stage drying is 75-90 ℃, and the bonding temperature is 50-70 ℃; after the compounding is finished, curing at 40-50 ℃ for more than or equal to 48 h.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of dehumidification packaging, in particular to a dehumidification bag and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Every 6-7 months of the year is the plum rain season in the central and south regions of China, and due to abundant rainfall, strong ground evaporation capacity, high air humidity and high air temperature, the propagation and growth speed of the mold is obviously improved, so that clothes in the wardrobe are easy to mold, the taste is unpleasant, and the clothes also have mildew.

In order to prevent clothes from mildewing, people often place a dehumidifying agent in a wardrobe, the dehumidifying packaging in the current market is most widely applied to a composite packaging bag with a hook, the composite packaging bag generally comprises an outer bag, an inner bag body, a hook and a fixing clip, wherein the hook is positioned at the upper part of the fixing clip, the hook and the fixing clip are made of plastic, the fixing clip is used for clamping a drying agent containing opening of the bag body, the inner bag body is formed by combining an upper-layer drying agent bag (generally made of non-woven fabrics) and a lower-layer moisture absorption water bag into a whole through sealing, a plurality of permeation holes are formed in the bottom of the upper-layer drying agent bag, the ventilation through holes are formed in two sides of the surface of the bag body, and the bag body is hung.

Although the dehumidification bag has a certain dehumidification effect, the upper layer desiccant bag made of non-woven fabrics only has one protective layer in the storage process after the dehumidification agent is filled in the inner bag and the outer bag which are of a double-layer structure, the non-woven fabrics have air permeability, and after the dehumidification agent is filled in the inner bag and the outer bag, the desiccant can absorb moisture in air in the outer bag through the air permeable non-woven fabrics, so that the effect of the dehumidification agent is poor or ineffective.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the defect that the dehumidifying bag containing a dehumidifying agent in the prior art absorbs moisture in the air in the outer bag during storage and transportation, which may cause deterioration or failure of the effect of the dehumidifying agent, thereby providing a dehumidifying bag and a method for manufacturing the same.

Therefore, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

a desiccant bag comprising:

the bag body comprises a first side sheet and a second side sheet, wherein the side sheets comprise breathable films and/or composite films, and all or part of at least one side sheet is breathable film;

an accommodating cavity formed by heat-sealing the first side sheet and the second side sheet;

and the moisture-proof layer covers the outer side of the breathable film. The moisture barrier is tearable.

Further, the bag body also comprises a bottom plate which is heat-sealed together with the first side plate and the second side plate to form an accommodating cavity. When the desiccant bag comprises a backsheet, it may be realized as a stand-up, also called a desiccant stand-up bag.

Further, the bag body is provided with a sealing structure capable of being opened and closed. The openable sealing structure can be a zipper or a sealing strip.

Further, the moisture barrier comprises a reinforcing layer and a barrier layer;

the barrier layer is a polyethylene terephthalate film layer;

the enhancement layer is an aluminum foil layer, a polyester aluminum-plated film layer or a film layer formed by aluminum foil and polyethylene glycol terephthalate;

the breathable film is non-woven fabric or Tyvek.

One side or two sides of the barrier layer can be provided with a pattern layer; the pattern layer can display some words related to the product or the description of the pattern, which is convenient for the consumer to understand.

Further, the thickness of the barrier layer is 12-50 μm.

The composite film may be a conventional composite film such as a polyethylene film or the like. Preferably, the composite film comprises a heat sealing layer, a bonding layer, an ink layer and a printing layer from inside to outside in sequence;

the heat sealing layer is a polyethylene layer or a cast polypropylene layer;

the printing layer is a polyethylene terephthalate film layer and/or a polyamide layer.

Further, the thickness of the adhesive layer is 1-3 μm;

the thickness of the ink layer is less than 3 μm;

the thickness of the heat sealing layer is 30-150 μm;

the thickness of the printing layer is 12-50 μm.

Furthermore, an easy-to-pull structure is arranged on the moisture-proof layer. The pop-top structure extends out of the heat-sealing end and can be square, rectangular, circular arc, oval and the like.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the dehumidifying bag, which comprises the following steps:

the moisture-proof layer, the first side piece and the second side piece are subjected to heat sealing to obtain the dehumidifying bag, wherein the side pieces are made of breathable films and/or composite films, and all or part of at least one side piece is a breathable film; the moisture-proof layer is positioned on the outer side of the breathable film.

When all of a lateral plate are breathable films, the lateral plate which is the breathable film is arranged between the lateral plate of the composite film and the moisture-proof layer, then the moisture-proof bag is obtained by heat sealing, and the moisture-proof bag forms a containing cavity which is used for containing a desiccant between the breathable film and the composite film.

When two lateral plates are all breathable films, the two breathable films are arranged between the two moisture-proof layers and then are subjected to heat sealing, so that the dehumidifying bag is obtained, and a containing cavity for containing a dehumidifying agent is formed between the two breathable films.

When the part of one side sheet is a breathable film, the breathable film is overlapped with the composite film to form a composite side sheet (namely the side sheet consisting of the breathable film and the composite film), and the breathable film at the overlapped part is positioned at the inner side of the composite film; then heat-seal it with another lateral plate and dampproof course, get the dehumidification bag, during the heat-seal, the dampproof course is located the one side of keeping away from another lateral plate on the ventilated membrane, and this dehumidification bag forms the chamber that holds that is used for holding the desiccant between compound lateral plate and the lateral plate that is the complex film entirely.

When the parts of the two side pieces are breathable films, the breathable films are overlapped with the composite film to form a composite side piece (namely the side piece consisting of the breathable films and the composite film), and the breathable films at the overlapped part are positioned at the inner side of the composite film; then the two composite side plates and the moisture-proof layer are subjected to heat sealing, and the moisture-proof layer is positioned on one side of the breathable film far away from the other composite side plate; namely, the dehumidifying bag forms a containing cavity for containing dehumidifying agent between the two composite side pieces.

Further, when heat sealing is performed, transverse heat sealing is performed first, and then longitudinal heat sealing is performed to form two side heat seal edges.

Further, the dehumidifying bag further comprises a bottom plate, and the moisture-proof layer, the bottom plate, the first side plate and the second side plate are subjected to heat sealing to obtain the dehumidifying bag. The bottom sheet may be of any shape capable of supporting the pouch body free-standing, such as oval, circular, etc.

Further, the heat sealing temperature is 130-220 ℃, and the time is 0.5-1 s.

Further, before heat sealing, the method also comprises the step of coating heat-sealing glue on the moisture-proof layer; wherein the speed of coating the heat-sealing glue is less than or equal to 200 m/min;

when heat-sealing glue is coated, the drying temperature of the first-section drying channel is 70-90 ℃, the drying temperature of the second-section drying channel is 80-120 ℃, and the drying temperature of the third-section drying channel is 90-150 ℃;

the coating weight of the dried heat sealing adhesive is 3-6g/m2

Furthermore, the moisture-proof layer is sequentially provided with an enhancement layer and a barrier layer from inside to outside; the composite film sequentially comprises a heat sealing layer, a bonding layer, an ink layer and a printing layer from inside to outside;

the method also comprises a step of printing ink patterns on the barrier layer and/or the printing layer, wherein the printing speed is 100-300m/min, and the drying temperature is 40-80 ℃.

Further, the preparation step of the moisture-proof layer is that the barrier layer printed with the ink patterns and the reinforcing layer are compounded and cured to obtain the moisture-proof layer;

the preparation method of the composite layer comprises the steps of compounding and curing the printing layer, the bonding layer and the heat sealing layer to obtain the composite layer.

Further, the compounding speed is less than or equal to 200 m/min;

during compounding, the temperature for first-stage drying is 50-60 ℃, the temperature for second-stage drying is 65-85 ℃, the temperature for third-stage drying is 75-90 ℃, and the bonding temperature is 50-70 ℃; after the compounding is finished, curing at 40-50 ℃ for more than or equal to 48 h.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:

1. the invention provides a dehumidifying bag, comprising: the bag body comprises a first side sheet and a second side sheet, wherein the side sheets comprise breathable films and/or composite films, and all or part of at least one side sheet is breathable film; and the moisture-proof layer covers the outer side of the breathable film. According to the dehumidifying bag provided by the invention, the breathable film is arranged on the bag body, and the outer surface of the breathable film is covered with the moisture-proof layer and is subjected to heat sealing, so that the breathable film is in close contact with the moisture-proof layer and does not absorb moisture, and the phenomenon that the effect of a dehumidifying agent is poor or fails due to the fact that the breathable film is in contact with air in an outer bag in the transportation and storage processes is effectively prevented; and this dampproof course is tearable, when the purchaser used, only need tear the dampproof course and just can use, and is convenient, swift. In addition, because the moisture is heavier than the air and moves downwards, the bottom of the wardrobe or the cupboard is a moisture gathering point, and the existing dehumidifying bag is hung on a clothes hanging rod in the wardrobe through a hook, namely above the wardrobe, so that the dehumidifying effect is poor; the dehumidifying bag provided by the invention can be placed at the bottom of a wardrobe or a cupboard, a hook is not needed, and the dehumidifying effect is good.

2. The dehumidifying bag provided by the invention can realize self-standing by arranging the bottom sheet. The bottom sheet can be any shape of horizontal support structure of the bottom of the existing stand-up pouch, so that the pouch can stand by itself without any support.

3. According to the dehumidifying bag provided by the invention, by arranging the openable and closable sealing structure, after the dehumidifying agent in the dehumidifying bag is invalid, a purchaser can open and replace the dehumidifying agent by himself, and then the dehumidifying bag is closed and is of a self-sealing structure to be continuously used, so that the effect of recycling is achieved, and the cost and the energy are saved.

4. According to the dehumidification bag provided by the invention, the breathable film is limited to be non-woven fabric or Tyvek; the non-woven fabric or the Tyvek fabric has good air permeability but does not leak water, can allow water vapor in the air to permeate through, and then allows a dehumidifying agent in the bag to adsorb to achieve the aim of dehumidification, and even if the dehumidifying bag is poured, the water in the bag cannot flow out due to the impermeable air film; including a barrier layer and a reinforcement layer by defining the moisture barrier; the barrier layer is a polyethylene glycol terephthalate film layer, the enhancement layer is an aluminum foil layer, a polyester aluminum-plated film layer or a film layer formed by aluminum foil and polyethylene glycol terephthalate; so that the heat-seal strength of the moisture-proof layer and the air-permeable and water-impermeable layer can be kept between 5 and 20N/15 mm; the moisture-proof layer is good in contact with the breathable film, easy to tear and convenient to use.

5. According to the dehumidification bag provided by the invention, the thickness of the barrier layer is limited, so that the moisture-proof effect in the transportation or storage process can be improved, namely, the sealing effect of the moisture-proof layer and the breathable layer is improved.

6. According to the dehumidification bag provided by the invention, the layer structure of the composite film and the thickness of each layer are limited, so that the sealing effect of the moisture-proof layer and the breathable layer can be further improved.

7. According to the dehumidification bag provided by the invention, the structure which is easy to tear the moisture-proof layer is arranged at the position, extending out of the heat seal, of the moisture-proof layer, so that a purchaser can tear the moisture-proof layer more conveniently.

8. The preparation method of the dehumidification bag provided by the invention comprises the following steps: the moisture-proof layer, the first side piece and the second side piece are subjected to heat sealing to obtain the dehumidifying bag, wherein the side pieces are made of breathable films and/or composite films, and all or part of at least one side piece is a breathable film; the moisture-proof layer is positioned on the outer side of the breathable film.

The moisture-proof layer covers the outer side of the breathable film, so that the breathable film is tightly contacted with the moisture-proof layer in the prepared dehumidifying bag and does not absorb moisture, and the effect of the dehumidifying agent is effectively prevented from being deteriorated or losing efficacy due to the contact of the breathable film and the outside air in the transportation and storage processes; and the dampproof course is tearable, when the purchaser used, only need tear the dampproof course and just can use, convenient, swift. In addition, because the moisture is heavier than the air and moves downwards, the bottom of the wardrobe or the cupboard is a moisture gathering point, and the existing dehumidifying bag is hung on a clothes hanging rod in the wardrobe through a hook, namely above the wardrobe, so that the dehumidifying effect is poor; the dehumidifying bag provided by the invention can be placed at the bottom of a wardrobe or a cupboard, a hook is not needed, and the dehumidifying effect is good; the preparation method of the dehumidifying bag provided by the invention is simple and convenient, and can be carried out by heat sealing, so that the material is saved.

9. According to the preparation method of the dehumidifying bag, the moisture-proof layer, the bottom sheet, the first side sheet and the second side sheet are subjected to heat sealing to form the bag body with the containing cavity, so that self-supporting can be realized.

10. According to the preparation method of the dehumidifying bag, the heat-sealing temperature and time are limited, so that the phenomenon of wrinkles, small bubbles or delamination at the heat-sealed position after heat sealing is prevented, the sealing effect of the moisture-proof layer and the breathable film in the prepared dehumidifying bag can be improved, the tearing effect of the moisture-proof layer is balanced, the breathable film is in close contact with the moisture-proof layer and does not absorb moisture, and the effect of a dehumidifying agent is effectively prevented from being deteriorated or losing efficacy due to the contact of the breathable film and the outside air in the transportation and storage processes; when the moisture-proof layer is used by a purchaser, the moisture-proof layer can be torn off, so that the moisture-proof layer is convenient and quick to use. According to the preparation method of the dehumidifying bag, the speed and the temperature for coating the heat-sealing adhesive and the coating amount of the dried heat-sealing adhesive are limited, so that the coating uniformity can be improved, and the sealing property and the tearing property of the moisture-proof layer and the breathable film are further optimized.

12. According to the preparation method of the dehumidifying bag, the printing speed and the drying temperature are limited, so that the overprinting of printed pictures and texts is accurate, the printing ink is uniform, and the color has no obvious color difference.

13. According to the preparation method of the dehumidifying bag, provided by the invention, the compounding speed, the compounding temperature, the laminating temperature and the curing temperature and time after compounding are limited, so that the compounding firmness and strength can be improved, the solvent residue is prevented from exceeding the standard and the peculiar smell is prevented, and the dehumidifying bag is environment-friendly and healthy.
