When the full-portal scraper reclaimer is replaced, the quantity of the sleepers 1 used by the double-row rails of the full-portal scraper reclaimer is more than 3000, the gaps of the sleepers 2 are narrow, the sleepers 1 are heavy, and the traditional replacement method wastes time and labor.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the following detailed description. As shown in fig. 3 to 12, in the embodiment of the present application, the fixed main cross arm 4 includes: main cross arm 41 and rings 42, wherein, main cross arm 41 with fixed secondary cross arm 5 is connected, rings 42 set up in on main cross arm 4, and with hoist and mount shoulder pole 6 is connected. In the present embodiment, the wire rope 64 is connected at a first end to the lower hoist ring 63 and at a second end to the hoist ring 42, and the upper hoist ring 62 is connected to the car hook of the hoisted vehicle.

In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 12, the present invention further provides a method for using a sleeper quick-installation replacement tool, wherein the sleeper quick-installation replacement tool comprises the sleeper quick-installation replacement tool as shown in fig. 3 to 11, and the method comprises the following steps:

welding the fixed main cross arm 4 on the top surface of the fixed secondary cross arm 5, and enabling the fixed main cross arm and the fixed secondary cross arm to be positioned on the same horizontal plane;

connecting a steel wire rope 64 in the hoisting carrying pole 6 with a hoisting ring 42 in the fixed main cross arm 4;

installing a sleeper 7 to be in place and a fixed secondary cross arm 5, correspondingly inserting an embedded mounting bolt 8 on the sleeper 7 to be in place into a bolt hole 52 on the fixed secondary cross arm 5, and screwing a positioning pin shaft sleeve 58 on the embedded mounting bolt 8;

correspondingly inserting the clamping plate 57 in the fixed secondary cross arm 5 into the clamping plate groove 56, and tightly pressing the clamping plate 57 against the side wall of the sleeper 7 to be in position;

the automobile lifting hook 9 for lifting the vehicle is connected with the upper lifting ring 62 in the lifting carrying pole 6, and the sleeper 7 to be in place is moved to a preset position.
