Existing quick connectors are generally classified into mechanical and hydraulic types. The mechanical quick connector is mostly locked by a spring, and the elastic force of the spring is limited, so that the joint is easy to loosen, and even the working part falls off in severe cases, thereby resulting in safety accidents. The quick connector is characterized in that an adjusting screw is arranged on some mechanical quick connectors, the screw rotates to drive one connecting piece to move to adjust the distance between the two connecting pieces so as to be matched with a shaft on a working device, the requirements on the positions of the connecting piece and the shaft on the working device are strict, so that the application range of the quick connector is limited, and the connecting piece is provided with a screw support, so that the structure of the quick connector is relatively complex, meanwhile, the screw is exposed outside, the support strength of the screw is limited, the adjustment of the screw is easily influenced by external factors, and the service life of the screw is influenced.

The hydraulic quick connector drives the connecting piece to fasten or release through the oil cylinder, and compared with a mechanical quick connector, the hydraulic quick connector has the advantages of wide application range, long service life and more stable operation process.

The hydraulic quick connectors currently available in the industry also have the following disadvantages: when the working devices such as a breaking hammer and an injection head are connected, tools such as a wrench and the like are needed to be manually used for connecting a mechanical arm support and a hydraulic oil pipe joint on the working device, and the device has a progress space in the aspects of operation convenience and efficiency improvement; meanwhile, after the hydraulic oil pipe joint is connected and detached for many times, sealing is easy to lose efficacy, hydraulic oil leakage is caused, pressure of a working device system is unstable, and potential safety hazards exist.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a quick connector which can realize quick connection between a mechanical arm support and a hydraulic oil circuit on a working device and has good sealing performance so as to solve the problems in the background technology.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a quick connector for automatically connecting a hydraulic oil way, which is used for connecting a mechanical arm frame and a working device, wherein a first connecting shaft and a second connecting shaft which are parallel to each other are arranged on the working device, the quick connector comprises a connector body and a second hydraulic quick connector arranged on the working device, and the second hydraulic quick connector is connected with an oil pipe in the working device.

The connector body comprises a frame body connected with the mechanical arm support, a swing hook arranged on the frame body, a hydraulic adjusting mechanism and a hydraulic quick connector I, the first hydraulic quick connector is connected with an oil pipe in the mechanical arm support, a first arc plate used for clamping the first connecting shaft is fixedly arranged on the frame body, the inner diameter of the first arc plate is matched with the outer diameter of the first connecting shaft, one end of the swing hook is rotatably connected with the frame body, the other end of the swing hook is provided with a second arc plate used for clamping a second connecting shaft, the inner diameter of the second arc plate is matched with the outer diameter of the second connecting shaft, the opening directions of the two arc plates are deviated (namely the clamping position of the two arc plates and the corresponding connecting shaft is positioned at the opposite side of the two connecting shafts), the hydraulic adjusting mechanism comprises a control oil cylinder, and a piston rod of the control oil cylinder is in linkage arrangement with the swing hook; under the action of the hydraulic adjusting mechanism, the distance between the second arc plate and the first arc plate is matched with the distance between the first connecting shaft and the second connecting shaft, and the first hydraulic quick connector and the second hydraulic quick connector are correspondingly connected to form a hydraulic circulating oil circuit between the working device and the mechanical arm frame.

Preferably, a guide pin shaft is arranged on the first hydraulic quick connector, and a matched guide hole is correspondingly arranged on the second hydraulic quick connector; or a guide pin shaft is arranged on the second hydraulic quick connector, and a matched guide hole is correspondingly arranged on the first hydraulic quick connector.

Preferably, a third arc plate used for clamping the second connecting shaft is fixedly arranged on the frame body, the inner diameter of the third arc plate is matched with the outer diameter of the second connecting shaft, and the distance between the third arc plate and the first arc plate is matched with the distance between the first connecting shaft and the second connecting shaft.
