Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an anti-loosening fastening device which adopts double threads and double nuts for loosening prevention, realizes the interlocking function of the double nuts through locking protruding bamboo shoot structures on the double nuts, and improves the loosening prevention effect.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the anti-drop device adopts a double-thread and double-nut structural design, and realizes the interlocking function of the double nuts through the locking protruding bamboo shoot structure on the double nuts, so that the anti-drop effect is improved;

2) the extension parts on the locking protruding bamboo shoots enable the locking protruding bamboo shoots between the first nut and the second nut to be tightly attached, so that the pressing parts on the locking protruding bamboo shoots are mutually abutted, the relative movement between the first nut and the second nut is prevented, and the interlocking effect is improved.

3) The screw rod is provided with the bidirectional threads, so that the length of the screw rod is effectively reduced, and materials are saved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, an anti-drop fastening device includes a rod 1 and at least two nuts; two groups of threads with opposite screwing directions are arranged on the periphery of the rod piece 1; the two nuts are sleeved on the rod piece 1 and are screwed on the threads in different screwing directions respectively; at least one group of locking protruding bamboo shoots 21 which are matched with each other and abutted against each other are arranged on the side surfaces of the opposite sides of the two nuts.

Each group of locking protruding bamboo shoots 21 comprises a pressing part 212 and an extending part 211; the pressing part 212 protrudes outwards; one side of the pressing part 212 along the screwing direction of the nut smoothly transitions to the surface of the nut to form the extension part 211. In an embodiment, three locking protrusions 21 are provided on two nuts, and the number of the corresponding extending portions 211 and the pressing portions 212 is also three. Referring to fig. 4, all the locking protrusions 21 are connected end to end. The extending part 211 in each group of locking protruding bamboo shoots 21 is connected from the top end of the pressing part 212 of the group of locking protruding bamboo shoots 21 to the bottom end of the pressing part 212 of the next group of locking protruding bamboo shoots 21 to form an inclined plane.

The rod piece 1 is a bolt or a screw. In this embodiment, the rod member 1 is a bolt with a bolt head. The periphery of the rod piece 1 is provided with a forward thread 11 and a reverse thread 12; the thread pitches of the forward thread 11 and the reverse thread 12 are equal and are arranged in an overlapping manner. During machining, firstly, a forward thread 11 is machined at the head of the rod piece 1, then a reverse thread 12 with the same thread pitch and the reverse rotation direction as the forward thread 11 is machined on the basis of the forward thread 11, and a two-way thread which is overlapped is formed; the thread starting points of the forward thread 11 and the reverse thread 12 can be selectively arranged oppositely; two sections of threads are processed at the same position of the rod piece 1 together, so that the processing length of the threads is reduced, the length of the rod piece 1 is reduced, and materials are saved.

The nut comprises a first nut 2 and a second nut 3; a first internal thread matched with the positive thread 11 is arranged on the first nut 2; and a second internal thread matched with the reverse thread 12 is arranged on the second nut 3. The structure of the second nut 3 is similar to that of the first nut 2, and the description is omitted here.

The anti-falling fastening device also comprises a spring gasket sleeved on the rod piece 1. In particular, the spring washer is located between the fastened piece and the first nut 2. The spring washer is used for providing reverse acting force for the first nut 2 to enhance the interlocking effect between the first nut and the second nut 3, and simultaneously can compensate the movement allowance between a fastened piece and the first nut 2 so as to fix the fastened piece.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

the first nut 2 is positioned at one end close to the head of the bolt, the left-handed direction of the first nut is close to the head of the bolt, and the right-handed direction of the first nut is far away from the head of the bolt; the second nut 3 is located at one end far away from the bolt head, the left-handed direction of the second nut is far away from the bolt head, and the right-handed direction of the second nut is close to the bolt head 11. Referring to fig. 1, the locking protrusion 21 of the first nut 2 and the locking protrusion 31 of the second nut 3 abut against each other; if the first nut 2 tends to loosen outwards, that is, the first nut 2 receives the acting force in the right-handed direction, the acting force is transmitted to the second nut 3 through the two locking protrusions 21, and the acting force in the right-handed direction enables the second nut 3 to have a tendency of advancing in the direction close to the head of the bolt, so that the effect of clamping the first nut 2 is achieved, the first nut 2 is prevented from loosening outwards, and the interlocking anti-falling effect is achieved.

The use mode of the invention is as follows:

1) when fastening, a fastened piece is placed between the first nut 2 and the bolt head, the first nut 2 is rotated to the limit position, and the second nut is pre-tightened to the state shown in fig. 3; finally, the first nut 2 is rotated rightwards, and the second nut 3 is rotated rightwards at the same time, so that the corresponding locking protrusion 21 is in an abutting state (as shown in fig. 1). The first nut 2 is loosened for a certain distance after being rotated rightwards, and a movement allowance is reserved for the first nut 2, so that the subsequent disassembly work is facilitated.

2) When the nut is loosened, because a certain movement allowance exists between the first nut 2 and the fastened piece, the first nut 2 and the second nut 3 can be simultaneously rotated leftwards, the first nut 2 moves downwards, the second nut 3 moves upwards, the locking protrusions 21 of the first nut 2 and the second nut are separated from the butt state, as shown in fig. 2, the second nut 3 is firstly disassembled, and then the first nut 2 is disassembled.
