Background

The ball valve is a common valve used in pipelines of chemical industry, gas transportation, urban gas supply and tap water supply, and has the advantages of simple structure, reliable opening and closing and long service life. Therefore, it is widely used in the above fields. The common structure ball valve can be directly controlled by a user according to requirements, has control freedom and flexibility for direct users, but loses control right for management units of air supply and water supply, and the loss of the control right can cause potential safety hazards of tap water and gas leakage or risks of being stolen after the valve is operated by mistake or is operated without permission when front-end engineering construction is not finished or the conditions of air supply and water supply are not met. The existing valve is mainly opened without authorization by designing a valve rod pulling interface into a special interface form, and a special spanner or a special hand wheel is not arranged on the valve and only can be opened by a special person by using the special spanner or the special hand wheel. The special tool is bound to adopt a clamping structure which is convenient to connect and take out, the connection precision is low, the firmness is poor, and the special tool is easy to slip after being used for a period of time, so that the opening and closing effect is influenced; and the structure size is large, and the carrying is inconvenient. Although some ball valves which are provided with a locking mechanism and are locked and unlocked through a special key exist in the market at present, the ball valves have the defects of either complicated structure or inconvenient operation. For example, chinese patent publication No. CN204312756U, published as 2012 for 4.4.4, invents a utility model named "ball valve", and discloses a ball valve, which is provided with a locking screw between a handle and a valve body, and is unlocked and locked by a special key, and the key has a small structural size, is convenient to carry, and is labor-saving in locking and unlocking operations. However, the valve can be unlocked only after the locking screw is detached, and the defects of complex operation and easy loss of the screw exist.

Referring to fig. 1-5, a ball valve includes a valve body 1, a mounting hole 1a with an opening at the lower end is arranged in the valve body 1, a left channel tube 2a communicated with the mounting hole 1a is fixedly mounted at the left side of the valve body 1, a right channel tube 2b communicated with the mounting hole 1a is fixedly mounted at the right side of the valve body 1, and the left channel tube 2a and the right channel tube 2b are coaxially arranged; an end cover 3 is fixedly arranged at an opening at the lower end of the mounting hole 1a, and a ball core 4 for controlling the on-off of the left channel pipe 2a and the right channel pipe 2b is rotatably connected to the end cover 3 in the mounting hole 1 a.

When the three cipher disks 6 are all rotated to the state that the second key grooves 61 are flush with the first key grooves 103, the driving shaft 5 can slide up and down along the convex column through hole 102; when a second key groove formed by rotating one of the three password disks is staggered with a first key groove 103 formed by rotating the other password disk 61, the driving shaft 5 cannot slide up and down along the convex column through hole 102; when the driving shaft 5 slides to the lower end, the connecting block 52 extends into the connecting hole 41, and the flat key 51 is located in the second key groove 61, so that the driving shaft 5 is rotated to drive the ball core 4 to rotate; when the driving shaft 5 slides to the upper end, the connecting block 52 is separated from the connecting hole 41, and after the cipher disk 6 is rotated to make the second key groove staggered with the first key groove, the flat key 51 on the driving shaft is blocked by the cipher disk 6 and cannot slide up and down or rotate.

When the three password disks 6 are all rotated to correct password positions, the ball valve is in an unlocking state, the second key grooves 61 on the three password disks are flush with the first key grooves 103, the three flat keys 51 can slide up and down in the first key grooves 103 and the second key grooves 61, when the three flat keys slide down in the three second key grooves 61, the connecting blocks 52 are connected with the connecting holes 41, the rotating handle 7 can drive the ball core 4 to rotate, the ball valve is opened, and the opening and closing of the ball core 4 can be adjusted at will through the handle 7.

When the ball valve needs to be locked, the ball core 4 is firstly rotated to a closed position, then the handle 7 is lifted upwards, the connecting block 52 is driven to be separated from the connecting hole 41, meanwhile, the three flat keys 51 return to the first key groove 103 again, then 3 code discs 6 are disordered, the second key groove 61 and the first key groove 103 are staggered, the driving shaft 5 cannot move downwards due to the fact that the three flat keys are blocked by the three code discs, and meanwhile, the ball core 4 cannot rotate due to the fact that the three flat keys are blocked by the first key groove 103, and is in a locking state.
