in the process of carrying out heat exchange on water in the coil 21 by the heat exchanger, the fan body 11 is started, when the heat exchanger does not carry out heat exchange on the water in the coil 21, the fan body 11 is stopped, the fan body 11 is opened to enable air to flow to the air outlet holes 31 through the hose to be sprayed out, air sprayed out of the air outlet holes 31 is blown to the surface of the heat exchanger body 2 from top to bottom, then the air contacts with the coil 21 to generate condensed water, flows to the bottom of the device through the filter disc 4 and is discharged through the water discharge pipe 6, as the first fins 22, the second fins 23, the third fins 24 and the fourth fins 25 are arranged in a layer-by-layer manner according to the height from the bottom end to the ground, the condensed water flows from the first fins 22 with higher bottom end to the fourth fins 25 with lower end step by step and then slowly flows into the bottom of the device, so that the flow rate of the condensed water can be delayed, after the air is contacted with the coil 21 and a cold and hot effect is generated, the air temperature is increased or reduced to reach a required temperature and then the air is discharged from the air outlet 3 to achieve the purpose of heat exchange, the gas sprayed from top to bottom can accelerate the falling of condensed water, impurities in the condensed water can be filtered through the filter disc 4, when the condensed water drops on the filter disc 4, the filter disc 4 vibrates due to the matching of the elastic rubber material of the filter disc 4 and the first spring 41, and the middle part of the filter disc 4 is designed to be upwards convex, so that the impurities on the surface of the filter disc 4 can be shaken and fallen to two sides of the filter disc 4, the blockage of the filter holes 5 of the filter disc 4 caused by the accumulation of more impurities on the surface of the filter disc 4 is prevented, meanwhile, the air outlet 31 gives out air, the air flow passes through the filter holes 5 of the filter disc 4, the vibration frequency and amplitude of the filter disc 4 are improved, the rubber plug at the cleaning port 7 is pulled, after the air flow passes through the filtering holes 5 on the filtering disc 4 by the air injection of the air outlet holes 31, the air flow blows the impeller 44 by the inclined design of the filtering holes 5, so that the impeller 44 rotates, meanwhile, the auxiliary disc 42 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the filtering disc 4 by the second spring to enable the impeller 44 to move downwards, the air outlet holes 31 intermittently inject air in the reciprocating stopping and starting processes of the fan body 11, so that the air flow intermittently blows the impeller 44, the impeller 44 rotates while the impeller 44 drives the auxiliary disc 42 and the auxiliary rod 43 to intermittently shake, the filtering disc 4 is driven to shake in the rotating and shaking processes of the impeller 44, the vibration amplitude and frequency of the filtering disc 4 are further improved, the auxiliary rod 43 is driven to shake in the shaking process of the impeller 44, and the lower surface of the filtering disc 4 is intermittently impacted by the impact balls 45, so that the vibration amplitude and frequency of the filtering disc 4 are further improved, the impact ball 45 intermittently presses and releases the air bag 46 during shaking, and the gas in the air bag 46 is ejected through the plurality of auxiliary holes 47 during the pressing of the air bag 46, thereby further preventing the filter holes 5 from being clogged.
