1. A fixing device that fixes a toner image formed on a medium onto the medium, the fixing device comprising:

a heating rotating body rotatably supported;

an auxiliary heating member that is disposed along an inner peripheral surface of the heating rotor and oscillates in accordance with rotation of the heating rotor;

a lubricant supplying member disposed at a position contacting the auxiliary heating member that swings, the lubricant supplying member being impregnated with a lubricant; and

and a pressing rotary body which abuts against the heating rotary body and forms a nip through which the medium passes.

2. The fixing device according to claim 1,

the fixing device includes a heating coil disposed opposite to the auxiliary heating member with the heating rotating member interposed therebetween and configured to heat the heating rotating member,

the auxiliary heating component is composed of a magnetic regulating component.

3. The fixing device according to claim 1,

the fixing device includes an elastic member that presses the auxiliary heating member against the heating rotating body.

4. The fixing device according to claim 3, wherein,

the auxiliary heating member includes an abutting portion that abuts against the lubricant supply member and is pressed by the elastic member.

5. The fixing device according to claim 1,

the heating rotating body is shaped into a cylindrical shape,

the auxiliary heating member is bent along an inner circumferential surface of the heating rotary body.

6. The fixing device according to claim 5,

the auxiliary heating component is in a semi-cylindrical shape.

7. The fixing device according to claim 1,

the auxiliary heating member is supported to be swingable at one end in a direction orthogonal to a shaft parallel to an inner peripheral surface of the heating rotary body.

8. The fixing device according to claim 7,

the heating rotary body is horizontally supported by the support,

the auxiliary heating member is supported so that an upper end portion thereof can swing.

9. The fixing device according to claim 1,

the fixing device includes a plurality of the lubricant supplying members,

the lubricant supply members are arranged in an axial direction parallel to an inner peripheral surface of the heating rotary body.

10. The fixing device according to claim 1,

the auxiliary heating member is a heat storage member formed of a metal material.

11. An image forming apparatus includes:

a transfer body that transfers the toner image to a medium conveyed in a conveyance direction;

a toner image forming unit that forms the toner image on the transfer body; and

a fixing device that heats the medium to which the toner image is transferred by the transfer body and fixes the toner image to the medium,

the fixing device includes:

a heating rotating body rotatably supported;

an auxiliary heating member that is disposed along an inner peripheral surface of the heating rotary member and swings about an axis parallel to the inner peripheral surface of the heating rotary member;

a lubricant supplying member disposed at a position contacting the auxiliary heating member that swings, the lubricant supplying member being impregnated with a lubricant; and

and a pressing rotary body which abuts against the heating rotary body and forms a nip through which the medium passes.

Technical Field

The present embodiment relates to a fixing device and an image forming apparatus.

Background

An image forming apparatus such as a multifunction peripheral or a laser printer includes a fixing device for fixing a toner image on a sheet. The fixing device transmits heat of a heater to a sheet of paper through a fixing belt, for example, to fix a toner image transferred to the sheet of paper. Thereby realizing printing of images, characters, and the like on paper.

In such a fixing device, a nip portion through which paper passes is formed between the fixing belt and the pressure roller by pressing the pressure roller against a pressure pad disposed inside the fixing belt through the fixing belt. Therefore, when the fixing belt and the pressure roller rotate while the sheet passes through the nip portion, the inner circumferential surface of the fixing belt slides with respect to the pressure pad. Therefore, in order to reduce the frictional resistance between the fixing belt and the pressure pad, a lubricant such as silicone oil is applied to the inner circumferential surface of the fixing belt.

However, since the silicone oil leaks from the end of the fixing belt and decreases, the slidability between the fixing belt and the pressure pad decreases as the apparatus operates.

A fixing device according to an embodiment fixes a toner image formed on a medium onto the medium, the fixing device including: a heating rotating body rotatably supported; an auxiliary heating member that is disposed along an inner peripheral surface of the heating rotor and oscillates in accordance with rotation of the heating rotor; a lubricant supplying member disposed at a position contacting the auxiliary heating member that swings, the lubricant supplying member being impregnated with a lubricant; and a pressing rotary body which abuts against the heating rotary body and forms a nip through which the medium passes.
