Detailed Description

Please refer to fig. 1-3, which are schematic structural diagrams of parts of a charging interface with a safety protection device according to the present invention, the charging interface with the safety protection device includes a socket and a protection component, wherein the protection component includes a fixing groove 2 located on a front end surface of a socket housing 1 and a cover plate 18 covered on the fixing groove and having a plug abdicating hole, and the bottom of the fixing groove 2 is provided with at least one movable protection component distributed around a socket jack and used for covering a socket conductive hole site.

The movable protection component comprises a positioning block 7 fixed on the fixing groove and a sliding block 3 connected with the positioning block through a sliding block spring 6, and the sliding block 3 slides in the sliding groove 4 on the fixing groove 2 under the action of the sliding block spring 6. When the socket is not connected, the front end of the slider 3 is stopped in front of the cavity of the socket into which the plug is inserted, and has a slope 22 that moves rearward when subjected to an axial force provided by the plug insertion. When the plug is connected with the socket, the plug insertion part of the socket is pressed on the inclined surface 22 at the front end of the sliding block, and the sliding block moves backwards along the sliding groove along with the insertion of the charging plug.

The included angle between the blocking piece spring and the sliding block spring is an acute angle, so that when the sliding block moves, the blocking piece spring drives the blocking piece to rotate.

In the embodiment of the invention, the sliding block 3 is positioned between the two blocking pieces 5, the two extending arms 23 symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the sliding block 3 are respectively connected with the tail parts of the blocking pieces 5 with the tail parts rotating around the positioning column 9 through one blocking piece spring, and the two blocking piece springs are symmetrical relative to the sliding block, so that the safety protection of two charging hole positions is realized.

The rotation locking component comprises a support rod 13 and a tilting rod 11 which is assembled on the support rod 13 and can rotate around a self axis, a stop 14 which is matched with the stop part 10 on the slide block 3 in a stopping manner to prevent the slide block from moving backwards when the socket is not connected is fixed on one side of the outer peripheral surface of the end part of the tilting rod 11, a tilting convex part 12 is fixed on one side of the outer peripheral surface of the middle part of the tilting rod 11, and tilting rod springs 19 which enable the tilting convex part 12 of the tilting rod to keep tilting are arranged at two ends of the tilting rod 11. When the tilted convex part 12 is tilted, the front end of the tilted convex part extends into the cavity of the socket for inserting the plug, and the distance from the front end of the slide block to the charging hole position is longer than the distance from the front end of the slide block, when the plug is inserted, the tilted convex part 12 is firstly pushed to rotate, the tilted convex part drives the lever part of the tilted lever to rotate, so that the stop block 14 loses the stop limit on the slide block, and the movable protection part can move under the pushing of the plug.

In the embodiment of the invention, the socket shell is further provided with the abdicating groove 17 for realizing the rotation abdicating of the tilting convex part when the plug is inserted, so that the tilting convex part can be completely rotated into the abdicating groove, and the interference of the tilting convex part on the plug is prevented.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the supporting rod 13 is fixed on the lower end surface of the cover plate 18, and a fixing portion for fixing the seesaw rod spring is further disposed on the lower end surface of the cover plate 18.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the bottom of the fixing groove 2 is further provided with a pillar 16 having a positioning hole for ensuring a distance between the cover plate and the groove bottom, and the cover plate 18 is provided with a positioning pillar matching with the positioning hole, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

The wall of the fixing groove 2 of the present invention is further provided with a water outlet 15 for discharging the liquid in the groove.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing groove is integrally formed with the socket housing, and includes a front end surface of the socket housing and a protruding edge disposed along a circumferential surface thereof.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the movable shielding member is mounted on the front end surface of the socket housing, and the cover plate has a square plate disposed along the circumferential direction to cover the shielding member in the circumferential direction, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

When the socket is not connected, the blocking piece is completely overlapped with the hole position of the socket, and fingers or metal objects of children cannot enter the socket. When the socket is connected with the plug, the upwarping rod of the socket rotates when the charging plug is inserted, and the movable protection component is unlocked. Along with the insertion of the charging plug, the movable protective component sliding block moves, and meanwhile, the separation blade is driven to rotate under the driving of the elastic force of the separation blade spring. When the sliding block moves in place, the blocking piece rotates to the limiting position, the charging hole positions are all opened, and the socket and the plug are completely inserted to the bottom.

When the charging plug is pulled out, the slider moves under the action of the slider spring, the blocking piece spring is stressed and drives the blocking piece to rotate, and the blocking piece rotates to completely block the socket hole position. After the plug is completely pulled out of the socket, the tilting rod rotates to a socket unconnected state under the action of the tilting rod spring, and the tilting convex part of the tilting rod tilts.
