In the commonly used residual current leakage switch series products in the market, residual currents sensed by the zero sequence transformers are all apparent power residual currents which comprise active residual currents and reactive residual currents, and the reactive residual currents in the power circuit are all small enough to be ignored under the general condition, so that the apparent power residual currents are used for judging the leakage degree of the power circuit in the commonly used residual current leakage switch; however, when the ground-to-ground distributed capacitance in the power circuit is large, the residual current will contain large reactive residual current, for example, in an electric floor heating system, the ground-to-ground distributed capacitance of the heating circuit is very large, and the generated capacitive reactive residual current can reach as much as hundreds of milliamperes, so that the common residual current leakage switch cannot work normally.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an active residual current leakage switch, which only takes the active component in the residual current as the basis of open circuit and disconnection and eliminates the interference of the reactive component.

The invention relates to an active residual current leakage switch which comprises a residual current, a voltage phase, an active residual current detector, a valve value controller, an opening-off actuator and a circuit breaker, wherein the active residual current leakage switch comprises a first switch, a second switch and a third switch; the active residual current detector calculates the residual current and the voltage phase, detects the active residual current in the residual current, inputs the active residual current into the valve controller, and drives the breaker to cut off the power supply by the shedding actuator after the threshold value comparison so as to realize the electric leakage protection function.

The invention only uses the active component in the residual current as the basis of breaking and opening, eliminates the interference of the reactive current to the leakage control, ensures that the residual current leakage switch can be accurately used in a power supply loop with large ground distributed capacitance, and has obvious technical and economic effects.

The invention relates to an active residual current leakage switch which comprises a residual current 1, a voltage phase 2, an active residual current detector 3, a valve value controller 4, a shedding actuator 5 and a circuit breaker 6; the active residual current detector 3 calculates the residual current 1 and the voltage phase 2, detects the active residual current in the residual current 1, inputs the active residual current into the valve controller 4, and drives the breaker 6 to cut off the power supply by the shedding actuator 5 after the threshold value comparison so as to achieve the electric leakage protection function.

The invention adopts only the active component in the residual current as the basis of breaking and opening, so that the residual current leakage switch can be accurately used in a power supply loop with large ground distributed capacitance, plays a role in protecting the safety of people and has obvious technical and economic effects.
