Detailed Description

In order to make the technical problems solved, the technical solutions adopted and the technical effects achieved by the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention are further described below by way of specific embodiments with reference to fig. 1 to 5.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, a tree barrier orienting device includes an orienting mechanism 1, the orienting mechanism 1 includes a pulling hook 11, a locking head 12 and a push-pull module, a through first mounting hole 111 is provided in the pulling hook 11, the locking head 12 is movably connected in the first mounting hole 111 and located at a first end of the pulling hook 11, the locking head 12 has a locking position and an unlocking position, wherein: the push-pull module can push the locking head 12 to move along the first mounting hole 111, so that one end of the locking head 12 is engaged with the second end of the pulling hook 11 to reach the locking position, or pull the locking head 12 from the second end of the pulling hook 11 to reach the unlocking position.

It can be understood that the barrier orientation device firstly pulls the locking head 12 from the second end of the pulling hook 11 through the push-pull module to reach the unlocking position, the pulling hook 11 hooks the tree to be felled, and then the push-pull module pushes one end of the locking head 12 to be matched with the second end of the pulling hook 11 to reach the locking position, so that the tree to be felled is locked in a ring enclosed by the pulling hook 11 and the locking head 12, and the tree to be felled can be felled after the tree orientation control. This tree barrier orienting device need not fortune dimension personnel and climbs tree ligature direction rope, has stronger security and reliability, has reduced the operation risk, has improved work efficiency, has ensured fortune dimension personnel life safety.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the tree barrier orientation device further includes a tightening mechanism 2 and an anchoring mechanism 3, and the orientation mechanism 1, the tightening mechanism 2 and the anchoring mechanism 3 are connected in sequence.

It should be explained that the orienting mechanism 1, the tightening mechanism 2 and the anchoring mechanism 3 are connected and matched in sequence to cope with the situation that trees below or near the corridor of the power transmission line are thicker or higher. Firstly, anchoring the anchoring mechanism 3 to a proper position on the ground in a control direction, connecting the orientation mechanism 1 with the anchoring mechanism 3 through the tightening mechanism 2, locking the trees to be felled in a ring formed by the draw hook 11 and the locking head 12 by the orientation mechanism 1, and adjusting the distance between the position of the anchoring mechanism 3 anchored on the ground and the position of the trees to be felled by the tightening mechanism 2. The cooperation of orienting mechanism 1, tightening mechanism 2 and anchoring mechanism 3 can realize treating the orientation of cutting trees and draw and drag control, need not fortune dimension personnel and climb tree ligature direction rope, simultaneously through anchoring mechanism 3 and ground anchor, the in-process of cutting the trees of waiting to cut need not fortune dimension personnel direct control, has improved work efficiency, has ensured fortune dimension personnel's life safety simultaneously.

In particular, the single use of the orienting mechanism 1 is generally suitable for the case where the power transmission line corridor or the nearby trees are thin and low.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the tightening mechanism 2 includes a housing 21, a rotating shaft 22 and a ratchet mechanism 23, the rotating shaft 22 is disposed on the housing 21 in a penetrating manner and is rotatably connected to the housing 21, a first insulating rope 24 is wound on the rotating shaft 22, one end of the first insulating rope 24 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 22, the other end of the first insulating rope passes through the housing 21 and is connected to the orienting mechanism 1, and the ratchet mechanism 23 is configured to control a rotation stroke of the rotating shaft 22.

It should be noted that, according to the principle of the rotation direction of the ratchet mechanism 23 being irreversible and the rotation being unidirectional, the rotating shaft 22 will be fixed at a specific position every time the rotating shaft 22 is rotated for a certain distance. When the rotating shaft 22 is rotated counterclockwise to a certain specific position, the first insulating rope 24 can wind a section of rope in the first insulating rope 24 around the rotating shaft 22, and since one end of the first insulating rope 24 is connected with the orienting mechanism 1, the first insulating rope 24 can pull the orienting mechanism 1, so that the oriented tightening of the tree to be felled is realized. Of course, in other embodiments of the invention, rotation of the shaft 22 in a clockwise direction may achieve directional tightening of the tree to be felled.

Advantageously, a rocking handle is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft 22 extending out of the shell 21, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can rotate the rotating shaft 22 conveniently.

Advantageously, tightening mechanism 2 further comprises a second connecting plate for connection to anchoring mechanism 3.

Advantageously, the ratchet mechanism 23 comprises a ratchet wheel, a pawl and a spring plate, the ratchet mechanism 23 is positioned on one side of the shell 21, the ratchet wheel is welded on one end of the rotating shaft 22, the pawl is hinged with the outer side wall of the shell 21, one end of the spring plate is fixed on the outer side wall of the shell 21, and the other end of the spring plate is fixedly connected with the pawl, so that the unidirectional rotation of the rotating shaft 22, the ratchet wheel and the rocking handle can be realized. Thus fortune dimension personnel tighten up first insulating rope 24 through rotating the rocking handle, and then realize treating the directional tightening up of cutting down trees. In addition, when the length of adjusting first insulating rope 24 needs to be loosened, move the pawl and make pawl and ratchet separation, rotate pivot 22 to the length of the first insulating rope 24 of growing, after length adjustment is suitable, let go up the pawl, the pawl stops again on the ratchet under the shell fragment restoring force effect.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 5, the anchoring mechanism 3 includes an anchor 31 and a rotating rod 32, the anchor 31 is provided with a threaded piece 311, and the rotating rod 32 is fixedly connected to the anchor 31.

It should be noted that, the anchor 31 is anchored to the ground, and since the threaded piece 311 is wider, the contact area with the ground soil can be increased, so as to improve the uplift force that the anchor 31 can bear; because the rotating rod 32 is fixedly connected to the anchor 31, the operation and maintenance personnel can screw the anchor 31 into the ground by rotating the rotating rod 32, and the operation and maintenance personnel can more firmly and stably screw the anchor 31 into the ground.

Advantageously, the rotating rod 32 is welded to the anchor 31, the welded connection is strong and not prone to breakage, and the structure is simplified and the production cost thereof is reduced.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the anchoring mechanism 3 further comprises a connecting assembly, the connecting assembly comprises a second insulating string 331 and a connecting ring connected to the end of the second insulating string 331, the second insulating string 331 has a Y-shaped structure, and the connecting ring is detachably connected with the tightening mechanism 2 and the anchoring mechanism 3.

Advantageously, the connection rings include a first connection ring 332 connected to a first end of the second insulating string 331 and a second connection ring 333 connected to a second end and a third end of the second insulating string 331, respectively, the first connection ring 332 being detachably connected to the anchoring mechanism 3, and the second connection ring 333 being detachably connected to the tightening mechanism 2.

It will be appreciated that, since the first connecting ring 332 is detachably connected to the anchoring mechanism 3, the second connecting ring 333 is detachably connected to the tightening mechanism 2, facilitating the disassembly for storage, maintenance, etc. The second insulating string 331 of the Y-shaped structure has high connection strength and is not easily broken. In addition, there are two second connecting rings 333, two second connecting plates of the tightening mechanism 2, and the second connecting rings 333 are connected to the second connecting plates in a one-to-one correspondence.

Advantageously, the second insulating rope 331 with the Y-shaped structure comprises three branches with equal length, so that the stress is more uniform, and the tensile strength is further improved.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the push-pull module further includes an insulating rod 14 and a push-pull assembly, the insulating rod 14 is fixedly connected to the pull hook 11, a through second installation hole 141 is formed in the insulating rod 14, the first installation hole 111 is communicated with the second installation hole 141, and the push-pull assembly is inserted into a space where the first installation hole 111 is communicated with the second installation hole 141.

It should be noted that the insulating rod 14 is convenient for the push-pull assembly to be connected with the locking head 12 in a matching manner, and is convenient for the maintenance personnel to hold the insulating rod 14 to pull the trees to be felled.

Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the push-pull assembly includes an elastic member 131, a sliding rod 132 and a fixing rod 133, the elastic member 131 is located in the first mounting hole 111, a position-limiting plate 16 is arranged in the pull hook 11, one end of the elastic member 131 abuts against the locking head 12, and the other end abuts against the position-limiting plate 16; the sliding rod 132 is connected with the sliding groove 142 of the insulating rod 14 in a matching way, the sliding rod 132 can slide along the length direction of the insulating rod 14, and the sliding rod 132 is connected with the locking head 12 through the third insulating rope 17; the fixing rod 133 is disposed at an end of the insulating rod 14 away from the pull hook 11.

It can be understood that, under the elastic force of the elastic member 131, the serviceman can pull and release the third insulating rope 17 by holding and releasing the fixing rod 133 and the sliding rod 132, so that the locking head 12 reaches the unlocking position and the locking position, thereby achieving the opening and closing of the hook 11, wherein the locking head 12 is locked with the hook 11 in the non-use state.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the orientation mechanism 1 further includes a first connecting plate 15, the first connecting plate 15 is connected to the pulling hook 11, and the first connecting plate 15 is detachably connected to the third connecting ring 25 of the tightening mechanism 2, so as to facilitate disassembly, storage, maintenance and the like.

Advantageously, the first, second and third insulating cords 24, 331 and 17 are each a denim cord, which is strong, water resistant, moisture resistant, chemical resistant, uv resistant, and has a long service life.

Advantageously, the anchor 31, the housing 21 and the pull hook 11 are made of stainless steel material, are not prone to rust and have high hardness.

A method of barrier orientation, the method comprising the steps of:

s1, the sliding rod 132 is pulled to slide towards the direction close to the fixed rod 133 until the locking head 12 reaches the unlocking position;

s2, hooking the trees to be felled by the pull hook 11;

s3, the sliding rod 132 is pulled to slide towards the direction far away from the fixed rod 133 until the locking head 12 reaches the locking position, so as to lock the trees to be felled in the ring enclosed by the draw hook 11 and the locking head 12;

s4, rotating the rotating rod 32 until the anchor 31 is anchored to the ground;

s5, the length of the first insulating rope 24 is adjusted through the ratchet mechanism 23, so that directional drawing of the tree to be felled is achieved.

It should be noted that, when the tree barrier orienting device is actually used, the sequence of the above steps can be properly adjusted, and the orienting control of the trees to be felled can be realized. The use method does not need operation and maintenance personnel to climb trees and bind the direction ropes, has high safety and reliability, reduces operation risks, improves the working efficiency, and ensures the life safety of the operation and maintenance personnel.
