Background

As shown in fig. 1, the draw-bar box with the dustproof function comprises a box bottom 1, a box cover 11, a draw bar 2, a hinge 5 and rollers 6, wherein the box cover 11 is arranged on one side of the box bottom 1, one side of the upper opening end of the box bottom 1 is connected with the box cover 11 through the hinge 5, and the other three sides of the middle opening end of the box bottom 1 are connected with the box cover 11 through a zipper I7, so that the box cover 11 and the box bottom 1 are sewn to form a closed rectangular box body.

Specifically, when the draw-bar box is vertically placed, the storage grooves 13 are formed in the periphery of the side face of the bottom of the draw-bar box, the storage grooves 13 are distributed on the side faces of the box bottom 1 and the box cover 11, and the dust covers 9 after being folded are arranged in the storage grooves 13.

The second zipper 8 includes a pair of second teeth 81 and a second zipper head 82 that can be engaged with each other. One second sprocket 81 is arranged on the stitched edge of the dust cover 9 at the side close to the case cover 11, the other second sprocket 81 is arranged on the stitched edge of the dust cover 9 at the side close to the case bottom 1, and the second zipper head 82 can connect the pair of second sprockets 81 together, so that the side of the dust cover 9 is stitched to form a cylindrical cavity which can be sleeved on the middle part and the upper part of the case cover 11 and the case bottom 1.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, after the dust cover 9 is unfolded, one end of the dust cover 9, which is close to the top of the box body, is provided with a locking rope 14, the locking rope 14 passes through the upper end of the dust cover 9 and is connected end to end, the locking rope 14 is provided with an elastic latch 12, when the dust cover 9 sleeves the box body, the locking rope 14 is pulled and locked by the elastic latch 12, the upper end of the dust cover 9 can be sealed, and therefore dust can be prevented when the draw-bar box is not used.

In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the pull rod 2 is arranged on the upper portion of the box bottom 1, the pull rod 2 is provided with a handle, the pull rod 2 is fixedly connected with the handle, wherein the pull rod 2 is a telescopic rod made of thickened aluminum alloy material with a height of four steps, so that different people can select and adjust the distance between the pull rods according to different heights. The right side of the box bottom 1 is fixedly connected with a handle 4.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the roller 6 is disposed at the lower portion of the box bottom 1, the roller 6 is made of TPE damping material, and has high elasticity and quiet tire, and has good load bearing and damping and noise reducing capabilities, and a brake device is disposed on the roller 6, and is rotatably connected to the roller 6 to facilitate rotation control of the roller 6.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a coded lock catch 10 is further arranged on the right side of the case bottom 1, the coded lock catch 10 is adhesively connected with the case bottom 1, the first zipper 7 comprises a first zipper head 72 and a first zipper tooth 71, and the coded lock catch 10 can lock the two first zipper heads 72 together, so that other people can be prevented from opening the luggage case at any time, and a privacy protection effect is achieved.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the box bottom 1 and the box cover 11 are both provided with a plurality of strip-shaped grooves 3 and are distributed symmetrically, so that a supporting force from top to bottom is provided for the box body, the pressure during impact is greatly reduced, and the toughness of the box body is improved.

The working process of the dustproof draw-bar box comprises the following steps:

firstly, articles to be boxed are put into a box bottom 1 of the draw-bar box, then a box cover 11 is closed with the box bottom 1 and is sewn through a zipper I7 to form a closed box body, and then the zipper I72 is locked through a password lock catch 10 optionally;

then, the draw-bar box is vertically placed, the dust cover 9 is pulled out of the accommodating groove 13, the dust cover 9 is directly sleeved on the box bottom 1 and the box cover 11 after being pulled out and unfolded, and then the second zipper head 82 is matched with the second zipper teeth 81 by pulling the second zipper head 82, so that the side surface of the dust cover 9 is sewn to form a columnar cavity which can be sleeved on the middle part and the upper part of the box bottom 1 and the box cover 11;

finally, a locking rope 14 arranged at the upper end of the dust cover 9 is pulled and locked through an elastic lock catch 12, so that the upper end of the dust cover 9 can be sealed, and dust can be prevented when the draw-bar box is not used.
