Detailed Description

In order to enhance the understanding of the present invention, the following detailed description is given in conjunction with the specific embodiments, and the examples described in the present specification are only for explaining the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention.

The intelligent compact shelf system structure is shown in figure 1, and the intelligent compact shelf controlled by PID comprises an upper computer and a lower computer, wherein the lower computer comprises a row of fixed cabinets and a plurality of rows of movable cabinets, and the movable cabinets are provided with touch screens, LED row and column lamps, movable cabinet controllers and motors.

The mobile cabinet collects sensor signals (feedback signals of in-place movement, personnel entering states and the like) of a proximity switch, a photoelectric switch and the like which are arranged on the mobile cabinet, then processes the signals and carries out corresponding reaction. The safety of workers is guaranteed by the proximity switch and the photoelectric switch.

The mobile cabinet is provided with a 24V brushless direct current motor, so that the mobile cabinet can be controlled to move through the mobile cabinet touch screen.

The mobile cabinet controller controls the direct current brushless motor to carry out forward rotation and reverse rotation stopping actions, communicate with the liquid crystal touch screen and communicate with the fixed cabinet.

The fixed cabinet control board receives signals (feedback signals of in-place movement, personnel entering states and the like) of sensors such as an infrared photoelectric switch, a proximity switch and the like collected by the mobile cabinet control board arranged on the mobile cabinet through a CAN bus, and then performs data processing and makes corresponding response.

The mobile cabinet is required to exchange data with the mobile cabinet and also be communicated with upper computer management software and a liquid crystal display screen, and the fixed cabinet is required to process various information on a circuit in real time and perform corresponding feedback. The fixed cabinet has the function of controlling the action of the whole frame body, and specifically comprises frame opening operation, frame closing operation, suspension and the like. The main program flow of the fixed cabinet is shown in FIG. 5. The system initialization comprises the steps of configuring a system clock, initializing a timer and a counter, setting an interrupt, initializing a serial port, and executing corresponding operation according to judgment conditions after initializing an MCP2515 initial program.

The fixed cabinet in the designed intelligent compact shelf has a good human-computer interface, and multiple safety measures are adopted to ensure the safety of workers. The CAN bus is adopted to ensure the stability and the real-time performance of communication, and the method has good practical value.

The operator utilizes the touch display screen to control the compact shelf, so that the files are managed quickly, accurately and efficiently, and meanwhile, the system realizes the storage of the files in the same channel or on different channels according to some self-defined searching conditions.
