In use, by defining the front side edge of the primary cover 1 as the concave edge 19, the likelihood of the front side edge rolling over can be reduced relative to a conventional comforter when the user 8 rolls over or performs other actions during sleep; through the arrangement of the first flexible piece 41 and the second flexible piece 42, the range of the rearward, leftward and rightward movement of at least the first part 11 of the main covering part 1 can be limited while allowing the upward movement of at least the first part 11 of the main covering part 1, and because the second end of the first flexible piece 41 and the second end of the second flexible piece 42 are respectively connected to a higher position, the influence of the downward pressure on the user 8 on the sleeping comfort is avoided; by arranging the third flexible member 43 and the fourth flexible member 44 or the first pressing member 51 and the second pressing member 52, the range of the second portion 12 and the third portion 13 of the main cover moving to the rear, the left and the right can be limited, and in conclusion, the device for assisting sleep of the embodiment can reduce the possibility of catching a cold due to the displacement of the cover caused by the movement of the user 8 in the sleep compared with the conventional quilt, and compared with the conventional sleeping bag, the device for assisting sleep has less influence on the body ventilation in the sleep, less limitation on the movement freedom in the sleep, and further improves the sleep comfort.

In the above embodiment, each of the flexible members may be provided in a linear or planar shape, or the linear flexible member may be shielded by a planar flexible member. As an expanded embodiment, in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the first flexible element 41, the second flexible element 42, the third flexible element 43 and the fourth flexible element 44 are replaced by a planar flexible element 49 (such as a cloth), wherein a broken line shows a suture 491 connecting the planar flexible element 49 with the main covering element 1, the left front side and the right front side of the planar flexible element 49 are respectively used for connecting to a fifth connecting position 75 and a sixth connecting position 76 of a bed head in front of the planar flexible element 49, when in a standard use state, the front side edge of the main covering element 1 is recessed to the rear to form a recessed edge 19, and the recessed edge 19 is substantially V-shaped; along the width direction of the main cover 1, the distance between the fifth connecting position 75 and the sixth connecting position 76 is 90cm, and the distance between the fifth connecting position 75 and the sixth connecting position 76, which are both located above the bed surface 61, and the bed surface 61 along the vertical direction of the bed surface 61 is 20 cm.

In still other embodiments, as shown in fig. 7-8, when the primary cover 1 is in a normal use state, a first hanging-down portion 14 is provided on the lower side of the primary cover 1 to the left of the first center line a, and a second hanging-down portion 15 is provided on the lower side of the primary cover 1 to the right of the first center line a, as viewed in perspective in a top view; the front end of the first hanging part is positioned below the second part and extends backwards to at least the straight line formed by the second reference line which is deviated backwards by 50cm when viewed in a perspective manner along a top view direction, the front end of the second hanging part is positioned below the third part and extends backwards to at least the straight line formed by the second reference line which is deviated backwards by 50cm, and the distances between the first hanging part 14 and the second hanging part 15 and the first central line a are respectively and approximately and gradually increased from front to back when viewed in a perspective manner along a top view direction; specifically, the distance between the front end of the first hanging-down part 14 and the front end of the second hanging-down part 15 in the width direction of the main cover 1 is 3.3 times the shoulder width dimension of the user; with the above arrangement, the first hanging-down part 14 and the second hanging-down part 15 can respectively hang down by gravity and fill the gap between the second part 12 and the third part 13 of the main cover 1 and the bed surface 61.
