In addition, the spacing between the layer pot and the bottom pot is fixed, and more height space is occupied.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, the cooking apparatus includes a base 11, two threaded rods 21 installed on the base 11 left-right, a frying pan 10 is placed on the base 11, and an elevating platform 20 is located above the frying pan 10 and installed on the threaded rods 21. As shown in fig. 2, a cooking pan 22 is placed on the upper end of the lifting platform 20, a frying plate 23 as a cooking matching device is fixedly arranged on the lower end of the lifting platform 20, two threaded rods 21 are respectively arranged on two nuts 43 which are fixed in position but can rotate, the nuts 43 are driven by a belt pulley driving device 24, more specifically, the same belt pulley is respectively driven by two belts, and the belt pulley driving device 24 drives the nuts 43 to rotate, so that the threaded rods 21 drive the lifting platform 20 to lift.

The frying plate 23 and the lifting platform 20 are connected by a quick connection structure 30, as shown in fig. 3, assuming that a plane coordinate system is established by a plane where the frying plate 23 is located, the quick connection structure 30 includes a flat head screw 31, a recessed installation part 33 arranged at one end of the lifting platform 20 in the X-axis direction, side grooves 34 arranged at two ends of the lifting platform 20 in the Y-axis direction and in the same direction as the X-axis, a protruding part 32 protruding upwards from one end of the frying plate 23 in the X-axis direction, and side protruding strips 26 arranged at two ends of the frying plate 23 in the Y-axis direction and in the same direction as the X-axis, a screw hole is arranged on the installation part 33, a through groove 320 is arranged on the protruding part 32, and the shape and size of the through groove 320 are matched with the head of the flat head screw 31. During installation, the side convex strips 26 of the frying plate 23 are embedded into the side grooves 34 of the lifting platform 20 from front to back along the X-axis direction until the extending parts 32 abut against the recessed installation parts 33, the through grooves 320 correspond to the screw holes in position, the screw tail parts 310 are screwed into the screw holes, the heads of the flat-head screws 31 are staggered with the through grooves 320 in angle, and therefore the heads of the flat-head screws 31 are not embedded into the through grooves 320, and the flat-head screws 31 can lock the extending parts 32 on the installation parts 33.

As shown in FIG. 4, an electric heating plate 25 is disposed on the inner bottom wall of the lifting platform 20, and the electric heating plate 25 can heat the frying plate 23 after being started. In addition, an electric heating plate (not visible in the figure) is respectively arranged on the inner top wall of the lifting platform 20 and the outer bottom wall of the frying pan 10, and the three electric heating plates can respectively heat the cooking pan 22, the frying pan 10 and the frying plate 23. Because the frying plate 23 serving as a cooking matching device is smaller than the mouth of the frying pan, when the frying pan 10 fries food (such as steak), an operator controls the lifting platform 20 to drive the frying plate 23 to move downwards into the frying plate 23 and press against the food, and then the lifting platform 20 stops moving, at this time, the frying plate 23 is located at a cooking matching station, and because the lower end surface of the frying plate 23 is provided with the raised stripes 230, the food is not easily burnt by the frying plate 23 in the process of frying the food.

In the above scheme, the frying plate 23 is installed at the lower end of the lifting platform 20, and the cooking pot 22 is placed at the upper end of the lifting platform 20, so that the frying plate 23 and the cooking pot 22 are lifted together.

It should be noted that the purpose of providing the electric heating plates 25 on the upper surface of the frying plate 23 and the outer bottom wall of the frying pan 10 is to fry food materials on both sides simultaneously, and if only single-side cooking is to be realized, either the frying plate 23 or the frying pan 10 may be provided with the electric heating plates 25, and in this case, the frying pan 10 may be changed into another cooking vessel. In order to realize different cooking modes, when the frying pan is changed into other cooking utensils, the frying plate 23 can be correspondingly changed into other cooking matching appliances, such as a stirring rod for keeping the soup in the cooking utensils flowing.
