Background

Spinal endoscopic disc nucleus surgery is a hot technique in spinal surgery in recent years. The key step of breaking through the ligamentum flavum to enter the vertebral canal is also a difficult point, and the time is usually long. Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1-2, wherein the exemplary embodiments and descriptions of the present invention are provided to explain the present invention but not to limit the present invention.

The invention provides a pair of ligamentum flavum biting and removing forceps, which comprises a forceps rod 1 and an occlusion part 2 connected with the forceps rod, wherein a push-pull rod 3 moving along the length direction of the forceps rod is arranged in the forceps rod, the push-pull rod is pushed forwards, and the occlusion part is closed and can bite the ligamentum flavum; and pulling the push-pull rod backwards, and opening the occlusion part. During operation, the occlusion part is firstly opened, when the ligamentum flavum is positioned in the occlusion opening, the push-pull rod is pushed forward, and the occlusion part is closed, so that the ligamentum flavum is occluded. The invention realizes the closing and opening of the occlusion part by a forward pushing or backward pulling mode, and compared with the prior blue forceps and other devices, the invention has more convenient use and simpler operation.
