2. A soothing repair composition as claimed in claim 1 wherein the collagen is a yeast fermentation product.

3. A method of preparing a soothing repair composition according to claim 1 comprising the steps of:

s1, adding acetyl dipeptide-1 cetyl palmitate and prinsepia utilis royle oil into a solvent at the temperature of 86-95 ℃, dissolving the mixture to be homogeneous under the condition of homogeneous stirring, then filtering the mixture through a 0.2 mu microporous filter membrane, and naturally cooling the mixture to room temperature to form a pre-prepared solution for later use;

s2, uniformly mixing the purslane extract, the collagen and the palmitoyl tripeptide-8 at 20-30 ℃, cooling to 4-6 ℃, sequentially adding the pre-prepared liquid prepared in the step S1 and the arginine/lysine polypeptide into a mixed liquid of the purslane extract, the collagen and the palmitoyl tripeptide-8, uniformly mixing and then filtering through a 0.2 mu microporous filter membrane to obtain the allergy-relieving repair composition.

4. The allergy-relieving repair preparation is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the allergy-relieving repair preparation:

5. A soothing repair formulation according to claim 4 wherein the sodium hyaluronate has a molecular weight of 100 and 230 daltons.

The method for preparing a soothing repairing preparation according to claim 4, wherein when the soothing repairing preparation comprises a soothing repairing composition and an aqueous material, the soothing repairing composition is added into the aqueous material at 4-6 ℃ and stirred until homogeneous to obtain the soothing repairing preparation;

when the allergy-relieving repair preparation comprises the allergy-relieving repair composition and an oil phase material, adding the allergy-relieving repair composition into the oil phase material at 4-6 ℃, and stirring until the mixture is homogeneous to obtain the allergy-relieving repair preparation;

when the allergy relieving repair preparation comprises the allergy relieving repair composition, the water phase material and the oil phase material, the preparation method of the allergy relieving repair preparation comprises the following steps:

A. an emulsification step: mixing the water-phase material and the oil-phase material at 66-68 ℃ by stirring, and then homogenizing and stirring under a vacuum condition to obtain an emulsion;

B. a low-temperature configuration step: adding the allergy-relieving repair composition into the emulsion obtained in the emulsification step at the temperature of 4-6 ℃, and stirring until the emulsion is homogeneous.

7. The method of preparing a soothing repair formulation according to claim 6 wherein the emulsifying step comprises the steps of:

a1, preparation of an aqueous phase material: wetting and dispersing one or more of fructo-oligosaccharide, tremella sporophore extract and sodium hyaluronate to a homogeneous phase by using deionized water to obtain a first premix;

a2, oil phase material preparation steps: heating the shea butter and/or squalane to 66-68 ℃, and stirring to be homogeneous to obtain a second premix;

a3, homogenizing and stirring the first premix and the second premix under vacuum condition to obtain emulsion.

8. The allergy-relieving repairing freeze-dried mask is characterized by being prepared by the following method: fully soaking and combining the allergy-relieving repair preparation as claimed in claim 4 and a membrane cloth, then drying the mixture by using a low-temperature thin layer until the water activity is 0.6-0.7 aw, and then carrying out freeze drying until the water activity is below 0.6aw to obtain the allergy-relieving repair freeze-dried mask.

Therefore, it is important to develop a allergy-relieving repair composition, a preparation, a freeze-dried mask and a preparation method thereof, which can protect the balance of facial flora, and carry out active ingredient compounding to prepare a product which is safe and effective, stable in preparation, feasible in process and convenient for mass production, so as to meet the ever-increasing demand of people for good life.

A method for preparing a soothing and repairing composition, comprising the steps of:

s1, adding acetyl dipeptide-1 cetyl palmitate and prinsepia utilis royle oil into a solvent at the temperature of 86-95 ℃, dissolving the mixture to be homogeneous under the condition of homogeneous stirring, then filtering the mixture through a 0.2 mu microporous filter membrane, and naturally cooling the mixture to room temperature to form a pre-prepared solution for later use;

s2, uniformly mixing the purslane extract, the collagen and the palmitoyl tripeptide-8 at 20-30 ℃, cooling to 4-6 ℃, sequentially adding the pre-prepared liquid prepared in the step S1 and the arginine/lysine polypeptide into a mixed liquid of the purslane extract, the collagen and the palmitoyl tripeptide-8, uniformly mixing and then filtering through a 0.2 mu microporous filter membrane to obtain the allergy-relieving repair composition.

According to the preparation method of the allergy-relieving repair preparation, when the allergy-relieving repair preparation comprises the allergy-relieving repair composition and the water-phase material, the allergy-relieving repair composition is added into the water-phase material at the temperature of 4-6 ℃, and the mixture is stirred until the mixture is homogeneous, so that the allergy-relieving repair preparation is obtained;

when the allergy-relieving repair preparation comprises the allergy-relieving repair composition and an oil phase material, adding the allergy-relieving repair composition into the oil phase material at 4-6 ℃, and stirring until the mixture is homogeneous to obtain the allergy-relieving repair preparation;

when the allergy relieving repair preparation comprises the allergy relieving repair composition, the water phase material and the oil phase material, the preparation method of the allergy relieving repair preparation comprises the following steps:

A. an emulsification step: mixing the water-phase material and the oil-phase material at 66-68 ℃ by stirring, and then homogenizing and stirring under a vacuum condition to obtain an emulsion;

B. a low-temperature configuration step: adding the allergy-relieving repair composition into the emulsion obtained in the emulsification step at the temperature of 4-6 ℃, and stirring until the emulsion is homogeneous.

The preparation method of the allergy-relieving repair preparation comprises the following emulsification steps:

a1, preparation of an aqueous phase material: wetting and dispersing one or more of fructo-oligosaccharide, tremella sporophore extract and sodium hyaluronate to a homogeneous phase by using deionized water to obtain a first premix;

a2, oil phase material preparation steps: heating the shea butter and/or squalane to 66-68 ℃, and stirring to be homogeneous to obtain a second premix;

a3, homogenizing and stirring the first premix and the second premix under vacuum condition to obtain emulsion.

A freeze-dried mask for soothing allergy is prepared by the following steps: and (3) fully soaking and combining the allergy-relieving repairing preparation and membrane cloth, then drying the mixture by using a low-temperature thin layer until the water activity is 0.6-0.7 aw, and then freeze-drying the mixture until the water activity is below 0.6aw to obtain the allergy-relieving repairing freeze-dried mask.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the allergy-relieving repair composition, the preparation, the freeze-dried mask and the preparation method has the beneficial effects that:

(1) after being mixed, the allergy-relieving repair composition has sufficient mixing and dissolving effect, can realize effective co-dissolution in a composite preparation, has droplet fineness of less than hundred nanometers, and simultaneously has good activity preservation performance and high component content stability;

(2) after the allergy-relieving repair preparation is reasonably proportioned, the synergistic effect achieves the effects of anti-inflammation, allergy-relieving repair and skin barrier enhancement, and the allergy-relieving repair composition or the allergy-relieving repair preparation has a good micro-ecological repair effect, so that the proportion of staphylococcus epidermidis and staphylococcus aureus is kept stable, or the acid membrane conservation rate and the strain proportion of staphylococcus epidermidis and propionic acid (staphylococcus epidermidis and propionibacterium) are kept balanced;

(3) the allergy-relieving repair preparation disclosed by the invention adopts a freeze-drying technology to obtain the freeze-dried mask with the water content lower than 8%, and a preservative is not added, so that the influence on the skin micro-ecology in the use process of the mask can be greatly reduced.
