collecting electronic images of a bill panel paved with original bills; wherein, the original bills are single or more than two non-overlapping bills; there are one or more sizes of bill panels for user selection;

cutting to obtain each original bill image in the electronic image, acquiring length, width and position information of each original bill image matched with the bill panel, and identifying to obtain the type of each original bill;

comparing the length and the width of each original bill image matched with the bill panel with the standard length and the standard width corresponding to the type based on the type of each original bill, and printing adhesive paper corresponding to the size of the bill panel when the length deviation and the width deviation are less than or equal to a set deviation threshold;

and automatically pasting the original bill on the original bill panel at the corresponding position on the pasting paper based on the position information of each original bill image.

2. The original ticket automatic pasting method according to claim 1, wherein the length, width and position information of each original ticket image matched to the ticket panel is acquired by performing the following operations:

based on the scaling of the bill panel and the actual bill panel in the electronic image, scaling each original bill image obtained by cutting in the electronic image in the same scale to obtain the length and the width of each original bill image matched with the bill panel;

and obtaining the position information of each original bill image matched with the bill panel based on the position relation and the scaling of the bill panel and the actual bill panel in the electronic image.

brushing glue on the corresponding pasting position of each original bill;

respectively driving each original bill to a corresponding pasting position and pasting;

and flattening and drying the adhered paper adhered with the original bill.

identifying bill amount in each original bill image;

counting the number of the original bills on the original bill and bill amount of all the summarized original bills;

and printing the statistical result and a bill frame formed based on the position information of each original bill image on the pasting paper.

6. An automatic original bill pasting device, characterized in that the device comprises:

at least one size of note panel;

the electronic image acquisition module is used for acquiring electronic images of the bill panels paved with the original bills; wherein, the original bills are single or more than two non-overlapping bills;

the original bill image cutting module is used for cutting each original bill image in the electronic image, acquiring the length, width and position information of each original bill image matched with the bill panel, and identifying the type of each original bill;

the bill deviation comparison module is used for comparing the length and the width of each original bill image matched with the bill panel with the standard length and the standard width corresponding to the type based on the type of each original bill, and triggering the pasting paper printing module when the length deviation and the width deviation are both smaller than or equal to a set deviation threshold value;

the pasting paper printing module is used for selecting the pasting paper type corresponding to the size of the original bill panel and printing the pasting paper type;

and the bill pasting module is used for automatically pasting the original bills on the original bill panel to the corresponding positions of the printed pasting paper based on the position information of each original bill image.

Background

The financial sharing service is a management mode which carries out flow reconstruction, standardization and centralized processing on the business which has high repeatability and is easy to standardize in the enterprise; the efficiency is improved through the scale effect of batch processing, and the service concentration degree of the financial department is improved, so that the resources are optimized, and the service support capability of the financial department is improved.

A very big transformation of the application of the financial sharing service is to realize the electronization of the original bill (invoice), namely: after the reimbursement personnel generates reimbursement service, corresponding original bills (namely invoices) are obtained and returned to the enterprise for reimbursement; when the reimbursement is carried out, all original bills are required to be pasted on paper; and then submitting the pasted paper to a scanning person for centralized scanning or self-help scanning by the staff to realize electronization.

In the processing method in the traditional mode, the original bill is pasted and processed in a pure manual mode, and the mode at least has the following defects:

1. manually coating glue on each invoice, and then sticking the invoice on paper; the pasting process has complicated steps and large workload; meanwhile, the glue is very easy to be stuck on hands or in blank spaces of paper, so that the experience and the sticking quality are influenced.

2. After the invoice is pasted, the information of each invoice needs to be input into a reimbursement system in an information system, the workload of the information input process is also large, and the experience is poor.

In view of the above analysis, the present invention provides an automatic original bill pasting method and apparatus, which are used to solve the above-mentioned defects caused by pasting invoices purely manually.

according to the automatic original bill pasting method provided by the invention, a user only needs to place an original bill on a bill panel flatly, and then the method positions the position information of the original bill on the pasted paper by performing operations such as image acquisition, cutting, size comparison between the original bill and a standard bill, position determination and the like, and automatically finishes processes of gluing and pasting based on the position information; meanwhile, the equipment can carry out integral secondary flattening and drying on the pasted paper after pasting, and the final pasting quality is effectively guaranteed. Furthermore, through shooting and identifying the stored original bill, the information of each invoice can be read, the related information can be recorded into structured data, the automatic pushing and generation of reimbursement bills can be realized, and the bill filling experience of the user can be greatly improved.
