Technical Field

An adhesive for electronic grade glass fiber yarns and a preparation method thereof belong to the technical field of electronic grade glass fibers.

Background

Electronic grade glass fiber is an important basic source material in the industries of electronic information, aerospace and the like, almost appears in each electronic component and is spread in various fields of national economy and national defense and military industry. Electronic glass fiber cloth woven by electronic grade glass fibers is called electronic cloth for short, is an essential basic material for the industries of copper-clad plates and printed circuit boards, and the performance of the electronic glass fiber cloth determines important performances such as electrical performance, mechanical performance, dimensional stability and the like of the copper-clad plates and the printed circuit boards to a great extent.

The existing electronic grade glass fiber yarn is easy to have the phenomena of broken filaments and broken ends in the processes of cabling, sizing and weaving; the phenomena of broken filaments and broken ends can affect the insulating property of high-precision circuit boards such as large computers. In actual production, the binder is usually used to bind the broken glass fiber yarn. The main adhesive component of the existing adhesive is molding powder, acetone is added, the mixture is diluted by steam at high temperature, and then alcohol is added to be stirred to be transparent; and overlapping two ends of the broken yarn, bonding the yarn by using a bonding agent to form a joint, airing the bonding agent, and continuously weaving. The applicant finds through research that the prior adhesive has the following problems:

firstly, the existing binder has low bonding force, so that the problem of end warping at joints is easy to occur, the woven cloth surface is not flat, and the joints with the end warping are easy to fracture again (broken wires for short), and the parking treatment is needed. The repeated bonding of broken joints not only reduces the production efficiency, but also affects the appearance quality of the product. In the prior art, in order to improve the firmness of the joint, a mode of increasing the lap joint length of the joint is often adopted, the existing lap joint length of the joint is 10-12 cm, although the bonding force is improved, the joint becomes long and obvious, an obvious flaw is formed on the cloth surface, the quality of cloth is reduced, and the selling price is influenced.

Secondly, the flexibility of the existing adhesive is poor after drying, so that the joints are too hard and difficult to bend and stretch, yarns are difficult to pass through gaps of reeds for controlling the density of warp yarns in the weaving process, the too hard joints are difficult to bend, and the yarns are easy to break again. Finally, the existing adhesives do not resist high temperature and leave much residue after smoldering. When the electronic cloth is braised at a high temperature of more than 300 ℃, the residual quantity of the existing adhesive is high, and obvious yellowish stains are formed on the cloth surface after braising, so that the appearance and the selling price of the electronic cloth are influenced. Meanwhile, when the surface of the yarn bonded by the existing adhesive is treated at the steam temperature of 140 ℃, the joint still presents light yellow traces after passing through the coupling agent, and the trace is very obvious on the cloth surface of the electronic cloth, like the marked position of the joint. Affecting the appearance quality of the product.

The invention is described below:

the steps 1) to 4) are all carried out at normal temperature, the normal temperature is 5 to 35 ℃, and the preferred normal temperature is 21 to 30 ℃.

In the preparation method, the ethanol in the formula in parts by weight is divided into two parts, wherein one part of the ethanol is mixed with the ethyl cellulose in the step 1), and the other part of the ethanol is mixed with the carboxymethyl cellulose in the step 2), so that the ethyl cellulose and the carboxymethyl cellulose are uniformly dispersed in the ethanol water solution respectively. Preferably, the weight ratio of the ethanol aqueous solution and the ethyl cellulose in the step 1) is 1-2: 1 and mixing.

Compared with the prior art, the adhesive for the electronic grade glass fiber yarns and the preparation method thereof have the beneficial effects that:

1. the adhesive for the electronic grade glass fiber yarns has strong adhesive force and high viscosity, the bonded yarns are not easy to warp and break during weaving, and the length of a joint is shortened. The formula of the invention can obtain higher adhesive force, so that the joint is not easy to break; the high-viscosity adhesive can be obtained by adopting the formula disclosed by the invention, and the problem of end warping after the broken ends of the yarns are bonded is avoided. With the improvement of viscosity and bonding force, the adhesive provided by the invention can obviously shorten the lap joint length of the joint, and the lap joint length is 1.5-2 cm, so that lower broken yarn rate and lower warping rate can be ensured, and the influence on the appearance of a cloth cover due to the joint is avoided.
