The vehicle-mounted broadcasting system 11 can perform voice broadcasting to passengers, drivers, vehicle security personnel and platform operators who are detained in the corresponding carriages according to the received carriage numbers, or send positioning information, so that passenger clearing service can be accurately completed.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the image data of each carriage is collected, whether detained passengers exist is analyzed according to the image data, and then the carriage numbers of the carriages with the detained passengers are sent to the vehicle-mounted broadcasting system for voice broadcasting, so that the passenger clearing service can be completed more quickly and accurately.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the image recognition model is constructed in advance and trained, so that the image data acquired by the trained image recognition model is utilized to analyze and accurately judge whether detained passengers exist, if so, the carriage number of the carriage where the detained passengers exist is determined according to the equipment identification of the image acquisition equipment which sends the image data, and the carriage number is sent to the vehicle-mounted broadcasting system, so that the passenger clearing service can be quickly and accurately completed.
