Currently, known shovel and rake configurations are: the shovel head is inserted into a tubular insertion hoop by a wood handle, the insertion hoop is connected with the middle part of the upper end of the shovel head at the lower part, the upper parts of the shovel heads at two sides of the insertion hoop are folded backwards and flatly into a pedal lug, the insertion hoop is connected with a shovel ridge which is arranged below the insertion hoop and is convex-concave and gradually narrowed to the middle part of the shovel head, and the shovel head is slightly bent forwards and backwards to form a sharp arc-shaped shovel blade at the lower end; the latter uses wood handle to insert and fix in the insert hoop, the insert hoop is connected with the middle part of the transversely extending harrow link into a whole, and the harrow link extends downwards with a plurality of inward slightly-bent tooth claws at even intervals. The former can dig the ground, and the latter can level the ground and rake things; but the problems are that: the two functions are different and cannot be integrated.
