The turnover transfer device comprises a first mounting frame 2 and a second mounting frame 3 which are symmetrically arranged at two ends of a longitudinal beam 1 of a bedstead, a guardrail mounting plate 4 which is connected with the lower part of the first mounting frame 2 in a pin joint mode, a first guardrail 5 which is arranged between the two guardrail mounting plates 4, a roller mounting plate 7 which is rotatably connected with the upper end of the first mounting frame 2, an electric roller 8 which is arranged between the two roller mounting plates 7 and an air spring 9.

With reference to fig. 3-5, the first mounting bracket 2 has a lock handle mounting hole 22 and a lock pin mounting hole 23 which are parallel to each other, and a lock tongue mounting hole 24 which is perpendicular to the lock handle mounting hole 22, wherein the lock tongue mounting hole 24 is communicated with the lock pin mounting hole 23; the lock handle mounting hole 22 is a long hole extending in the left-right direction; the lock handle 11 and the lock tongue 10 are mutually vertical and integrally arranged, a lock pin 15 is arranged in a lock pin mounting hole 23, and the lock pin 15 is provided with a lock pin notch 151 matched with the outer arc of the lock tongue 10; a spring is provided between the inner end of the lock pin 15 and the wall surface of the bottom end of the lock pin mounting hole 23. Under the normal state, the spring tightly pushes the lock pin 15, the lock pin 15 tightly pushes the lock tongue 10, so that the lock tongue 10 cannot move, namely, the lock tongue 10 is inserted into the lock hole 41 of the guardrail mounting plate 4 to lock the guardrail mounting plate 4; when the guardrail mounting plate 4 needs to be put down, the lock pin 15 is pressed inwards, the lock pin notch 151 is opposite to the lock tongue 10, at the moment, the lock handle 11 is pulled to drive the lock tongue 10 to move, and the lock tongue 10 is separated from the lock hole 41.

in a normal state, the first guardrail 5, the second guardrail 6 and the electric roller 8 rotate to the position below the bed surface, and the sickbed is used as a common sickbed; when a patient needs to be turned over, the electric roller 8 on one side of the sickbed is rotated to the highest position, the upper end of the limiting notch 131 is just clamped at the limiting shaft 21, and the position of the electric roller 8 is locked by combining the supporting force of the gas spring 9; rotating the first guardrail 5 and the second guardrail 6 on the other side of the sickbed, pressing the lock pin 15, respectively pulling the lock handles 11 arranged at the front end and the rear end of the sickbed to the outer side of the sickbed, so that the lock tongue 10 is aligned with the lock hole 41, then the lock handles 11 are loosened, and the guardrail mounting plate 4 is locked; at the moment, the electric roller 8 is driven to drive the transmission cloth to move the patient from low to high, and the turning-over action is automatically realized.
