The turning plate bracket 11 is provided with two bracket side plates which are arranged in parallel and symmetrically, and the swing rod 12 is in pin joint between the two bracket side plates.

A roll-over stand shaft seat 25 is fixed on the outer side of the roll-over stand side plate 14, and a second through hole 251 corresponding to the first through hole 141 is arranged on the roll-over stand shaft seat 25.

In order to prevent the operator from catching his hand when operating the sliding sleeve 21, the end of the sliding sleeve 21 is further covered with a soft protective cover 26.
