Background

The tin bath is an important thermal equipment of a plate glass production line. After the glass liquid is melted, homogenized and clarified in the melting furnace, the glass liquid flows into a tin bath through a liquid flow channel, is spread and thinned on the tin liquid, is further acted by an edge roller to reach a set thickness, is cooled by a water drum until the glass enters an annealing furnace, and the glass forming process is finally finished. The major structure of the tin bath comprises a tin bath bottom bath pool, a top cover hung on the upper portion of the tin bath bottom pool and a breast wall on the side portion of the tin bath bottom pool, a large cavity is arranged between the bath pool and a top cover, molten tin liquid is arranged in the bath pool, and nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas needs to be introduced for preventing the tin liquid from being oxidized. The tin liquid is used as an excellent floating medium, and the most serious problem is easy oxidation. The tin reacts with free oxygen and sulfur in the bath to produce stannous oxide and tin sulfide. The two components can be stored in a cavity in the tin bath in a gaseous state in a high-temperature area of the tin bath, and are condensed and enriched on the surfaces of the top cover brick and the heating element along with the gas flow in the tin bath reaching a low-temperature area. As the pressure in the bath changes, these condensates eventually fall onto the glass sheet, forming defects that greatly affect the quality of the glass and severely affect the yield

The first technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an on-line replaceable tin bath partition device to overcome the above-mentioned defects of the prior art.

As shown in fig. 2, when the partition boards 5 are replaced according to production needs, the edge seal 12 is opened first, the ring knot on the left side of the steel wire rope 6 is hooked by a tool with a hook, the steel wire rope 6 is horizontally pulled out of the tin bath, all the partition boards 5 slide out of the tin bath together due to the existence of the limiting plate 61, and all the partition boards 5 can be pulled out. The whole replacement process can be completed by installing the partition plate 5 according to the above method.

In conclusion, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.
