0.5-3 parts of dilauroyl peroxide;

10-30 parts of petroleum resin;

0-5 parts of an antioxidant;

0.1-10 parts of photoinitiator.

B. heating to 85-90 ℃, adding part of photoinitiator, dividing the benzoyl peroxide into two parts, and adding part of benzoyl peroxide while stirring;

C. after the benzoyl peroxide added in the step B releases heat, the temperature of the three-neck round-bottom flask is kept within the range of 85-90 ℃, and after the reaction is carried out for 0.4-2 hours, the other part of benzoyl peroxide and the other part of ethyl acetate are added;

D. adding another part of benzoyl peroxide and another part of ethyl acetate to react for 0.5-2 h, adding dilauroyl peroxide, keeping the temperature for 2-5 h, and cooling;

E. after cooling to room temperature, adding petroleum resin and the other part of photoinitiator, and uniformly mixing and stirring to prepare a photocurable prepolymer;

F. and finally, removing the solvent in the photo-curable prepolymer obtained in the step E to obtain the ultraviolet curing pressure-sensitive adhesive.

The invention also provides a waterproof roll, the curing energy of ultraviolet irradiation curing required by the base materials of the direct gluing layer and the transfer gluing layer is 50-300 mJ/m 2; the thickness of the direct gluing layer or the transfer gluing layer after ultraviolet irradiation is 50-200 μm; the base material is one of a plastic base material, a cloth base material, a non-woven fabric base material or a paper base material, and the thickness of the base material is 50-500 mu m.

the pressure-sensitive adhesive finally prepared by the invention is an ultraviolet curing acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive, and integrates the advantages of acrylate, no solvent and ultraviolet curing, so that the adhesive force of the waterproof coiled material prepared by the pressure-sensitive adhesive can reach more than 2kg/in when the thickness of the adhesive layer is more than 50um, the prepared adhesive tape can meet the requirements of the field of waterproof coiled materials on environmental protection, no solvent, quick curing and high adhesive force, and simultaneously passes the national test standard and specification of waterproof materials; meanwhile, the preparation method is simple, convenient and fast, high in production efficiency and suitable for large-scale production.
