The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a six-face LOGO detection machine which can improve detection efficiency.

According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, a six-face LOGO detection machine is provided, including:

a six-face LOG0 detector comprises a rack, a feeding mechanism, a control assembly, a front camera shooting assembly, a rear camera shooting assembly, a left camera shooting assembly, a right camera shooting assembly, an upper camera shooting assembly and a lower camera shooting assembly, wherein the feeding mechanism is movably arranged on the rack, the feeding mechanism is used for sending a product to be detected to a preset detection position, the front camera shooting assembly, the rear camera shooting assembly, the left camera shooting assembly, the right camera shooting assembly, the upper camera shooting assembly and the lower camera shooting assembly respectively shoot the product to be detected on the feeding mechanism and send pictures obtained by shooting to the control assembly, the control assembly carries out data reading and defect detection on different types of bar codes on the pictures, if the same types of bar codes are consistent, the control assembly sends the product to be detected to a blanking station by controlling the feeding mechanism, and if the same types of bar codes are not consistent, and the control assembly controls the feeding mechanism to return the product to be detected to the feeding station.

In some embodiments, the output end of the lifting driving device and the lifting screw rod are transmitted through a synchronous wheel;

the lifting driving device comprises a speed reducer, a worm wheel and a worm;

the lifting plate is connected with the lifting guide pillar through a guide linear bearing.

The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects:

1. the six-face LOGO detection machine can simultaneously detect the LOGO, bar code and other information of six faces of a product and perform data reading and defect detection, and can effectively improve the detection efficiency and reduce the detection cost of the product.
