A bed plate is arranged between the upper row of seedling tubes and the lower row of seedling tubes, chain grooves are arranged at two ends of the bed plate, which are just opposite to the driven chain wheels and below the driving chain wheels, and an upper chain and a lower chain of the conveying chain are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the bed plate.

One side of the bed plate is welded with the lower row of seedling pipes, and the other side of the bed plate is welded with a cuboid tubular bed plate reinforcing piece fixedly connected to the lower part of the upper row of seedling pipes, so that the strength of the bed plate is enhanced.

A transverse pipe is connected between the upper seedling discharging pipe and the lower seedling discharging pipe at least in the middle part, and the transverse pipe is supported below an upper chain of the conveying chain; one end of the transverse pipe is welded on the top surface of the lower seedling discharging pipe, and the other end of the transverse pipe is welded with the side surface of the plank reinforcing piece.

In the working state, the driving shaft is connected with a power device, such as a motor, so that the driving chain wheel drives the driven chain wheel to rotate under the action of the conveying chain, and the seedling-discharging poking teeth are used for hooking the seedlings or leaves discharged from the root-vegetable pulling working part through the poking rods and conveying the seedlings or leaves to one side of the machine.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the seedlings or leaves discharged by the seedling-discharging shifting tooth hook and the root-pulling vegetable working part are centralized, so that the comprehensive utilization of the seedlings or leaves of the root vegetable is facilitated, the seedlings or leaves contained in the harvested root vegetable are greatly reduced, the effect is better, and the labor force is reduced. The invention has compact structure, light weight and low cost, thereby having great social and economic values.

As shown in fig. 1, a seedling discharging and conveying device of a root vegetable combine harvester comprises a bolt 1, a bearing 2 with a seat, a driving shaft 3, a backing plate 4, a driving chain wheel 5, an upper seedling discharging pipe 6, a lower seedling discharging pipe 7, a paving plate reinforcing member 8, a paving plate 9, a transverse pipe 10, a driven chain wheel 11, a conveying chain 12, a chain tensioning mechanism 13, a seedling discharging poking tooth 14 and a driven shaft 15; the upper row of seedling tubes 6 and the lower row of seedling tubes 7 are arranged in parallel, two ends of the two rows of seedling tubes are respectively connected with a driven shaft 15 and a driving shaft 3 through a bearing with a seat 2, the middle part of the driven shaft 15 is fixedly connected with a driven chain wheel 11, the middle part of the driving shaft 3 is fixedly connected with a driving chain wheel 5, and the driving chain wheel 5 and the driven chain wheel 11 are driven through a conveying chain 12; a seedling-discharging poking tooth 14 is arranged on the conveying chain 12 at intervals; and a chain tensioning mechanism 13 is arranged on one side of the driven chain wheel 11.

The upper row of seedling tubes 6 and the lower row of seedling tubes 7 are staggered at a certain distance on the horizontal plane, wherein the bottom surfaces of two ends of the upper row of seedling tubes 6 and the top surfaces of two ends of the upper row of seedling tubes 6 are respectively provided with a bearing with a seat 2, a driving shaft 3 is arranged between one pair of opposite bearings with seats 2, and a driven shaft 15 is arranged between the other pair of opposite bearings with seats 2.

Elongated grooves 16 are formed in the upper seedling discharging pipe 6 and the lower seedling discharging pipe 7 on one side of the driven shaft 15, the bearing with the seat 2 is mounted with the elongated grooves 16 through bolts and nuts, and backing plates 4 are arranged between the bearing with the seat 2 and the elongated grooves 16 and between the nuts and the elongated grooves.

The chain tensioning mechanism 13 comprises a threaded base 13-2 fixedly connected with the upper row of seedling pipes 6 or the lower row of seedling pipes 7, the threaded base 13-2 is connected with a transverse screw 13-1, and two fastening nuts 13-3 are arranged on a rod body of the screw 13-1 and are respectively arranged on two sides of the threaded base 13-2; the end of the screw 13-1 is pressed against the side of the block bearing 2 to play a role of tensioning the chain.

A paving plate 9 is arranged between the upper seedling discharging pipe 6 and the lower seedling discharging pipe 7, chain grooves are arranged at two ends of the paving plate 9, which are right opposite to the driven chain wheels and below the driving chain wheels, and an upper chain and a lower chain of the conveying chain 12 are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the paving plate 9.

One side of the bed plate 9 is welded with the lower row of seedling pipes, and the other side is welded with a cuboid tubular bed plate reinforcing part 8 fixedly connected with the lower part of the upper row of seedling pipes 6, so that the strength of the bed plate 9 is enhanced.

A transverse pipe 10 is connected at least in the middle between the upper seedling discharging pipe 6 and the lower seedling discharging pipe 7, and the transverse pipe 10 is supported below an upper chain of a conveying chain 12; one end of the horizontal pipe 10 is welded on the top surface of the lower seedling discharging pipe 7, and the other end is welded on the side surface of the plank reinforcing part 8.

In the working state, the driving shaft 3 is connected with a power device, such as a motor, so that the driving chain wheel 5 drives the driven chain wheel 11 to rotate under the action of the conveying chain 12, and the seedling-discharging poking teeth 14 hook the seedlings or leaves discharged from the root-pulling vegetable working part through the poking rods 14-1 to convey the seedlings or leaves to one side of the machine.
