Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of electronic cigarettes, and particularly relates to a cigarette cartridge and an electronic cigarette using the cigarette cartridge.

Background

The smoke generated by burning tobacco contains dozens of carcinogens, such as tar, which can cause great harm to human health, and the smoke is diffused in the air to form second-hand smoke, so that the surrounding people can also cause harm to the human body after inhaling the smoke. In recent years, the harm of the traditional smoking mode to the smoker and people around the smoker is more and more known. For this reason, in many countries and regions, regulations set by government authorities have made it clear that smoking is prohibited in any public place. Therefore, smoking cessation exercises are gradually getting into the heart. However, smoking cessation is a difficult process for highly addicted smokers. Electronic cigarettes are introduced in the market to meet the smoking cessation requirement, but the existing electronic cigarettes have many problems, so that the user experience is poor.

The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

Disclosure of Invention

The first technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provide a cigarette cartridge to solve the technical problem of high production cost of electronic cigarettes.

The second technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provide an electronic cigarette to solve the technical problem of high production cost.

In order to solve the first technical problem, the basic concept of the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a smoke cartridge comprises a substrate which can form smoke through microwave heating and a metal substrate wrapped outside the substrate, wherein the metal substrate is provided with an opening through which a microwave output structure passes, and an air inlet and an air outlet which are communicated with an external space.

Furthermore, the substrate is columnar, the metal substrate is wrapped outside the substrate in a cylindrical shape, and the opening is formed in one end of the cylindrical metal substrate.

Further, the air outlet is arranged at one end of the cylindrical metal base material far away from the opening; the gas outlet comprises a plurality of gas outlets which are uniformly arranged on the end surface of the cylindrical metal base material.

Further, the metal base material includes a flexible metal base material wound to form a side portion of a cylindrical metal base material; the flexible metal substrate comprises aluminum foil.

Further, the cartridge further comprises a filter for filtering the smoke, the filter closing the air outlet; the filter tip is in a columnar shape coaxial with the outer wall of the cylindrical metal base material and has the same diameter.

Further, the cartridge also comprises a cigarette substrate which is wrapped outside the filter tip and the cylindrical metal substrate.

Further, the cartridge further comprises a support section disposed between the filter and the tubular metal substrate or in the middle section of the filter through which an airflow generated by smoking smoke can pass.

Furthermore, the support section is in a cylindrical shape which is coaxial with the outer wall of the cylindrical metal base material and has the same diameter.

After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.

1. According to the microwave cavity, the metal base material is wrapped outside the matrix, so that the inner wall of the microwave cavity for containing the matrix is prevented from being completely made of metal materials, and the production cost of the microwave cavity is reduced.

2. According to the invention, the substrate is formed by heating the smoke with the microwave, so that the heating speed and the uniformity of the substrate are improved, and the user experience and the utilization degree of the substrate are improved.

According to the invention, the microwave antenna is embedded into the substrate 9 to be heated, so that the microwave is gradually output outwards from the inside of the substrate 9 to penetrate through the substrate 9, and compared with the mode that the microwave is gradually output from one side of the substrate 9 to the other side of the substrate 9 to penetrate through the substrate 9, the microwave antenna provided by the invention shortens the time from the microwave output to the substrate 9, improves the heating speed of the substrate 9, simultaneously improves the heating uniformity of the substrate 9, and improves the user experience.
