A novel zipper puller is characterized by comprising a puller body and a pull nose arranged on the puller body, wherein the pull nose comprises a nose bridge and a spring plate structure, hanging and buckling parts are arranged on the inner sides of two ends of the nose bridge, hanging and buckling gaps are formed between the hanging and buckling parts and the puller body, round hooks which are bent inwards are arranged at two ends of the spring plate structure, and the spring plate structure is respectively buckled with the hanging and buckling parts through the two round hooks and is fixed on the nose bridge; the nose bridge is composed of two concave fixing blocks which are parallel to each other, and the hanging and buckling parts are arranged on the two fixing blocks.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of clothing sewing supplies, in particular to a novel zipper puller.
Background
The zipper is a connecting piece which enables articles to be combined or separated by means of continuously arranged zipper teeth, is widely applied to clothes, bags and the like, and mainly comprises a zipper tape, a zipper head and a zipper pull. The existing zipper puller generally comprises a puller body and a pull nose, the structural specifications of the puller body are mostly the same on the market, and the pull nose part is often required to be designed according to different requirements. The zipper head on the market now generally adopts the trunk head as drawing the nose, drives through the pulling-on piece and draws the nose application of force and then realize opening and shutting in the zip fastener, and the zipper head of this kind of structure simple structure, low in production cost nevertheless can't brake. In order to realize braking, a chuck which can be pulled up and rebounded is generally arranged in the existing zipper puller, when the zipper pull is pulled, the zipper pull drives the chuck to be lifted up, so the zipper puller can slide on the chain belt, when the zipper pull is released, the chuck rebounds to the zipper belt and is inserted into a gap between zipper teeth to realize braking, however, in order to fix the elastic piece with the chuck, the existing braking type pull nose is generally used for placing the elastic piece with the chuck into the nose bridge of the pull nose after the zipper pull is fixed, and then a machine is used for riveting the two sides of the upper end of the nose bridge inwards, so that the elastic piece is fixed, or the elastic piece is inserted into the two ends of the nose bridge. The assembly points of the assembly method are all outside the bridge of the nose, the appearance of the zipper head is affected greatly, additional use of a machine for riveting is needed, the process is complex, the cost is high, and in addition, the zipper head structure cannot be generalized and cannot be adapted to different zipper pulls and zipper tapes.
Accordingly, the prior art is yet to be improved and developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel zipper puller, and aims to solve the problems that the existing zipper puller is complex in installation, the assembly site is exposed outside the nose bridge and is not attractive, and the universality is poor on the basis of the prior art.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a novel zipper puller comprises a puller body and a pull nose arranged on the puller body, wherein the pull nose comprises a nose bridge and a spring plate structure, hanging and buckling parts are arranged on the inner sides of two ends of the nose bridge, hanging and buckling gaps are formed between the hanging and buckling parts and the puller body, round hooks which are bent inwards are arranged at two ends of the spring plate structure, and the spring plate structure is respectively buckled with the hanging and buckling parts through the two round hooks and is fixed on the nose bridge; the nose bridge is composed of two concave fixing blocks which are parallel to each other, and the hanging and buckling parts are arranged on the two fixing blocks.
The novel zipper puller comprises a puller body, a pull head and a pull head, wherein the puller body comprises an upper body, a lower body and a machine core vertically connected with the upper body and the lower body; the nose bridge is fixed on the upper body.
