Background

Some cities have poor environment and serious pollution, especially in mining areas and sand storm days, so that black leather shoes are easy to be polluted, and if the black leather shoes are not wiped in time, the image is seriously influenced. The shoe polisher is not provided much, the business people work at a compact pace, and manual shoe polishing or shoe polisher finding is inconvenient to clean.

Therefore, there is a need to find a better way to quickly and easily wipe shoes.

The invention provides a vehicle seat with a shoe polishing function, a shoe polishing control device and method and a vehicle, which can rapidly and conveniently polish shoes on a vehicle used in daily life, so that a passenger can obtain delicate services and honored guest-level enjoyment.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can ensure that the passengers can quickly and conveniently wipe the shoes on the daily used vehicle by arranging the shoe wiping device on the vehicle seat, ensure that the passengers in the back row get clean and fit at the moment of getting off the vehicle, and ensure that the passengers can obtain delicate services and honored guest-level enjoyment.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a vehicle seat 1 having a shoe polishing function is provided with a shoe polishing device 2 at a lower portion thereof, and the shoe polishing device 2 includes a housing space 3, and a dust removing mechanism 4, an oiling mechanism 5, and a polishing mechanism 6 located around the housing space 3.

The receiving space 3 is used for receiving a shoe 7 to be wiped and has an opening 31 for inserting the shoe 7 (see fig. 4). In this embodiment, the accommodating space 3 is provided at a position lower than the center of the seat surface of the vehicle seat 1, so as to leave a large space for the dust removing mechanism 4, the oiling mechanism 5, and the polishing mechanism 6. A flip cover 32 may be further provided at the position of the opening 31, and one end of the flip cover 32 is pivotally connected to the lower portion of the accommodating space 3. The lid 32 is normally in an upright state to close the opening 31 and prevent dust, foreign matter, etc. from entering the accommodating space 3; when the shoe 7 is inserted, the flip cover 32 is turned inwards to be in a horizontal state under the thrust action of the shoe 7; when the shoe 7 is pulled out, the flip cover 32 can be returned to the upright position (see fig. 4). This function can be achieved by a spring or the like, and will not be described in detail herein.

The dust removing mechanism 4 is used for removing dust from the shoes. In this embodiment, the dust removing mechanism 4 includes a dust removing operation part 41 and a dust removing fixing part 42. The front, left, right, and lower end surfaces of the dust removing operation part 41 may be provided with a bristle brush or other dust removing structure, so that the dust removing operation can be conveniently performed on the front, left, right, and upper surfaces of the shoes. The dust-removing fixing portion 42 is connected to an upper end surface of the dust-removing operation portion 41, and is used to fix the dust-removing operation portion 41.

The oiling mechanism 5 is used for applying shoe polish to shoes. In this embodiment, the oiling mechanism 5 includes an oiling operation portion 51 and an oiling fixing portion 52. The lower end surface of the oiling operation part 51 is provided with an oil outlet hole to apply shoe polish to each surface of the shoe. The upper oil fixing portion 52 is attached to an upper end surface of the upper oil operating portion 52 for fixing the upper oil operating portion 52.

The polishing mechanism 6 is used for polishing the shoes. In this embodiment, the polishing mechanism 6 includes a polishing operation portion 61 and a polishing fixing portion 62. The front, left and right sides, and lower end of the polishing operation part 61 may be provided with a fur brush, a soft cloth, or other polishing structures, so that the front, left and right surfaces, and the upper surface of the shoe can be conveniently polished. The polishing fixing portion 62 is attached to an upper end surface of the polishing operation portion 61 to fix the polishing operation portion 61.

In this embodiment, the dust removing mechanism 4, the oiling mechanism 5, and the polishing mechanism 6 are arranged side by side in the front-rear direction and fixed to the fixing frame 8 together. The dust removal operation part 4, the oiling operation part 5 and the polishing operation part 6 are movably connected to the fixed frame 8 and can reciprocate up and down relative to the fixed frame 8. The dust removal operation part 4, the oiling operation part 5 and the polishing operation part 6 are arranged side by side in the front-back direction, can occupy smaller space, and are convenient to control and maintain. The dust removal operation part 4, the oiling operation part 5 and the polishing operation part 6 are jointly fixed on the fixing frame 8, and the three mechanisms can be operated only by using one fixing frame 8, so that the structure is simple and the operation is reliable.

The vehicle seat 1 is further provided with a shoe-cleaning control device, as shown in fig. 5, the shoe-cleaning control device is connected with the dust-removing mechanism, the oiling mechanism and the polishing mechanism, and is used for automatically and sequentially performing dust-removing, oiling and polishing operations under the control of the shoe-cleaning control device after shoes are inserted. In this embodiment, the shoe-cleaning control device includes an up-down control mechanism and an integral control mechanism.

The upper and lower control mechanisms are respectively connected with the dust removal mechanism, the oiling mechanism and the polishing mechanism to control the dust removal mechanism, the oiling mechanism and the polishing mechanism to move up and down, when one of the dust removal mechanism, the oiling mechanism and the polishing mechanism needs to be used, the upper and lower control mechanisms control the mechanism needing to be used to move down (as shown in figure 4, the dust removal mechanism 4 is in a state of moving down), and after the use is finished, the upper and lower control mechanisms control the mechanism to move back to the original position.

The integral control mechanism is connected with the dust removal mechanism, the oiling mechanism and the polishing mechanism at the same time through the connecting fixing frame and is used for performing shoe polishing operation along the shape of the shoe from back to front (in the direction shown by an arrow in figure 4) when the shoe polishing operation is performed. In this embodiment, the mount can be controlled by the overall control mechanism to reciprocate for the operation of polishing shoes is carried out to each ascending surface of shoes vertical direction, thereby accomplishes the operation of polishing shoes through the cooperation of overall control mechanism, upper and lower control mechanism and each face of dust removal operating part, polishing operating part, and this kind of mode mount need not rotate, and is simple reliable, low cost. In other embodiments, the integral control mechanism can also be set to rotate transversely, so that the lower surfaces of the dust removal mechanism, the oiling mechanism and the polishing mechanism are opposite to the shoes, and the shoe polishing operation on each surface of the shoes can be carried out on one surface of the dust removal mechanism, the oiling mechanism and the polishing mechanism. Of course, other modes can be adopted, and the shoe polishing operation can be completed through the cooperation of the integral control mechanism and the up-down control mechanism, which are not listed here.

The shoe-cleaning control device can also be provided with a sensing mechanism for sensing whether the shoe is inserted or not. The sensing mechanism can be an infrared sensing device, and can also be a pressure sensing device (which can be arranged on the flip cover or at the bottom of the accommodating space) or other sensing devices.

The shoe polishing control mode of the embodiment is as follows: after the shoes are inserted, the operations of dust removal, oiling and polishing are automatically and sequentially carried out. When the method is specifically implemented, the method can comprise the following steps:

then, controlling the oiling mechanism to move downwards, controlling the oiling mechanism to perform oiling operation from back to front along the shape of the shoe, and controlling the oiling mechanism to return to the original position after oiling is completed; when the oiling mechanism performs oiling operation from back to front along the shape of the shoe, oiling on all the wiping surfaces of the shoe can be completed through multiple operations;

then, controlling the polishing mechanism to move downwards, controlling the polishing mechanism to perform polishing operation from back to front along the shape of the shoe, and controlling the polishing mechanism to return to the original position after polishing is completed; when the polishing mechanism performs polishing operation from back to front along the shape of the shoe, the polishing operation is usually performed for a plurality of times to finish all the wiping surfaces of the shoe.

In the embodiment, the shoe polishing device is arranged on the vehicle seat, so that a passenger can rapidly and conveniently polish shoes on a vehicle which is used daily, and the rear-row passenger can be guaranteed to be clean and fit at the moment of getting off the vehicle. And after the shoes are inserted, the operations of dust removal, oiling and polishing are automatically and sequentially carried out without respectively operating like a common shoe polisher, so that the passengers can obtain delicate services and honored guest-level enjoyment.

The present embodiment also provides a vehicle including the vehicular seat as described above, which enables a passenger to obtain delicate services and guest-level enjoyment.
